In February of 2009, CNBC's Rick Santelli inspired the Tea Party with a righteous rant. In late 2011, the Tea Party actually seems less inspired than it was then. For the life of me, I am having a terrible time understanding why these Occupy protests aren't doing what Santelli did times 10.
