Video: Ron Paul says Bachmann 'Hates Muslims'

Just when you thought Ron Paul couldn't be more clueless on the Islamic issue, he demonstrates he may be intellectually in debt as opposed to simply vacant.

While on with Jay Leno, Paul told the audience that Michele Bachmann 'hates Muslims.' How would he know if he hasn't heard her say that? There is a big difference between having serious, legitimate, and verifiable concerns about Islam and hating Muslims.

Well, after all, he IS Ron Paul. He knows everything. Just ask his tin foil hat wearing minions.

Video: Hollywood Actor sees what China is Really Like

Hollywood actor Christian Bale was in Beijing recently to promote his latest film about the Japanese invasion in the 20th century. Instead of getting on the plane to head home, however, he decided to take a 8 hour car ride outside the city to visit a blind, anti-abortion activist named Chen Guangcheng, who has been sentenced to home confinement after serving his four-year prison sentence. It's pretty safe to say that Chinese secret police, who were stationed near Chen's home, did not welcome Bale with the open arms he received in Beijing.

Check out this video from CNN via Verum Serum of Bale's attempt to visit Chen Guangcheng. In it, Bale admits it's not in his nature to insert himself into such situations but that in this case, he simply could not look the other way. I must admit, I was surprised to hear in this report, that Hillary Clinton has raised this issue of Chen's plight as well.

That is what we call an eye-opening experience and Bale deserves heaps of credit for putting himself in the position of having it. The actor is known for having a temper and once went off on the photography director who interrupted him during a movie scene. It would really be nice to see Bale channel that energy into fighting for a cause like the one he was exposed to 8 hours outside of Beijing.

In fact, it'd be nice to see someone like Chen get the treatment Nelson Mandela got from the left but the former is an anti-abortion activist, which is a big strike against him.

VS has another video, shot from inside the home of Chen. He is constantly monitored by non-uniformed security guards outside his home. As you watch, keep in mind how many people on the left in America revere China.

Seattle Police Release Video of Violent OWS Protesters

On December 12th, OWS protesters attempted to shut down major ports along the Pacific Coast. In Seattle, these miscreants released videos that portrayed themselves as victims against brutal police officers. Unfortunately for these thugs, the police recorded video of their own and it shows OWS for what it is, a bunch of bad melodramatic actors who use violence in the name of peace.

In fact, these 'peaceful' protesters hurled bricks and rebar at police, who responded appropriately.

This actually is reminiscent of the Gaza flotilla raid, in which Israel had video of the supposedly 'peaceful' boat riders assaulting them with weapons. If not for that video, Israel would have been much more successfully demonized. They still were anyway but the video convinced anyone who was willing to be objective.

Also, remember that none other than Van Jones endorsed these December 12th port shutdown attempts. He appears to have shifted his focus away from creating 'green jobs.' Stirring it up with cops is how he got his start.

Here is a news report from Fox 28 in Seattle, via The Blaze:

Remember this? OWS and CAIR are on the same side too.

Did Obama Administration Invite an Accomplice to Khobar Towers Bombing to White House?

The Khobar Towers bombing of 1996 killed 19 American servicemen. The FBI named the Iranian Revolutionary Guard (IRG) in an indictment. A man named Hadi al-Ameri was once the commander of the IRG. Suspicions of his involvement in that bombing are well-founded.

Today, he is Iraq's Transportation Minister under Nouri al-Maliki. On December 12th, al-Ameri was part of a delegation that visited the Oval Office. This raised concerns among a former FBI Director and a current Congresswoman, which prompted an official response from the White House. I draw your attention to what is in bold.

Via Fox Insider:
“We have no evidence of al-Ameri’s involvement with the Khobar Towers attacks, nor do we have any evidence of Hadi al-Ameri’s involvement in any act of violence against U.S. citizens. Hadi al-Ameri is the minister of transportation in the democratically elected Iraqi government. He is a longstanding partner and interlocutor of the Unites States Government, going back to the previous administration.”
It would seem that the White House, as has become commonplace, is parsing its words. This is very lawyerly verbiage and indicates a willingness to concede that al-Ameri HAS perpetrated violence against non-U.S. citizens. You will be shocked at just how bad it is.

There will be more on this in coming days.

Al-Ameri, like al-Maliki, is Shi'ite and the fact that the former holds a position this high in Iraq's government is not only disturbing but could be evidence that Iraq has already begun the process of falling into the hands of Iran.

Bringing US troops home only to leave Iraq in the hands of people like this cannot be good.

Here is an interview with a survivor of the Khobar attacks, William Schooley, on Fox News. He is obviously not happy with al-Ameri's White House visit.
