Planned Parenthood's Delaware Clinic another in a long line of examples that show Gosnell no outlier

As the morbid and gory details of the Kermit Gosnell trial were being brought to light, Planned Parenthood realized it couldn't rely on people remaining uninformed. It needed a new strategy. It chose to denounce Gosnell's clinic and identify it as an outlier. Hot Air puts it this way:
Proof positive that we’ve reached a new phase of Gosnell damage control. Plan A: Ignore, ignore, ignore. Plan B: If Plan A becomes impossible, use Gosnell as some sort of exception that proves the rule about why, counterintuitively, America needs easier access to abortion.
So that's PP's plan?

PP would have you believe that its "clinics" are safer and cleaner than Gosnell's was. Gosnell's "clinic" hadn't been inspected since 1993. Perhaps PP will argue that it is inspected with much greater regularity. Aside from that, perhaps we can also assume that none of the PP clinics saved babies' feet in jars, like Gosnell did. Once again, that's likely a distinction with not much of a difference if babies are murdered in similar ways.

As for inspections of PP "clinics", well as you'll see in the news report below, PP is essentially responsible for inspecting itself.

Take note at the end of the report when the anchor clarifies with the reporter that PP prides itself on having the most sanitary conditions in its "clinics," compared to those of non-PP "clinics".

Via ABC 6 in Philadelphia (h/t GWP) about a PP "clinic" in Delaware:

allowscriptaccess="always" allownetworking="all" allowfullscreen="true" src="http://cdn.abclocal.go.com/static/flash/embeddedPlayer/swf/otvEmLoader.swf?version=fw1000&station=wpvi&section=&mediaId=9059275&cdnRoot=http://cdn.abclocal.go.com&webRoot=http://abclocal.go.com&configPath=/util/&site=">

Any charges of he said / she said in a disgruntled employee / employer relationship between the two former employees and the clinic ring hollow in light of the multiple 911 calls to the local hospital because women were overly medicated or otherwise in danger. We also have the case of other employees suddenly leaving. The conditions described by these employees are eerily reminiscent of what witnesses described took place at Gosnell's abortuary - unsanitary conditions, blood all over the place, etc. What's truly amazing is how at least one of the employees bemoans the state of the "clinic" and its safety while almost immune to the murders.

Now, as for conditions inside PP "clinics" compared to non-PP "clinics"...

If PP is going to argue that it doesn't perform the late-term abortions Gosnell was performing, all one has to look at is PP lobbyist Alisa LaPolt Snow in front of the Florida legislature last month. She essentially admitted that babies born alive in botched abortions should be legally murdered.

Let us also not forget that after PP President Cecile Richards was caught lying on a massive scale when she claimed that her organization doesn't just perform abortions but also things like mammograms.

Remember this?

Or how about this? PP "clinic" in New York City helps a pimp pose as a "guardian" for one of his prostitutes.

Then, of course, how about those instances of requesting abortions inside PP "clinics" because the sex of the unborn baby was not right?

Video: Planned Parenthood's Holocaust Apologist

Proof that Planned Parenthood is evil. In the abortion debate, you have those who believe that life begins at conception vs. those who believe life begins after the mother and child are separated at birth. The pro-death abortionists have officially run headlong into the buzz saw of a reality that they are committing crimes on par with - or worse than - those committed by the Nazis.

This video provides the proof.

Her name is Alisa LaPolt Snow and she is a lobbyist for Planned Parenthood in Florida. In this video, she is answering questions from Florida legislators who seek to determine what Planned Parenthood's position is on the murder of infants that takes place after babies are born alive, following a botched abortion. Using Planned Parenthood's own logic, once the baby is separated from the mother, it is a living, breathing human being. Here is where the entire pro-choice argument falls apart.

If LaPolt says the baby should not be murdered at that point, Planned Parenthood is on the hook for committing an untold number of murders. If she says the murder can proceed, the entire premise that life begins outside the womb is demonstrably false.

Watch as LaPolt defends the murder of the most innocent of people.

Video: More Gendercide... in New York City

After the first Live Action undercover video in Texas, that exposed Planned Parenthood as an entity that is facilitating gendercide, the abortuary issued a statement that vehemently denied condoning the practice. Now Live Action has released another video that shows Planned Parenthood doing the same thing in New York City.

