Black on White Hate Crimes at Wisconsin Fair

As people were exiting the Wisconsin State Fair, mobs of black people began attacking white people for no reason, according to multiple reports. This story has not been widely reported but you can bet your last dime that had the situation been reversed - whites attacking blacks - it would have been shouted from the rooftops of the liberal media establishment. Incidentally, the multiple members of that media establishment are white and had any of them attended the Wisconsin State Fair, would have been targets.

Via WTMJ:
WEST ALLIS - Witnesses tell Newsradio 620 WTMJ and TODAY'S TMJ4 of a mob of young people attacking innocent fair-goers at the end of the opening night of State Fair, with some callers claiming a racially-charged scene.

Milwaukee Police confirmed there were assaults outside the fair.

Witnesses' accounts claim everything from dozens to hundreds of young black people beating white people as they left State Fair Thursday night.

Authorities have not given official estimates of the number of people involved in the attacks.

"It looked like they were just going after white guys, white people," said Norb Roffers of Wind Lake in an interview with Newsradio 620 WTMJ. He left the State Fair Entrance near the corner of South 84th Street and West Schlinger Avenue in West Allis.

"They were attacking everybody for no reason whatsoever."

"It was 100% racial," claimed Eric, an Iraq war veteran from St. Francis who says young people beat on his car.

"I had a black couple on my right side, and these black kids were running in between all the cars, and they were pounding on my doors and trying to open up doors on my car, and they didn't do one thing to this black couple that was in this car next to us. They just kept walking right past their car. They were looking in everybody's windshield as they were running by, seeing who was white and who was black. Guarantee it."
What are the chances that any of these thugs get charged with hate crimes? Hold your breath. Here is a WTMJ news report:

Department of Justice Opens Door for Congressional Investigation into Black Panther Case

The case of voter intimidation courtesy of the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) on election day, 2008 has dogged the Obama administration ever since. One of the reasons given by the Department of Justice as to why it couldn't respond to document requests made by then ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, Rep. Frank Wolf (R) was that there was an ongoing investigation within the DOJ itself.

Specifically, the DOJ pointed to the investigation being done by its internal Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR). That investigation is now over and J. Christian Adams - the voting rights section attorney who retired last year - is calling them on it.

Via Pajamas Media:
DOJ concludes that DOJ did nothing wrong. DOJ used the OPR investigation to avoid providing information to outside investigators on September 9, 2009. Again, on November 16, 2009, the Department of Justice told the Civil Rights Commission that it couldn’t be forthcoming with information until the OPR report was finished. It used a similar tactic to avoid congressional scrutiny.

Now that the OPR report is done, it’s time for the Department to cough up the information to the House Judiciary Committee and to Congressman Frank Wolf. Wolf has also asked for a long list of information which was never provided because of the OPR investigation, or at least that’s what DOJ said was the reason.
Adams goes on to list all of the things that Wolf, now the committee Chairman, should ask for. Read the list HERE.

I find the timing of the OPR investigation results mildly noteworthy because they were released at about the same time Louis Farrakhan and NBPP leader Malik Zulu Shabazz have been railing on Obama over the administration's policy on Libya.

HERE is the story about the DOJ investigation results.

Read it all.

BOMBSHELL: CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION REPORT ON BLACK PANTHERS

The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights has released its report on its findings relative to the handling of the New Black Panther Party case involving the voting rights section of the Civil Rights division of the Department of Justice. The report not only finds that high level officials in the Department were involved and tried to cover it up.

Via the Washington Post:
The Justice Department has tried to hide the involvement of high-level political officials in the dismissal of a controversial voter-intimidation lawsuit against members of the New Black Panther Party, a federal commission concluded in a draft report.

The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights said the department's reversal in the case, which drew criticism from conservatives, indicates that its Civil Rights Division is failing to protect white voters and is "at war with its core mission of guaranteeing equal protection of the laws for all Americans.''
Recently, Darrell Issa was quoted as saying there is "not a chance" of impeaching Obama. If this case of ignoring voter intimidation coupled with a subsequent cover-up reaches to the White House, Issa better start changing his tune. Moreover, of all the things the Obama administration could be investigated for, the case of the New Black Panther Party should be at the top of the list.

