Video: Obama Doubles Down on his Support for Lawless OWS Protesters

If you use the sheer number of arrests as your standard, the Occupy Wall Street bunch is far more lawless than the Tea Party has ever come close to being. OWS started just this month and the number of arrests are rapidly approaching 3,000. The Tea Party came into being in April of 2009. The Obama administration - to include Barack himself - has demonized the Tea Party at every turn. Conversely, Obama has expressed support for the OWS miscreants. As the incidents of criminal behavior at these protests continues to rise, the president appears to be going all in when it comes to his continued support for the group. We already know he doesn't like cops much (think Henry Louis Gates) so why wouldn't he support lawless thuggery attempted to make police look bad. Still, it is amazing to watch him blatantly side with this bunch.

Check out his weekly address posted on October 29th. He uses the language of the protesters and really does little more than throw gas on the fire with this rhetoric.

Via Daily Caller:
President Barack Obama and Occupy Wall Street are speaking the same language.

In his weekly address to the nation, Obama cited an economic report showing that the middle class has lost ground to “the top one percent.”

“The average income for the top one percent of Americans has risen almost seven times faster than the income of the average middle class family,” he said. “And this has happened during a period where the cost of everything from health care to college has skyrocketed.”
Here's the video if you can stomach it:

NEW YORK TIMES WRITER: RE-DISTRIBUTE WEALTH FOR OUR SOULS

Nicholas Kristof is making the charge that wealth in the United States should be re-distributed to make everyone equal because such a scenario is good for one's soul. Amazingly lost on these whack jobs is who they think should have their money confiscated and by whom - though he doesn't concede that the confiscators (the Government) is more powerful and wealthier than the richest 1% of Americans he thinks should cough up their money.

Via New York Times:
John Steinbeck observed that “a sad soul can kill you quicker, far quicker, than a germ.”

That insight, now confirmed by epidemiological studies, is worth bearing in mind at a time of such polarizing inequality that the wealthiest 1 percent of Americans possess a greater collective net worth than the bottom 90 percent.

There’s growing evidence that the toll of our stunning inequality is not just economic but also is a melancholy of the soul. The upshot appears to be high rates of violent crime, high narcotics use, high teenage birthrates and even high rates of heart disease.

That’s the argument of an important book by two distinguished British epidemiologists, Richard Wilkinson and Kate Pickett. They argue that gross inequality tears at the human psyche, creating anxiety, distrust and an array of mental and physical ailments — and they cite mountains of data to support their argument.
If you ever found yourself wondering where the 'everyone gets a trophy' mentality comes from, it's from people like this.

Again, accepting the argument that Kristof is parroting here requires Americans not to be the least bit suspicious of those who actually re-distribute the wealth. The irony is that they become even more powerful and the problem Kristof is allegedly trying to resolve is exacerbated.

VIDEO: VAN JONES ON GIVING STIMULUS DOLLARS TO BLACK PANTHERS

Remember that $787 Billion stimulus bill in 2009? Van Jones was responsible for distributing $40 Billion of it. On December 20th, he discussed how he (re-) distributed it to inner city minorities. I like the part about making sure that the 'work and the wealth' are easily distributed.' Also making appearance in this clip is New Black Panther Party (NBPP) leader Malik Zulu Shabazz, who discusses how his group has 'Green jobs' available and no background checks are necessary.

Shabazz exhibits in-your-face racism when he talks about having 'jobs for black men' and bemoans just having to 'deal with white folks.'

The left is apparently ok with racism as long as it comes from the right source.

$48 BILLION DOLLAR EARMARK FOR FRIEND OF CLEAVER

The phrase 'Friends of Angelo' conjures up memories of Chris Dodd and the Country Wide scandal. Now we have Friends of Cleaver. If you remember Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO), he's the congressman who was allegedly spit on during passage of the Obamacare bill last March during which accusations that Tea Party members called black congressmen the "N" word were disproven.

Cleaver (pictured) has now been busted for a $48 Billion earmark that would be destined for the home of one his friends named Lamar Mickens, who runs a tax exempt day care center out of his home.

Via Gateway Pundit links to an article in the Southeast Missourian, which has more details on the Cleaver / Mickens relationship:
Proposed by a gentleman named Lamar Mickens, president of the not-for-profit Quality Day Campus, the $48 billion earmark would funnel money into the inner cities to give money to the poor and thereby produce a much larger consumer class to buy the goods and services produced in this country.

Just call this redistribution on steroids.

