CAIR Files Lawsuit Seeking to Ban Book

When guilty parties can no longer use silence to prevent serious charges against them, it usually means those charges have become extremely damaging. Such appears to be the case with the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the authors of a book that blow the lid off of CAIR's true intentions. The book - Muslim Mafia - was written based on documents secretly removed from CAIR's offices by the son of the book's author, David Gaubatz. According to Gaubatz's attorney, CAIR is not continuing to pursue litigation because it believes it can win; it's doing so for the purposes of intimidation.

Via WND:
After filing two unsuccessful versions of its complaint, CAIR has filed yet another amended complaint that asks federal Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in Washington, D.C., to bar the Gaubatzes and anyone related to their effort from publishing the documents and recordings obtained in the undercover operation.

CAIR interpreted the judge's order to return all copies of the documents as a demand to also return "copies published in the book," according to a Joint Status Report filed April 22 in federal court in Washington, D.C.

Horowitz, a frequent television legal analyst based in the San Francisco Bay area, has teamed with two other high-profile lawyers in the case. Bernard Grimm, in Washington, D.C., is a regular commentator on the Fox News Channel, CNN and Court TV. Martin Garbus, in New York City, is perhaps the country's best known First Amendment lawyer.

Horowitz believes CAIR knows it can't win the case, but he cautioned that the Saudi-funded group "can chill the First Amendment by making it so expensive to speak against them that no one can challenge them."
CAIR is using bully tactics to prevent future lawsuits and challenges. The strategy appears to work when it comes to Fox News Channel, which continues to tout CAIR as a civil rights group. Until these entities stand up to groups like this, they will continue to bully.

SEIU BULLIES REAR THEIR THUGGISH HEADS IN CONNECTICUT

When Glen Nelson, owner of Matrix Realty purchased a new building, its janitorial service was unionized. After the purchase of the building, Nelson decided to go with a non-union cleaning service to save on expenses - $1.3 Million a year to be exact. As you can imagine, SEIU doesn't take too kindly to such things - the same SEIU that Obama pledged his loyalty to on numerous occasions. Instead of looking for new jobs, SEIU members went to Nelson's home to intimidate him.

One of the protesters claimed he was threatened by Nelson when he and his fellow whiners set up shop near Nelson's home.

Via NewsDay:
The man who says he was threatened, Arthur Tiscia, 40, in a telephone interview Wednesday said he went to Nelson's home in Miller Place on Dec. 21 with a group of the cleaners who had lost their jobs.

They set up a table and a banner in the street near Nelson's driveway and intended to ask Nelson's neighbors for food donations for Christmas, for the families of janitors who had lost their jobs, Tiscia said. Nelson came home and threatened him, Tiscia said.
The story takes a disturbing twist on multiple levels at this point. The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) predictably sided with Tiscia and Nelson unfortunately caved when the NLRB ruled that if he wanted to avoid further trouble, he would have to post a sign in the front of his business that said the following:
"We will not threaten to kill you or to cause you bodily harm because you engage in activities" in support of a labor union.
SEIU's behavior is beyond reproach but at some point, people like Tiscia need to stand up to these thugs.

BARACK OBAMA TRUTH SQUAD BEING RESURRECTED?

It's been a down day and a bad week for the Obama spin machine. They're clearly on defense in response to the town halls and the video of Obama in 2003 saying he's a proponent of single payer health care DEFINITELY stung.

What's more is that Linda Douglass' attempt to rebut that tape WAS A JOKE! It actually made things worse for Obama because her claim that Obama's words were taken out of context was met with Breitbart releasing the entire clip, which made Obama look worse.

So how does the administration respond? Naturally, they START LOOKING for informants to report ANYONE who is speaking or writing against the new health care plan.

Folks, Obama is on his heels if he's getting this desperate. It's Rule #1 straight out of Alinsky's Rules for Radicals:

Rule 1: Power is not only what you have, but what an opponent thinks you have. If your organization is small, hide your numbers in the dark and raise a din that will make everyone think you have many more people than you do.

This strategy is very similar to pulling out the race card. Race-baiters prefer not to whip it out but they do so as a last resort while believing that Intimidation will do the trick. Until recently (Sgt. Crowley), the threat of the race card scared people.

Call Obama out on this as well. DO NOT TAKE THIS!
