Video: Harry Reid Leaves out 'Under God' when Citing Pledge of Allegiance

Barack Obama really has trouble with the part of the Declaration of Independence that says, 'endowed by our Creator.' Harry Reid, while on the Senate Floor made reference to the Pledge of Allegiance and cited the part that says, 'One Nation.... Indivisible' without quoting that little part in the middle about being 'under God.' In an ironic twist, at the end of this short clip, Reid then says those words recall a responsibility to 'our conscience.' Lost on him, obviously, is that the notion of 'conscience' is divinely inspired.

Not only that but if there's a scintilla of 'conscience' left inside Harry Reid, it may have been responsible for his omitting 'Under God' from his little speech here. Reid is one of the perpetrators of evil against this country. Are such people so repulsed by God that they can't even refer to Him?

VIDEO: CONGRESSWOMAN OMITS 'GOD' FROM PLEDGE, BLAMES OTHERS

U.S. Rep. Betty McCollum (D-MN) led the House floor in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance back in 2002 and clearly omitted the words 'under God.' A blogger was able to find footage of this event and it managed to go viral. Perhaps even more amazing than McCollum omitting those two words while appearing adamant and indignant while doing so is how she has reacted to the fact that she actually omitted those two words. In a press release, she actually blamed conservatives.

St. Paul, MN -- Congresswoman Betty McCollum honors and respects the Pledge of Allegiance and believes the United States is one Nation under God. She has led the Pledge of Allegiance on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives numerous times as can be seen in these video links.

Conservatives are using an eight year old video clip to incite hate, racism, and intolerance among Tea Party Republicans. This right-wing effort to call into question Congresswoman McCollum's Christian faith, her belief in God, and her patriotism is blatantly anti-American and all too similar to the extremists who earlier this year mailed a soiled American flag to her Congressional office and threatened the Congresswoman with violence.

Congresswoman McCollum rejects this radical agenda and condemns the extremist tactics behind this poisonous political exploitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.

The site that originally posted the video from 2002, Norcalblogs, is reporting that McCollum staffers are posting comments on his site and one of the arguments - if you can believe this one - is that McCollum didn't say "Under God" because she was taking a breath.

VIDEO: EVERYONE WILL WORK FOR SWARM

Seemingly every day, I see something Barack Obama says or does and think, 'surely, this will convince some of the 30% of people who strongly approve of his performance that he is doing us harm.' Then I see something like this and realize there is just no hope (pun intended) for a significant amount of people.

The Hollywood whack jobs are at it again. This time, in an exceedingly long and ponderous montage of oath-taking and pledges to "be a servant to our president". And, oh, by the way, this is a NEW video.

Be sure to watch for Anthony Kiedis of Red Hot Chili Peppers pledge to serve "Barack (kiss) Obama (kiss)". Unfortunately, the most outlandish part requires you to either sit through the ponderous 4 minutes until you get to the end OR fast forward as Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore (with other voices off camera) actually say,

"I pledge to be a servant to our President!"

Jason Bateman's quote was highly intellectual as well. Listening to him say that he pledges to "flush only after a dookie and never a single," really inspired me (geesh).

As I watched this one, I remembered a cartoon episode from Spiderman and his amazing friends back in the 1970's (at bottom of this post) where a swarm of bees put people in a trance, making them all "bee people" ("B" as in "Barack").
