WHITE HOUSE INSIDER STORIES BEING DEBUNKED

Though I never fully bought in to the Ulsterman (avatar pictured) interviews with an alleged 'White House Insider,' I posted many of them simply because of how interesting they were to read and how believable they seemed to be. Thanks to a commenter on an earlier post of mine, it looks like we can put a fork in Ulsterman's credibility - at least for now and at minimum until he comes forward with his identity. Even Woodward and Bernstein didn't hide theirs.

If you'd like to read Ulsterman's 'White House Insider' interviews, click here but read with a very skeptical eye.

Any alleged 'Insider' shouldn't be required to have his identity revealed. I say "his" because unless the 'Insider' is Marge Schott - not likely because she's dead - there aren't many women who would cuss like the Insider does and there are even less who would incessantly call a younger man 'kid.' However, Ulsterman must reveal his.

The most compelling posts by Munsterwoman involve screen shots of past Ulsterman articles that have since been scrubbed. It appears our anonymous blogger has a habit of inventing names and businesses that don't exist while simultaneously making his case.

A commenter on Munsterwoman's blog even claims to have discovered the true identity of Ulsterman.

Anyway, Ulsterman's "Insider" was wrong about Pelosi; he was wrong about Robert Gibbs (Gibbs is still employed); and his claim that Hillary is going to go against Obama in 2012 is at least being undermined by Hillary's latest comments about Secretary of State being her last job in public service.

I like to consider myself good at sniffing these things out and will give Ulsterman credit for at least getting me to entertain the notion that he may have been onto something.

But I'm done until I get at least one name and that name is the one belonging to the person masquerading as Ulsterman.

If there was one area that might cause a bit of head-scratching it's that the posts Ulsterman allegedly scrubbed seem to be inconsistent with his subject matter of late. That said, his stories should be read like one reads a novel UNTIL he at least releases his identity.

WHITE HOUSE INSIDER IS BACK: SKEWERS MEDIA

Anonymous blogger Ulsterman has posted another interview with the alleged 'White House Insider' (WHI) and if true, as has been the case with previous entries, the claims are beyond explosive. Anyone with a modicum of objectivity knows the media favored Obama during the 2008 campaign but this behind-the-scenes look - again, if legitimate - perfectly illustrates how it happened.

Via News Flavor:
Ulsterman: Back to 2008…the campaign. You want to talk about the campaign. Why?

Insider: Not so much the campaign, but the media’s role. The media – what I saw happen around me with the media. Never seen anything like it before. It was great…at the time it was great. Made all our jobs a helluva lot easier, right? We would literally give the media a script and they would follow it. It would come from on high down to me and all the others who were doing the same thing I was, and then I just passed it along to this reporter or this news producer or whatever and watch them repeat it. They just took it and ran with it over and over again – no questions asked.

Ulsterman: You hinted at that in our very first interview. Something along the lines of showing favoritism to certain media – allowing them access to Obama for supportive reporting.

Insider: Yeah – yeah that was part of it. But there was more of that at the beginning, the very beginning, and then we didn’t even have to do that anymore. There came a time, I don’t know exactly when, it just kind of evolved I guess, when basically, the media was coming to us saying how can we help? What can we do for you? Not literally saying it, but…you know, the meaning was easy enough to pick up on. I would come into a city – they know I’m with the campaign, and they would literally kiss my ass. I mean kiss my –expletive- ass. It was all very much “what can we do for Obama?” That was all they seemed to care about – helping Barack Obama. I was there 24 or 48 hours ahead of the Senator, or the First Lady, or somebody else high up in the campaign, and literally able to tell these people what to say, how to report on the arrival – I mean create the image from the ground up before any of them had arrived. I have never seen anything like it. Never – no candidate has ever been given such favoritism by the media. Like I said, at the time it was fantastic. I was in the entourage of a –expletive- political god. Looking back now…it was, it was…not right. It wasn’t right. A campaign should not have that kind of…it shouldn’t be that easy. There’s a danger to that. I didn’t want to admit it then, but I sure as hell realize it now.

Ulsterman: How do you mean “danger”? What’s the danger?

Insider: The danger is that there was almost no media to put this candidate through the lens. No media to ask questions that normally would be asked of anybody running for office. So now we got more and more of us looking back at the last two years asking ourselves, “Who the hell is this guy? What the –expletive- did we do putting him in the White House?”
The entire interview is definitely worth the read. WHI points to David Plouffe as the person to come up with the strategy of using the media to announce Obama's use of Secret Service much earlier than any previous candidate in the past to exploit white guilt; the Obama campaign told the media they wanted to go against McCain in the general and it happened.

CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION RELEASES FINAL REPORT ON NEW BLACK PANTHER PARTY

The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights released an interim version of its final report on the Department of Justice's handling of the New Black Panther voter intimidation case on November 23rd and it is indeed very damaging to the DOJ, even to some degree the White House itself. Despite conservative members being in the majority, the timing of the report's release is curious. The commission concluded its investigation on Friday, November 19th and released the report two days before the Thanksgiving holiday.