Cleaver's office says this of the proposal:

"The Epicenter is a proposed estimated $48 billion (Phase One) mass scale urban reclamation project for combating, reducing, reversing and/or eliminating poverty within under served communities by utilizing mass scale economic redevelopment to bring about stability and self reliance.
Imagine going out to your mailbox one day and finding a $48 Billion check made out to you from the American taxpayers with a note on the 'memo' line that says: For Inner City Development.

Insanity is abundant.

VIDEO: AFL-CIO HEAD IN SHOCKING MONTAGE

This video from Naked Emperor News starts out by demonstrating the very clear ties between Barack Obama and AFL-CIO president Richard Trumka; Obama declares him a friend and White House logs show that Trumka visited the White House 30 times. It then moves to a teleconference between Trumka and a group of European socialists, with Trumka clearly advocating a global financial tax he even refers to as a "Robin Hood Tax", all under the guise of helping "working families".

It never ceases to amaze me how many people support this garbage.

VIDEO: SHARPTON'S JOE THE PLUMBER MOMENT

I know, Mr. Sharpton has had quite a few of these moments but in light of the president's recent comments about believing there's a point at which one can make too much money, it's rather salient. While speaking at a church on May 2nd, Al Sharpton told the congregation that having a black man in the White House does not mean MLK's dream has come to fruition. Social justice isn't achieved until all of the wealth is equally spread around.

Does that mean Obama and Sharpton are going to cough up their superior positions of wealth, power, and influence in order to achieve this end? Of course not, which means this clown is nothing but a bald-faced lying hypocrite.

via Breitbart

Since Mr. Sharpton likes to call himself a "Reverend", I'd love to hear his interpretation of the Parable of the Talents:
Matthew 25:14-30

14For it is like a man who was about to take a long journey, and he called his servants together and entrusted them with his property.

15To one he gave five talents [probably about $5,000], to another two, to another one--to each in proportion to his own [a]personal ability. Then he departed and left the country.

16He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he gained five talents more.

17And likewise he who had received the two talents--he also gained two talents more.

18But he who had received the one talent went and dug a hole in the ground and hid his master's money.

19Now after a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them.

20And he who had received the five talents came and brought him five more, saying, Master, you entrusted to me five talents; see, here I have gained five talents more.

21His master said to him, Well done, you upright (honorable, [b]admirable) and faithful servant! You have been faithful and trustworthy over a little; I will put you in charge of much. Enter into and share the joy (the delight, the [c]blessedness) which your master enjoys.

22And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, Master, you entrusted two talents to me; here I have gained two talents more.

23His master said to him, Well done, you upright (honorable, [d]admirable) and faithful servant! You have been faithful and trustworthy over a little; I will put you in charge of much. Enter into and share the joy (the delight, the [e]blessedness) which your master enjoys.

24He who had received one talent also came forward, saying, Master, I knew you to be a harsh and hard man, reaping where you did not sow, and gathering where you had not winnowed [the grain].

25So I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. Here you have what is your own.

26But his master answered him, You wicked and lazy and idle servant! Did you indeed know that I reap where I have not sowed and gather [grain] where I have not winnowed?

27Then you should have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received what was my own with interest.

28So take the talent away from him and give it to the one who has the ten talents.

29For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will be [f]furnished richly so that he will have an abundance; but from the one who does not have, even what he does have will be taken away.

30And throw the good-for-nothing servant into the outer darkness; there will be weeping and grinding of teeth.
It would seem to me Sharpton is championing the servant with one talent and demonizing the one who took five and made ten.

VIDEO: JOE THE PLUMBER VINDICATED....AGAIN

Unlike Cass Sunstein, whose confirmation was virtually assured by six Republicans, Science czar John Holdren has already been confirmed. Had he been questioned strongly about his writings and beliefs, perhaps public pressure would have prevented his confirmation.

During his hearing, he was identified primarily as being an expert on CLIMATE CHANGE and science technology. What Holdren wasn't pressed on was a book he co-authored in 1977, called, 'ECOSCIENCE'.

We know Barack Obama shares Holdren's views on climate change. Now we learn that Holdren seems to share Obama's views on spreading the wealth around. Check out this video of Holdren at the 2007 Bali conference. The clip is a little difficult to hear but the meat of it comes in the LAST 30 SECONDS.

So if Obama and Holdren share the same views on wealth re-distribution and climate change, what are the odds the share similar views on ECOSCIENCE?
