MOST LIBERAL COURT IN U.S. TOO CONSERVATIVE FOR OBAMA

We're all well aware that the Obama administration doesn't like the new Arizona Immigration law; he claims it's discriminatory. There's another Arizona immigration law Obama has targeted. It's one that gives Arizona officials the power to revoke business licenses belonging to companies who hire illegals knowingly. Believe it or not, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco has actually upheld it. Obama still wants it overturned. Did you ever think Americans would elect a president that views the most liberal court in the land as too conservative?

Via Fox:
The Obama administration is asking the Supreme Court to overturn an appeals court decision that upheld Arizona's right to punish employers for hiring illegal immigrants.

The Arizona law gives the state the right to suspend or terminate business licenses.

"If you hire a person in this country illegally knowingly, you'll lose your license. First offense, 10 days. Second offense, revocation, never to do business in the state of Arizona again," said Arizona state Sen. Russell Pearce, a Republican who helped draft the new controversial Arizona law that cracks down on illegal immigrants.
As the news report points out, none other than DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano signed this law in 2007. Perhaps, like SB 1070, she didn't read it. Hiring Napolitano on as DHS Secretary left a vacuum that was filled by Brewer. It should be patently obvious Obama is regretting that decision for several reasons.

This Arizona immigration issue is eating Obama's lunch. I expect that to continue as long as Governor Jan Brewer doesn't back down; so far, she hasn't shown any signs of doing so.

Read it all.