Fox News reported on the 19th:
The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights approved Friday its latest report on the Justice Department's handling of a controversial civil rights case, even though the report makes no findings related to the case or the larger question of whether the Justice Department enforces civil rights laws in an even-handed manner.

The move marked what is likely to be a parting shot for conservative members, who are expected to become the minority and lose control of the commission in December.
The most outspoken commissioner against the commission report is Michael Yaki, who used to work for Nancy Pelosi - which should give an indication of how liberal he is. Yaki was reduced to smearing his commission's bias instead of focusing on the behavior of the DOJ. In a clear-cut case of projection, he levied accusations of partisanship while having it in spades himself.

In another possible sign that the alleged 'White House Insider' may still be talking to Ulsterman, the most extensive analysis - among an extremely rare field - of the final report appears on the anonymous blogger's site. Remember that the Insider indicated that the future scandal nearly certain to befall the Obama White House would involve the Justice Department in Washington, D.C. and that the Black Panther case would be part of it.

Via Ulsterman:
Page 85 of the report indicates members of the Obama administration felt the DOJ should primarily focus on charges brought on behalfof minorities, not against them – in essence, an institutionally approved and promoted form of reverse racism. When some DOJ officials raised concerns over this, they were, according to the details of the report, subjected to intimidation and marginalization by their superiors within the Obama Justice Department. Primary among these examples was former Department attorney Christopher Coates, who testified to the commission that the DOJ had, “deep seated opposition to the equal enforcement of the Voting Rights Act against racial minorities and for the protection of white voters who had been discriminated against.” Shortly after raising concerns over the New Black Panther case having been dropped by the Department, Coates testified to the commission that his authority was systematically reduced and his concerns over the handling of the New Black Panther voter intimidation case ignored, ultimately leading to his resignation from the DOJ.
That wording seems to imply that the decision to drop the case against the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) may reach all the way to the White House.

Another very important point raised focuses on the DOJ's reason for preventing the testimony of two attorneys, J. Christian Adams and Christopher Coates. They seemed to be arguing that executive privilege was being used but that would necessarily implicate the Obama administration, which denied any such charge. That left the DOJ exposed, unable to make any coherent argument in defense of its decision not to allow the testimony, which ultimately was given anyway.

HERE is a link to the entire final report, which doesn't yet include the Commissioner statements, which will be added later.

ULSTERMAN REPORT: OBAMA'S COMING CHICAGO PROBLEM

After the prediction by Ulsterman's 'White House Insider' that there was no way Nancy Pelosi would hold on to the Democrat House leadership position proved incorrect, the credibility of WHI took a hit. However, the claims made by WHI in the days before Pelosi did retain that position do sound credible. The charge made by WHI was that Pelosi had the goods on Obama and was ready to leak them after leaving office. Speaking hypothetically at the time, WHI stated that if Pelosi DID stay on as minority leader, it would mean that the White House cut a deal with her.

Whether true or not, it is plausible and WHI has not spoken to Ulsterman since. However, he had already pointed the anonymous blogger in the direction of what he/she insisted was a coming scandal and it had to do with Obama's ties to Chicago. Despite WHI's incorrect prediction on Pelosi, several other predictions proved correct.

In any event, Ulsterman seems to be following the Chicago trail and it seems to lead - at least in part - to Broadway Bank and Obama's friend Alexi Giannoulias:
President Obama and fellow Democrat and former executive of now-failed Broadway Bank Alexi Giannoulias have known one another for well over a decade. Both men’s political careers were running similar arcs until Obama catapulted to national prominence following his speech at the 2004 Democratic Party National Convention. While Giannoulias remained in Illinois to serve as Treasurer, Obama won a position as a United States Senator, and shortly after, the White House.
Interestingly, the FDIC report on the failed bank should have been released by October, six months after the bank's closing on April 23rd. It was put off until after the election.

Here is a link to the belated FDIC REPORT. KFVS posted an AP story on the FDIC report as well.

Ulsterman closes the most recent report with the following paragraph:
Last week the FDIC released a summary report on the failure of Broadway Bank. The cost to taxpayers to bail out the bank’s deposits was nearly $400 million dollars. Nearly $30 million dollars had been loaned to organized crime figures in recent years.
Could it be that the WHI is still talking to Ulsterman but not wanting any of their discussions published? WHI did concede that if Pelosi ended up with the Democratic leadership position, it would leave him/her exposed.

DID 'WHITE HOUSE INSIDER' TAKE A CREDIBILITY HIT?

The alleged 'White House Insider,' who has been talking to anonymous blogger Ulsterman has maintained quite steadfastly that Pelosi would not stay on as the Democrat leader, though he / she DID predict Pelosi would not stay on as Speaker. As we all learned this week, Pelosi will remain the leader of the Democrat minority. Ulsterman posted another interview with WHI that took place prior to it becoming finalized that Pelosi would be minority leader.

