VIDEO: WOMAN ARRESTED AT AUSTIN AIRPORT FOR REFUSING GOV'T GROPE JOB

Claire Hirschkind was arrested at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AIBA) for refusing to go through checkpoint scanners and then refusing the intrusive TSA junk-touching pat down. Hirschkind's reason for not going through the scanner? She claimed she has the equivalent of a pacemaker in her chest. Her reason for being more sensitive than most about a government-sanctioned groping? She claimed to be a rape victim.

There are many absurdities revealed in this story but among them were two passengers interviewed by the KVUE reporter. Each said they felt safer as a result of passengers like Hirschkind having to go through the process. Here is the video report from Austin's ABC affiliate - KVUE:

VIDEO: SNL MOCKS THE TSA

Saturday Night Live is officially on record as having chimed in on the Transportation Security Agency's new direction and it's quite the mocking referendum. The Obama Administration is intentionally stoking the American people. If you were unsure if Obama is destroying the Democratic party before, this new policy at the TSA may help to persuade you otherwise. When SNL goes after you like this, it can't be good.

Remember when Obama mentioned his vision for a "Civilian National Security Force" back in July of 2008 and everyone has been wondering what he meant?

Perhaps we're seeing it right now... Remember though, the TSA is not the only agency under the DHS. Something tells me that the other agencies may start getting their marching orders soon.

VIDEO: GLIMPSE AT OBAMA'S CIVILIAN NATIONAL SECURITY FORCE?

We could be watching the idea Obama expressed while on the campaign trail in July of 2008 begin to unfold - namely, his "Civilian National Security Force". Guess what, it may be part of the new Health Care Law. More specifically, Franklin Delano Roosevelt signed the Public Health Service Act in July of 1944. In Section 203 of that legislation, it laid out the conditions under which a "Reserve Corps." could be used in case of a "national emergency".

In the new legislation just passed, The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Section 203 of the Bill signed into law by FDR has been amended to include the establishment of the "Ready Reserve Corps." which is in addition to the Reserve Corps. found in the 1944 Act. Question: If a "Reserve" is someone who can be called to active duty, what on earth is a "Ready Reserve"?

Via World Net Daily, here is the wording in question taken directly from the relevant portion amended to the Public Health Service Act of 1944.

'(b) Assimilating Reserve Corp Officers Into the Regular Corps- Effective on the date of enactment of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, all individuals classified as officers in the Reserve Corps under this section (as such section existed on the day before the date of enactment of such Act) and serving on active duty shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of the Regular Corps.
'(c) Purpose and Use of Ready Research-

'(2) USES- The Ready Reserve Corps shall--

'(A) participate in routine training to meet the general and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps;
'(B) be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel;

'(C) be available for backfilling critical positions left vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and

'(D) be available for service assignment in isolated, hardship, and medically underserved communities (as defined in section 799B) to improve access to health services.

'(d) Funding- For the purpose of carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Commissioned Corps under this section, there are authorized to be appropriated $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014 for recruitment and training and $12,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014 for the Ready Reserve Corps.'

So now we have a new army of health enforcers to compliment our new army of IRS agents. I guess the message is if you don't pay your portion of the individual mandate and aren't sufficiently intimidated by the IRS, then the Health Police will come round to make you all better.

Audio unearthed of Barack Obama in 2006 advocating mandatory service for all citizens. Ironically, he does so while trying to assuage the anxiety of parents and students who are staring down hefty student loans.

Much easier to sell when he implies that he can take away that anxiety by making the Service-for-Tuition tradeoff.
