Video: Jay Carney has a Brain Freeze; no ice cream involved
Fox News Channel's Wendell Goler could easily have gotten the same reaction from Jay Carney had he spoon fed him some sherbet straight out of a freezer set at close to absolute zero on the Kelvin scale.
