'Critical Race Theory' may force Romney to say 'Outrageous things about the President'

Earlier this week, during an interview with Larry Kudlow, Mitt Romney promised that he would "not say outrageous things about the president" but that was before the first in what promises to be a long line of bombshells about Obama come out that will serve to do what Romney has said he will not do - identify the president for who  he is.

Last December, while appearing on the O'Reilly Factor, Romney refused to call Obama a "socialist" when given the chance:



Now, with the release of the first Breitbart video, we have the strongest evidence yet that Obama was an advocate of Critical Race Theory. According to former Justice Department Attorney, J. Christian Adams, CRT seems to explain a lot about the racially biased nature of the Obama administration in general and the Justice Department in particular.

Critical Race Theory does not view the law as applying equally to all Americans, but advocates for racially unfair implementation of the law to right past injustice.

Most of the crackpot racial grievance you hear today has a philosophical foundation in Critical Race Theory.  It is a counter-American, collectivist idea. Reparations, race-based hiring and excusing New Black Panther voter intimidation are some of the evil fruits of Critical Race Theory.

Bell’s history might be insignificant if he kept it to himself.  But he didn’t. He used his professorship to export this worldview to students--students like Obama, who later used their teaching posts to bring Bell's views to the next generation.

In the Obama tapes (that have been revealed so far), we find the future President calling on Harvard students to “open up your hearts, and your minds to the words of Professor Derrick Bell.”  Race relations in our country are worse off because too many people followed Obama’s advice.

Romney is obviously planning to move to the center and use the same hands-off approach to Obama that John McCain used relative to Obama's ties to Jeremiah Wright. In light of what's coming out about CRT and Obama's ties to radical professor Derrick Bell, Romney may be forced to abandon that lame strategy.

CNN Anchorette Soledad O'Brien loses it over Breitbart Video #1 of Many

It's always refreshing to see liberal propagandists masquerading as objective reporters rip their masks off on live television. The latest example comes courtesy of CNN host Soledad O'Brien during her interview with Breitbart's Joel Pollack over the first of many videos expected to come out of Barack Obama in his college days.

This interview starts out with CNN playing the short excerpt of Obama introducing radical Harvard professor Derrick Bell in 1991. Once it's finished, O'Brien's gradually grows increasingly defensive in her exchange with Pollack.

Great stuff because the left wing media has no clue what's still left to come out.

I'll bet "snarky" Soledad needed a nap after this.

Big Government: There is Video of that Saul Alinsky play Obama attended

Yesterday, Andrew Breitbart's legacy began with an explosive revelation about Barack Obama's attendance at a play and participation in a panel discussion afterward; that 1998 play celebrated the life of Saul Alinsky. Now BG is reporting there is a lone video recording of the play and it's in the hands of an Obama supporter who directed the play. Her name is Pam Dickler and she has no intention of coughing it up.

“There is only one archive tape of the play and I have it,” Dickler informed our source. “It is not in Chicago.”

Dickler told our source that she doesn’t believe she’s ever watched the tape, and she doesn’t know if it “can be viewed.” But she added: “No one is going to see the tape.”

She said she felt “very protective over it … due to all of the interest from conservatives recently.” She also told our source that the poster for the play was never supposed to be distributed.

Dickler added that there were no transcripts of the panel discussion.
“They didn’t know he was going to go on to become the president,” she said. “If they had known that, they would have of course kept any transcripts, but there were never any taken.”

Am I the only one who had flashbacks to this story from 2008 after reading that? The Los Angeles Times sat on a video of Barack Obama that likely would have prevented him from becoming president.

Breitbart's Vetting of Obama starts... Today

When he appeared at CPAC last month, Andrew Breitbart pledged that he would vet Barack Obama this election year. That vetting process is going to include the political version of Chinese water torture. The first drip was penned by Andrew before his death and it includes a poster from 1998 that promoted a play about Saul Alinsky. Guess whose name appeared on that poster.

You guessed it.

In 1998, a small Chicago theater company staged a play titled The Love Song of Saul Alinsky, dedicated to the life and politics of the radical community organizer whose methods Obama had practiced and taught on Chicago’s South Side.

Obama was not only in the audience, but also took the stage after one performance, participating in a panel discussion that was advertised in the poster for the play.

So, what’s in the play? It truly is a love song to Alinsky. In the first few minutes of the play, Alinsky plays Moses – yes, the Biblical Moses – talking to God. The play glorifies Alinsky stealing food from restaurants and organizing others to do the same, explaining, “I saw it as a practical use of social ecology: you had members of the intellectual community, the hope of the future, eating regularly for six months, staying alive till they could make their contributions to society.”

