Video: Issa concedes LA Times has copy of Contempt order for Holder

Earlier in the day yesterday, with Megyn Kelly, Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa would not say if the Los Angeles Times was in possession of an actual copy of the contempt order for Erica Holder that his committee was drafting. Later in the day, with CNN's John King, Issa did concede that the LA Times does have what it claimed to have (at the 1:45 mark). He also insists this is not a bluff.
