Echoes of Benny Hill. The only thing missing is the incessant head slaps. Sun Tzu famously said that when your enemy is angry, irritate him. My guess is whoever made this video had those words in mind. One can only hope that a few terrorists saw this attempt at shameless and sardonic mockery.
