This interview between Anderson Cooper and Rep. Darrell Issa aired right after the news report on ICE Agent Jaime Zapata's murder. As was the case in that report, this interview was very fair. We also appear to be seeing a significant change in focus from Issa. In particular, we could be watching a new strategy whereby Issa's committee is going to dismantle the DOJ narrative that says Fast and Furious was solely an operation birthed and run out of Arizona.
The circumstances surrounding Zapata's murder increasingly point to a Fast and Furious type operation being run out of Texas as well. If proven, some very powerful people within the Obama administration will be in a world of hurt.