Interestingly, although the play began with Alinsky playing Moses, it ended with Obama's ideological mentor explaining that he preferred going to hell than to heaven:

The play finishes with Alinsky announcing he’d rather go to Hell than Heaven. Why? “More comfortable there. You see, all my life I’ve been with the Have-Nots: here you’re a Have-Not if you’re short of money, there you’re a Have-Not if you’re short of virtue. I’d be asking more questions, organizing them. They’re my kind of people – Hell would be Heaven for me.”

That’s The Love Song of Saul Alinsky. It’s radical leftist stuff, and it revels in its radical leftism.

Fits right in line with Alinsky's dedication in his book, Rules for Radicals:

“Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history... the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom — Lucifer.”

If this is merely the opening salvo in an all-out offensive against Obama, it's a big one.

Videos: How about the Obama tapes Breitbart had?

Three weeks before Andrew Breitbart's death, he was at CPAC and dropped a bombshell that he had videos of Barack Obama during his college days. As I watched him lower the boom, I thought he was planning to release the videos in October. However, according to his close friend Steve Bannon, the tapes are going to be released in a couple of weeks and are from Obama's time at Harvard. Not sure if releasing the tapes in March instead of October is the best strategy but perhaps plans changed with Breitbart's death. Or, perhaps their so damaging that it won't matter.

Commentary on Andrew Breitbart

As someone who has had the opportunity to write for Andrew Breitbart's Big Government and Big Peace websites, it's truly sad to see such an iconic and fiercely patriotic figure leave us today. I never met Andrew but thanks to his vision for fighting the left, I was able to be a part of his team.

With his BIG sites, Andrew gave thousands of people megaphones and platforms. In an age when so many Americans are angry about what's been happening to their country, Andrew gave so many the power to be heard and informed. He called his writers, which numbered in the thousands, an 'Army of Davids.' As best as I can tell, that's how he saw this fight.

All anti-venom must consist of a bit of venom. Breitbart was a former liberal who knew how liberals thought; he was inside their heads and they knew it.  In a world filled with increasing amounts of liberal venom, Breitbart was like conservative anti-venom. The Alinsky-style tactics used by the left proved ineffective when used on Breitbart. I remember watching him stare into a camera phone held by a progressive blogger and yell, "F**k you John Podesta." When it came to the Alinsky rule that said when you ridicule others, they react to your advantage, the opposite was true with Breitbart; he reacted to his own advantage whenever he was ridiculed.

If Al Gore invented the internet, Andrew Breitbart invented the blogosphere. It was Andrew who got on the internet while it was in its infancy and helped form it into what it is today. He posted excerpts from left wing arms like the Associated Press and Reuters. He then highlighted their absurdities by commenting on their liberal propaganda masquerading as news. Such entities have been on defense ever since. Breitbart was a true trailblazer who found a way to bring righteously indignant Americans into the fold of political discourse. He gave people the tools they needed to fight lies.

If there was ever someone who built a system that groomed his replacements, it was Andrew Breitbart.

The best way for Andrew Breitbart's fight to continue is for his Army of Davids to continue fighting it.

Breitbart Bombshell: He has video of Obama during his Columbia years

Andrew Breitbart's speech at CPAC was a blockbuster. Check it out. In it, he refers to a dinner he had with none other than Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn. Once you get past the praise Breitbart had for Bill Ayers' cooking, he dropped a bombshell; he claimed he had video of Barack Obama at Columbia back in the early 1980's. Interestingly, Breitbart made the claim less than a week after he was in the Ayers' home.

Where did he get the videos?

Wasn't Bill Ayers at Columbia at the same time Obama was? To this point, it hasn't been proven that the two met each other there but will the videos reveal it?

Video: Beck Threatening to Support Ron Paul, Breitbart Grills him

Look, Newt Gingrich has a double-checkered past when it comes to big government positions and statements. He's also the front-runner in the Republican nomination process. There is a disturbing narrative coming out of the mouths of Ron Pauliens at this point and it has a 'cut off your nose to spite your face' ring to it.

Apparently, Glenn Beck is adopting it. Pauliens, in general, believe there is no difference between Barack Obama and Newt Gingrich.

That's absurd.

Another aspect to Beck's take has to do with support for Israel. Beck touts himself as one of Israel's most staunchest supporters; it has become a central issue for him. All one has to do is juxtapose Newt's statement that the Palestinians are 'an invented people' with Paul's response to that and it becomes quite apparent that Newt supports Israel more than does Paul.

Perhaps worse than that is the fact that a vote for Paul is a vote for Obama and if Beck is going to take the position that Obama supports Israel as much as Gingrich does, he's delivered a severe self-inflicted wound.

Does Sarah Palin have Grounds to Sue Author?

