This was a very compelling interview. On the morning that Oversight Committee chairman Darrell Issa releases the draft of his contempt citation to Eric Holder, he was in-studio for an interview with Fox News. During the interview, Bill Hemmer read a statement from the Justice Department that seemed to indicate Holder would not comply with the subpoena, choosing instead to accept the contempt citation.
Issa's answer to the question about whether Speaker John Boehner was in support of the citation was interesting as well.