Video: Gendercide at Planned Parenthood in Texas

Seriously, where is the feminist movement. If ever there was a cause tailor-made to fight, wouldn't the selective abortions of the unborn based on gender be it? Planned Parenthood has been caught... again. This time in a Texas clinic, advising a pregnant woman on how to use state funds to get an OB/GYN for late term ultrasounds to be used in the decision-making process of keeping or killing the baby based on its sex.

In this video via LiveAction, h/t Daily Caller:

Another interesting aspect to this is that Planned Parenthood publicly denied this practice earlier this year.

Via DC:
In late April, Planned Parenthood suspected that it was the subject of such a sting operation. At the time, the group called Live Action’s tactic a hoax and condemned sex-selection abortions.

“Planned Parenthood does not offer sex determination services; our ultrasound services are limited to medical purposes,” Planned Parenthood education vice president Leslie Kantor and Carolyn Westhoff, a senior medical adviser for Planned Parenthood, wrote. ”Gender bias is contrary to everything our organization works for daily in communities across the country. Planned Parenthood opposes racism and sexism in all forms, and we work to advance equity and human rights in the delivery of health care.”

“Planned Parenthood condemns sex selection motivated by gender bias, and urges leaders to challenge the underlying conditions that lead to these beliefs and practices, including addressing the social, legal, economic, and political conditions that promote gender bias and lead some to value one gender over the other,” the pair continued, asserting that stings such as Live Action’s are an attempt by “anti-choice” advocates to further “legislation that blocks access to basic reproductive health care, including birth control.”
There's nothing quite like being "pro-choice" and "pro-feminist" while supporting  the "choice" of a woman to exterminate a member of your gender. Then, of course, lying about it doesn't help either.

11 GOP Senators that Need to be 'Primaried'

If you were a Republican Senator and had the opportunity to close debate on the nomination of the former Planned Parenthood Director for a lifetime federal judgeship, would you do it? If you would, it means you simply do NOT have conservative values and should not represent the Republican Party, which has a Pro-Life plank in its platform. Unfortunately, there are 11 RINOs (if they weren't identified as RINOs before, they are now) who are responsible for allowing the confirmation of former head of the Abortuary that is Planned Parenthood.

Via CNS News:
Senate Democrats were able to confirm the former director of Planned Parenthood of Rhode Island to a lifetime federal judgeship after 11 Republicans voted to close debate on the nomination and allow it to come up for a final vote.

As a lawyer, the new judge was also involved in litigation against the tobacco industry and a failed lawsuit against former manufacturers of lead paint.

The cloture vote on the nomination of John J. “Jack” McConnell was 63 to 33 with 1 senator voting present and 2 senators not voting at all. Had 4 of the 11 Republicans who voted for cloture not done so, the nomination would have failed. A cloture vote requires 60 votes to succeed.

All 11 Republicans who voted for cloture—and thus to allow McConnell’s nomination to proceed—turned around and voted against the nomination itself on the final vote. That vote succeeded 50 to 44 and McConnell was confirmed.
The following Republican Senators need to be primaried out of office at the soonest opportunity:
LAMAR ALEXANDER (RINO-TN)
SCOTT BROWN (RINO-MA)
SUSAN COLLINS (RINO-MN)
OLYMPIA SNOWE (RINO-MN)
SAXBY CHAMBLISS (RINO-GA)
JOHNNY ISAKSON (RINO-GA)
MARK KIRK (RINO-IL)
JOHN MCCAIN (RINO-AZ)
LISA MURKOWSKI (RINO-AK)
JOHN THUNE (RINO-SD)
LINDSEY GRAHAM (RINO-SC)
Remember this from 2008?

John McCain lied.

Videos: More Left Wing Lies from Planned Parenthood

Live Action, the same group that exposed Planned Parenthood as a creature very similar to ACORN in how it's willing to treat young children, has now uncovered more despicable lies from the pro-abortion, taxpayer-funded entity. The forces with a stake in Planned Parenthood continuing to get taxpayer dollars has resorted to lying in order to get it. Heck, if you can murder without a conscience, what's wrong with lying?

One of the arguments put forward by CEO Cecile Richards is that if Planned Parenthood is defunded, far too many women will go without things like mammograms. Small problem. They don't offer them. Lila Rose's Live Action uncovered this fact by attempting to schedule mammograms at 30 separate PP clinics. In each case, the PP rep on the other end of the phone said it's not in their list of service offerings.

Video: U.S. Senator Says Tea Party Republicans 'Don't Deserve the Freedoms in the Constitution.'

