The same member of the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) who was present along with the night stick wielding King Samir Shabazz at a Philadelphia polling station on election day, 2008 was back at the scene of the non-crime on election day, 2010. Though Samir 'kill crackers and their babies' Shabazz was not there, the taller Jerry Jackson was. Aside from the reported threat issued in this video, Jackson doesn't appear to be all that bright by showing up there. To say it's poor judgment would be an understatement.
It also provides additional fuel for those who have a problem with Eric Holder's Justice Department dropping the charges in 2009.
