Another Obama EPA Administrator tells the truth (in secret)

You might remember EPA Region VI Administrator Al Armendariz telling what he thought was a limited audience that his objective is to "crucify" oil companies to get other oil companies to fall in line. Now it's time to be introduced to EPA Region I Administrator Carl Spalding. During a speech at which he likely thought featured a limited audience as well, Spalding admitted that the job of the EPA is to put the coal industry out of business.

Armendariz resigned after his comments, saying that he had become "a distraction." Now that we have Spalding on video expressing very similar sentiment - the crippling of energy industries, can we officially say that the EPA is engaged in an Obama administration conspiracy?