Floyd Brown of the Impeach Obama Campaign is doing interviews on this very thing.

VIDEOS: KIRSTIN POWERS, MALIK SHABAZZ, AND MEGYN KELLY

First up, the must see throw down between Fox News Channel's Megyn Kelly and liberal Kirsten Powers. The panel started out with Kelly as the moderator in a debate between Powers and her conservative opponent. However, the exchange between Kelly and Powers overtook any best laid plans. At times, Powers looked like a deer in the headlights. Kelly had her facts and busted Powers on more than one occasion over the latter's ignorance of them. Powers conceded that ignorance but for some inexplicable reason felt compelled to keep arguing.

Whether Powers wants to admit it or not, she was in the position of having to defend the racist leader of a racist organization that's been protected by racist policies. Be sure to watch the video after the one showing the exchange between Kelly and Powers.

Kelly took her down........hard.

Next up is an exchange from March of 2008 in which Powers filled in for Alan Colmes during an installment of Hannity & Colmes in which the guest was New Black Panther Party leader Malik Zulu Shabazz. Fast forward to the 5:30 mark to see Powers question Shabazz. In light of the Philadelphia polling station case coupled with what should have been an "ah-HA" moment for Powers in this interview, I am struck by the obstinate posture of Powers in the exchange with Kelly today.

wow.

GEESH: MORE BLACK PANTHER VIDEO

On May 29th, New Black Panther Party (NBPP) leader Malik Zulu Shabazz was dressed in some sort of flowing robe and introduced that other Shabazz - King Samir - to the audience. Remember that when Malik was asked by both Megyn Kelly and Geraldo Rivera about Samir being a racist, he demurred and said he doesn't know what Samir thinks. As you allow that to incubate, have a listen to Malik tell this audience that Samir goes with him wherever he goes. It's quite obvious Malik holds the same views.

The fact that he didn't object here as Samir spewed hatred for "Cracker Police" only provides further evidence of it - as if you needed anymore.

Malik, you and your group are being outed right before your eyes.

VIDEO: GERALDO INTERVIEWS BLACK PANTHER LEADER

Definitely an interview worth watching. Geraldo confronts New Black Panther Party Leader Malik Zulu Shabazz, going toe to toe for twenty minutes. When Rivera asks Shabazz about the other Shabazz - King Samir - and his exhorting black people to kill white people and their babies, Malik defends Samir as his brother. Geraldo then asks him how he can stand with someone who believes that. Malik's response is that he's more concerned about saving black babies. It should be obvious to anyone that Malik believes as Samir does but doesn't view it as expedient to express those beliefs. The fact that Malik is not repulsed by those words confirms it.

Remember what Glenn Beck quotes from Van Jones' now infamous line: "Drop the radical pose for the radical ends." Malik understands this and knows King Samir forgot to drop that radical pose. The fact that Malik still considers Samir a "brother" and part of his organization speaks volumes as well.

One other note about Malik. There is a video of him that surfaced on July 8th claiming there is a conspiracy at Fox News to keep him off that network. Since then, he's appeared on both Megyn Kelly's show and now Geraldo - both on Fox.

If there's one critique of Geraldo's performance, it's his defense of Al Sharpton but otherwise, he did an excellent job in this interview.

Black on White Crime Exempt From Hate Crimes Laws?

Imagine a family standing outside their friends' home while watching fireworks with the homeowners. Then imagine a mob of about 50 racists approaching and ultimately attacking the family who doesn't share the mob's race.

Was it the KKK?

Nope.

Phil Trexler at the Akron Beacon Journal repors that it was a group of black teens who were shouting, "This is our world" and "This is a black world". Yup, after trespassing onto the property of a white family, the black teens shoved members of the Marshall family, including a teenage girl they pushed to the ground.

Quoting from Trexler's piece...
They said it started when one teen, without any words or warning, blindsided and assaulted Marshall's friend as he stood outside with the others.

WOW! Sounds like a hate crime, doesn't it?

Not so fast...
Akron police are investigating. Right now, the case is not being classified as a racial hate crime.

Perhaps this ambiguity will cause Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson to head to Akron!
