h/t to Barrackaid #13 for this one. Not sure how I missed it LIVE but Limbaugh's open letter read aloud the day after the January 27th State of the Union is sincere, open, honest, and tough. I would actually be shocked if Obama hasn't heard this but if he hasn't, he needs to. His ideology is so engrained and his beliefs so hard-wired, I still doubt it would have much impact.