U.S. Senator from New Jersey Frank Lautenberg (D) spoke in front of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Englewood New Jersey on March 22nd to show opposition to Republican efforts to de-fund the abortion giant. Also joining him were several Democrat state senators. First up, he accused Republicans who say our nation is in dire economic straits of being liars. Lost on him apparently is the $14 Trillion debt we're facing. Our proposed budget cuts don't even pay the interest on existing debt.

He then says the Tea Party doesn't want his side to be able to express their opinions, which is a complete lie. The right encourages the left to express its opinions. It's the left who wants to squelch the right in the form of things like the Fairness Doctrine and Net Neutrality. The Pro-life crowd rightfully insists abortion is murder and doesn't want their tax dollars funding abortions. This stance is over and above the issue of deficit spending. Yet Lautenberg magically translates that into the Tea Party not wanting those on the left to express their opinions. Using his logic, someone on the left should be allowed to have an opinion that murdering an adult in cold blood should be legal and if anyone objects, they don't deserve the freedoms in the Constitution.

The most amazing statement from Lautenberg, however, was that Tea Party Republicans 'don't deserve the freedoms in the Constitution.'

The mask is off.

Eric Holder's DOMA Problem

This is my biggest problem with Eric Holder's argument for not defending the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) on grounds that it isn't Constitutional. The argument that DOMA is unconstitutional is an extremely valid one; the argument that the definition of marriage should be left to the states is an extremely valid one. At its essence, that is the argument made by Holder and Obama. The problem is it is beyond disingenuous for this administration to seize the mantle of the Constitution in any of its arguments.

For example, just this week, Eric Holder said that prosecuting the Black Panthers case 'demeans' his 'people' because it apparently pales in comparison to what blacks have suffered in the past. There's a problem with that and it's the Fifteenth Amendment, which says the following:
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
Tack onto that the fact that despite video evidence that Planned Parenthood was enabling the furtherance of underage sex trafficking, Holder announced that he will not prosecute despite the group being federally funded.

Via TPM:
Attorney General Eric Holder said Tuesday that the FBI has declined to prosecute in connection with a series of incidents where a man entered Planned Parenthood and claimed to be a pimp operating a sex trafficking ring. Those incidents were later revealed to be part of a video "sting" by the anti-abortion group LiveAction.

"It is my understanding that the FBI actually has looked at that matter" and "prosecution was declined in that matter," Holder's commented in a hearing of the House Appropriations subcommittee.
So the Department of Justice will not investigate crimes against children perpetrated by an organization that receives federal funds and it will not enforce the Fifteenth Amendment but it will argue that DOMA is unconstitutional.

Disgraceful.

Obama Says Planned Parenthood Sting Videos 'Manufactured'

The real Barack Obama continues to stand up. In the latest example, he told an interviewer that the Planned Parenthood videos which clearly showed the abortion rights entity advocates and endorses felonious behavior were 'manufactured.' Remember, that the videos showed Planned Parenthood employees advising a pimp and prostitute how to help an underage girl to have an abortion.

Via the Local NBC Richmond affiliate:
Earlier this week NBC12 asked President Barack Obama if the video warranted a review of Planned Parenthood's funding. Funding which is now in danger.

It started at a clinic in Richmond, and ended on the floor of House. In an unprecedented vote, lawmakers passed a continuing resolution to de-fund Planned Parenthood.

Pro-life politicians have often gone after the abortion provider, while pro-choice politicians like President Obama have rushed to its defense. In our exclusive interview, the President deflected the impact of the video sting.

"I think sometimes these issues get manufactured," he said "they get a lot of attention in the blogosphere."
Here is the interview. Fast forward to the 2:15 mark for the relevant portion via Fox Nation:

Now, just as a refresher, here's what happened in those Planned Parenthood clinics:

Videos: Planned Parenthood is being ACORN'd

The similarities between what James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles were able to expose about ACORN and what Lila Rose did with Planned Parenthood are not coincidence. Rose, like O'Keefe and Giles, worked in tandem with Andrew Breitbart's Big Government website and implemented virtually the same strategy, right down to actors posing as a pimp and a prostitute. They entered multiple Planned Parenthood clinics and proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that the taxpayer-subsidized entity is a willing accomplice in the commission of human trafficking - so is the mainstream media in its silence. Human trafficking of a minor is a felony punishable by up to life in prison.

Via Big Government:

Via Fox Nation, the head of Planned Parenthood says the videos were doctored and then proceeds to admit he hasn't seen them.