Yeah, I know. The threshold necessary for a public figure to prove libel or slander is virtually impossible to meet. That reality more than likely factored into Joe McGinniss's decision to let loose with unsubstantiated facts about Sarah Palin. However, thanks to an email obtained by Andrew Breitbart and posted to his Big Journalism and Big Government sites, we may have our first bread crumb that leads to grounds for a lawsuit against McGinnis. McGinniss's recently released book, which is clearly intended to smear Sarah Palin, is full of extremely serious claims that, if unproven, may just meet the standard for proving libel of a public figure.

Though Breitbart hasn't divulged how he got his hands on the email McGinnis sent to a guy named Jesse Griffin, who used to run an anti-Palin blog, McGinnis has since confirmed its authenticity.

I’ve neither seen nor heard anything that indicates that Ms. Tripp’s story has any basis in fact. None of the endless crap Patrick posted about her before getting the boot from palingates.com offers any substantiation.

CLICK HERE to read the entire email. McGinniss has CONFIRMED the email is authentic, the recipient of that email has quite ironically claimed to be a victim - along with McGinniss - of 'vicious attacks,' and the 'prostitute' referred to in McGinniss's email has directed questions to her attorney.

There is an interesting confluence of events taking place here. First off, McGinniss went over-the-top when he moved in next door to the Palins in order to do 'research' for the book. If it comes out that he knowingly put forth tawdry falsehoods as fact, his book may just do Sarah Palin more good than harm.

Meanwhile, the hopes conservatives have been pinning on Rick Perry seem to be getting dashed after he told his base they 'don't have a heart' if they're not willing to grant in-state tuition for illegals. With Perry fading, Romney rises by default and conservatives don't seem to have any hope of overthrowing Romney as the frontrunner unless Sarah Palin jumps in the race. If she does so at a time when McGinniss proves to have libeled her, it may actually provide her an even bigger boost.

Either way, it's interesting to see McGinniss on defense so soon after the release of his book.

VIdeo: John Stossel's Public Confession to Breitbart

John Stossel's stock should rise with you after watching this clip. At the time Andrew Breitbart was breaking the ACORN story back in 2009, Stossel worked at ABC's 20/20. In this recent exchange between Stossel, who is now at Fox Business, and Breitbart, the former 20/20 reporter candidly admits that Breitbart presented the ACORN story to him but that he rejected it because of 'politics at ABC.' That's interesting in light of ABC's Charlie Gibson's admission after the story broke that he 'didn't even know about it.' When someone comes clean like Stossel does here, it's a sign of character.

At Anthony Weiner's press conference earlier this week, Andrew Breitbart was said to have hijacked the event when he spoke at the podium prior to Weiner's appearance. Since it was the Breitbart websites that broke the story, the mainstream media eagerly portrayed it that way. Here is Andrew at an Eagle forum in San Diego explaining what happened. It's rather ironic that it was actually members of the mainstream media who encouraged him to get on the stage. Videos: Andrew Breitbart Smacks Down MSNBC Interviewer

Andrew Breitbart appeared on MSNBC for an interview with Martin Bashir to promote his new book, Righteous Indignation: Excuse me while I save the world. If anyone on the right needs a case study on how to deal with Alinsky smear tactics, just watch this video because Bashir lays it on thick. At one point he holds up a picture of Obama's face on a chimpanzee and asks Breitbart what he thinks of it. It was truly the visual equivalent of the notorious question, 'When did you stop beating your wife?' It was truly pathetic on the part of Bashir but Breitbart turns the tables on him and wins hands down.

After that interview, Breitbart appeared on Steve Malzberg's radio show and challenged Bashir to prove that he actually read Breitbart's book - like he said he did during the interview. Breitbart threw down $10,000 to sweeten the pot.

VIDEO: ANOTHER PIGFORD DOCUMENTARY CLIP

Start looking for the Pigford case to get increased attention courtesy of the Documentary that was produced by Lee Stranahan in conjunction with Andrew Breitbart. Here we have another two minute clip that exposes another layer of the fraud. Here, a man named Tom Burrell, head of the Black Farmer Agricultural Association, Inc. explains the difference between Farmer 'A' and Farmer 'B' with the former representing black farmers who had conducted work with the USDA that was backed up with documentation and the latter simply being black farmers who 'attempted to farm' and didn't necessarily have any proof.

The claim made by Burrell is made all the more egregious if his math is correct; there's no reason to believe it is. Burrell claims that 8 out of 9 black farmers who were awarded $50,000 each, consisted of the 'attempted to farm' group.

VIDEO: THE PIGFORD DOCUMENTARY

If there was something good to come out of Andrew Breitbart's release of that Shirley Sherrod video that lacked complete context, it was the opening it created relative to the Pigford scandal. Many have speculated that the reason Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack was so quick to fire Sherrod was there was concern that Breitbart knew about the alleged massive fraud that was taking place with Pigford. Breitbart didn't at the time but since then, he's been learning quite a bit about it.

