Hillary Senior Adviser Running Interference for Muslim Brotherhood

In my latest article at Big Peace, I take a look at yet another State Department employee who seems to be siding with the Muslim Brotherhood; his name is Alec Ross and he is a senior adviser to Hillary Clinton. In light of the recent discovery that Huma Abedin - Hillary's Deputy Chief of Staff - has familial connections to the Muslim Brotherhood that include her mother (a member) and her brother, who is Head of Development at the Oxford Center for Islamic Studies (OCIS), the public statements from Ross should raise even more red flags relative to Hillary's loyalty to the United States.

Is Hillary Clinton's Senior Adviser Running Interference for Muslim Brotherhood?
Ben Barrack

His name is Alec Ross and he is Hillary Clinton's senior adviser for innovation at the U.S. State Department. While speaking at a summit in London, Ross made the provocative statement that social network technology is the “Che Guevara of the 21st century” due to its “facilitation of largely leaderless movements,” while doing so in a laudatory way.

Though the Guevara comparison was certainly controversial, the most telling statements from Hillary's mouthpiece had to do with his support for the Arab Spring. In talking about dictatorships, he asserted that the power once held by leaders like Hosni Mubarak is being placed in the hands of more worthy entities:

“The overrarching pattern that I think you can see in all of this is the redistribution of power from governments and very large institutions to individuals and small institutions.”

Not only is this statement blatantly false but it shows a complete disregard for the most powerful group behind these Arab uprisings – the Muslim Brotherhood. As an example, Ross refers to Google's Wael Ghonim as the only recognizable revolutionary leader in the movement that is sweeping across the Middle East.

Lost on Ross is the fact that Ghonim's day in the limelight was overtly wrested from him by none other than Muslim Brotherhood leader Yusuf al-Qaradawi, whose minions kicked Ghonim off the stage during the celebratory gathering after Mubarek fell. Ghonim left in disgrace, with an Egyptian flag covering his head. It was the quintessential example of a useful idiot.

With his words, Ross further demonstrated that he – and Hillary by extension – very possibly share this trait with Ghonim:

“The leadership of these movements is increasingly distributed and increasingly nodal as opposed to being bound by a single charismatic figure who is inspiring and organizing the masses.”

Pssst. Hey Alec, maybe you should do a google search on Mr. al-Qaradawi.

Speaking of the Muslim Brotherhood, it's supporting another uprising just across the border from Egypt, in Libya. Not only has this been confirmed by Wikileaks and several other sources but al-Qaradawi himself has left no doubt that he supports the overthrow of Libyan leader Muammar Gadhafi; he's even gone so far as issuing a fatwa that authorizes Gadhafi's military to assassinate the Libyan dictator.

This leads us to Hillary Clinton who – while in Jamaica – demanded to know why House Republicans were threatening to withhold funds from the administration's war effort in Libya, which seeks to remove Gadhafi from power. Said Hillary:

“...whose side are you on? Are you on Qadhafi’s side or are you on the side of the aspirations of the Libyan people and the international coalition that has been created to support them? For the Obama Administration, the answer to that question is very easy.”

The necessary implication of this is that our State Department is on the side of the Muslim Brotherhood, which is the entity that gave us groups like Hamas, al-Qaeda, and other nefarious Islamic groups.

It is Hillary – not Congress – who should be asked about her loyalties.

The Cult of Climate Change

If you had any doubt that the Eco-Wackos weren't part of a cult, that doubt should be erased now. The UN Foundation is concocting a scheme that will consist of an 'aggressive program' designed to target people who call them Eco-Wackos. Actually, anyone who denies man-made climate change is to have his mind made right or his character assassinated. I particularly like the fact that Tim Wirth, the head of the Foundation thinks people who deny his madness have gotten a 'free ride.' He actually is calling for that free ride to stop.

Via CNS News:
Former Democratic Sen. Tim Wirth of Colorado, now the president of the UN Foundation, said the flooding and forest fires in the United States this year are evidence of "the kind of dramatic climate impact" climate change models have predicted and that those in the know on climate change must “undertake an aggressive program to go after those who are among the deniers.”

In a UN Foundation conference call about climate change, from Svalbard, Norway on Thursday, Wirth said, “[W]e have to--I think, again as I’ve suggested before--undertake an aggressive program to go after those who are among the deniers, who are putting out these mistruths, and really call them for what they’re doing and make a battle out of it. They’ve had pretty much of a free ride so far, and that time has got to stop.”
Uh, perhaps Mr. Wirth should start reading the Climategate emails. I particularly like how Wirth included the Arizona wildfires in his list of examples:As for the recent fires in Southwest and the flooding in the Midwest, Wirth said:
“While you can’t predict exactly from the climate models what’s going to happen, we know that the overall trend is going to be increased drought, increased flooding, increased number of fires. And we’re seeing exactly that sort of thing in the United States today with increased flooding this last year, with the fires that have swept, raging through Arizona and western New Mexico and Texas, the kind of dramatic climate impact that we have seen in the United States already.”

“Slowly but surely, people are going to connect the dots,” he said. “They’re going to understand that this is precisely the kind of significant change that has been predicted and that we’re slowly but surely seeing.”
Lost on this guy is that most of the Arizona wildfires are being started by illegal aliens. In that regard, the source of what Wirth points to as a sign of man-made climate change is indeed man-made.

Pig, meet acorn.

ATF Director Melson Not Going Under the Bus Willingly

Reports began to surface late last week that acting ATF Director Kenneth Melson was going to be stepping down in the wake of the scandalous operation known as Fast and Furious / Project Gunrunner. It's looking like those predictions have been a bit premature because Melson doesn't appear ready to take the fall. Not only that but he appears to be eager to testify before Congress. These two realities very strongly point to Melson not being the one who authorized the 'felony stupid' program. Once again, signs are pointing to Attorney General Eric Holder:

Via LA Times:
The acting director of the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is strongly resisting pressure to step down because of growing controversy over the agency's surveillance program that allowed U.S. guns to flow unchecked into Mexico, according to several federal sources in Washington.

Kenneth E. Melson, who has run the bureau for two years, is reportedly eager to testify to Congress about the extent of his and other officials' involvement in the operation, code-named Fast and Furious.

Melson does not want to be "the fall guy" for the program, under which ATF agents allowed straw purchasers to acquire more than 1,700 AK-47s and other high-powered rifles from Arizona gun dealers, the sources said. The idea was to track the guns to drug cartel leaders. But that goal proved elusive, and the guns turned up at shootings in Mexico, as well as at the slaying in Arizona of a U.S. Border Patrol agent in December.

"He is saying he won't go," said one source close to the situation, who asked for anonymity because high-level discussions with Melson remained fluid. "He has told them, 'I'm not going to be the fall guy on this.' "
If Fox News Channel wasn't so obsessed with the Casey Anthony trial and covered this story even half as much, maybe the American public would begin to understand just how corrupt our government is.

But alas.

Read it all.