WHI did allow him/herself some wiggle room though. While virtually certain that Pelosi would step down, WHI did discuss what it would mean if she did stay on; the conclusion was it wouldn't be good for the Democrat party but more important, according to WHI, it would mean that she cut a deal with the administration not to leak incredibly damaging information about Obama in exchange for retaining her leadership role.

Via Ulsterman:
Ulsterman: But if Pelosi keeps her leadership position, and it looks like she will —

Insider: I wouldn’t bank on that just yet – we got more and more people telling her to step the -expletive- down. Stand aside. Don’t be surprised to be surprised on that. I said she was done as Speaker, and I was right on that. I said she-she didn’t have the support to be party leader and I still stand by that. Still standin’!

Ulsterman: What if she does stay on as Minority Leader? Any effect on the scandal? Investigations? The Obama White House?

Insider: The number one impact is on the Democratic Party – and it would be a terrible-terrible thing for us. It’s inconceivable. Do you get that? Keep in place the same damn party leadership that cost us to lose 60 odd seats in the House? Why in the hell would we do that? Why? There is just no damn way the party is that stupid. No. Cannot be.

Ulsterman: What other impacts? Complications?

Insider: Of Pelosi staying on as party leader? Plenty. For one, it makes me question myself – my information, and that would make me very-very nervous. I don’t like to receive surprises. Like to give them. Don’t like to get them. That would be a nasty little surprise come my way.
Ulsterman then presses WHI for more clarity on why it would be such a big deal if Pelosi were to remain as minority leader..
Insider: (Hands cover face – then looks back at me.) Ok…ok, here…here is – I strongly suspect Nancy Pelosi has certain information, or parts of information, that-that would be essential to helping certain investigations against the White House. Investigations that could lead all the way to the top. It was my understanding that Pelosi had decided to let this information be known to others, say members of a committee, in her…absence. She would be gone, living the good life out there in California, not part of the investigations, not the cause of the disclosure, you know, that kind of scenario – though I think she has let some stuff get out there already as a way of telling the White House to back the -expletive- off. But by laying back on all of it, she would have necessary separation from it all. Do you understand?
Sound credible?

Keep watching Robert Gibbs. Remember, WHI said he would be leaving soon and the clock is ticking. If Gibbs doesn't go soon, WHI could start losing readers.

LATEST FROM 'WHITE HOUSE INSIDER' - OTHERS ARE TALKING

It looks like Ulsterman will be feeding us another interview with the alleged 'White House Insider.' Part One has just come out and the sense one gets from it is that Ulsterman may be getting a little spooked by the gravity of the situation he's helped to create. The Insider does what he can to reassure him that the more people who talk, the safer Ulsterman will be. These interviews really do read like a drama series. Examples of things adding credibility to this Insider are recent comments by Joe Scarborough and now James Carville.

Before reading the interview, check out this VIDEO of Carville mocking Obama's manhood compared to that of Hillary. CLICK HERE to see what Scarborough had to say about Obama last week.

Via Ulsterman:
Insider: Hey, it’s not just me. There’s a whole mess of us pissed over what this White House has done to the party. So many good Democrats have been destroyed. What is left in the party. Nancy -expletive- Pelosi? Charlie -expletive- Rangle? Barney -expletive- Frank? Harry -expletive- Reid? No-no-no-no…there’s gonna be some new blood come into our party. The Democrats will rise up from this mess and be stronger for it. But you gotta hang tough kid – don’t back down now. Don’t lose your stomach. The one’s who don’t believe the information I’ve given you CHOOSE not to believe it. They refuse to. They don’t want to. They can’t admit the mistake that is Barack Obama. Hell, I wouldn’t want to either. If I hadn’t seen it, if I didn’t have people telling me every week how the man couldn’t find his own ass with a bell on it, I would calling you out as a liar as well. But that’s not where we are at now, right?

Ulsterman: No…

Insider: No it is not. I am not sure you fully appreciate the size and scope of what you are involved with here. It’s far greater than some angry Obama supporters out there calling you names, or making threats. If this breaks the way I think it will break, you are playing a part in history. I’m talking real -expletive- history. If that sounds beyond your own little reality, that’s because it is, or at least it was. But that reality doesn’t exist for you anymore. You started this with me, and you gotta see it through. More information is coming. More events are coming down the line. Have I given you anything that has not been proven right on? I may not have gotten the exact timing right in all of this, but I got you most the details, right?
Two things that raise flags regarding the claims of the Insider. One is that while he didn't say it was impossible for Pelosi to stay on as the Democrat leader in the House, he was close to adamant that it wouldn't happen. The other thing he has predicted is that Robert Gibbs would be out very soon - that hasn't happened.

Nonetheless, other things make these interviews very interesting. Speaking of Pelosi, this part one interview ends with a teaser about something coming out of her office in part two.