At the essence of the fraud is a lawsuit filed on behalf of black farmers who were discriminated against. Years later, we find that the class action became a huge fraud, with attorneys encouraging people to become claimants who had no business doing so. This fraud allowed people with potted plants to suddenly become black farmers would receive $50,000 while the attorneys increased their earnings as a result.

Now Andrew Breitbart has teamed up with a progressive Documentarian named Lee Stranahan to get out the truth about Pigford - and it's going to be big.

VIDEO: BREITBART TAKES ON ENTIRE MOB - AND WINS

This video is awesome. While in Chicago for the Right Nation event, Breitbart went outside to confront the union-sponsored mob that arrived on school buses to display collective ignorance and annoyance. Breitbart challenges individual protestors to explain their signs. None could. Shortly thereafter, the crowd literally backed down in the face of Breitbart's rebukes.

Watch all the way to the end because one straggling protestor sticks around and informs Breitbart that Organizing for America (OFA) was behind it all.

VIDEO: HOW THE LEFT PROTESTS

At what was billed the Right Nation event at the Sears Centre in Chicago, an organized gaggle of leftists protested outside. Andrew Breitbart, who was participating in the event confronted the protesters, who were holding American flags and behaving in the same ways that they accuse Tea Partiers of behaving. In example #1, Breitbart is called a 'homosexual' by one of the leftist thugs. When he confronts the crowd about it, asking them why he was called a homosexual, the answer comes back that it's because of the way he talks.



In another video, though of poorer quality, you can see Breitbart confront the protesters over their signs. He asks them what they mean and to provide examples to back them up. They couldn't. If you can get through the early shouting, which makes it impossible to hear what anyone is saying, you can hear some good stuff.

While at the Uni-Tea Party in Philadelphia, Andrew Breitbart nails the left on its race-baiting tactics and he does so with plenty of examples and facts. You're urged and encouraged to watch all four clips because each one is better than the one prior. Breitbart connects dots, delivers quotes from the left, and relays his personal testimony about how he went from hardcore liberal to hardcore conservative; ironically, it happened during the Clarence Thomas hearings. During the speech, he makes reference to two very powerful facts. One is a quote from Mary Francis Berry, a prominent black liberal and Spencer Ackerman, a 'journalist' whose words were made public courtesy of the Journolist controversy.

FBI LOOKING INTO DEATH OF SHIRLEY SHERROD'S FATHER

This is very interesting. If you've seen the entire 43 minute speech of Shirley Sherrod speaking in front of the NAACP, you watched her explain that her father - a black farmer - was shot and killed by a white farmer in 1965 and the case was never brought before a grand jury; justice was never done. If that's true, it is a travesty and a despicable part of America's past. Speaking of truth, it appears that there may be some good to come out of Breitbart's video. He may actually end up helping Shirley Sherrod as all of this attention has seemingly prompted the FBI to look into the 45 year-old case.

Sherrod's father was named Hosie Miller. His alleged killer was named Cal Hall, who died in 1976. The newspaper called the Albany Herald has published some very interesting details about the case.

Documents obtained through a Georgia Open Records Act request Friday show that Hall was charged at least three different times in connection with Miller's killing and each time the grand jury declined to prosecute.

Grace Miller, Hosie Miller's wife and Sherrod's mother, said Friday that she didn't know if the FBI had opened an investigation into her husband's killing.

"I hadn't heard that but, I think it would be a good thing if they did," Miller said. "But, then again, it won't bring him back and that was a long time ago."

Another interesting fact revealed in this article is that Shirley's mother - Grace Miller - said she was related, though distantly to Cal Hall.

Also, very noteworthy was this:

...on Jan. 25, 1966, Grace Miller, with the assistance of famed civil rights attorney C.B. King, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Hall alleging that Hall shot Miller in the chest while in Miller's cow pasture off Route 2 in Newton on March 15, 1965. According to court documents Miller was seeking $330,00 to recover present and future lost wages, medical and funeral costs.

In his answer to Grace Miller's original complaint, Hall's attorney stated "the Defendant says that he is not indebted to the Plaintiff for any sum or amount for the reason that the killing by him of Plaintiff's husband was in self-defense."

The argument that Hall shot Miller in self-defense is quite the opposite of Shirley Sherrod's claim. It's made even less credible given the fact that Miller was shot on his own property. Suffice it to say that this entire controversy over the video of Sherrod being taken out of context appears to be ginning up interest in the stories she related during the entire speech.

As part of the investigation into the death of Miller, I am curious to know if Hall was a registered Democrat. If so, it would be another in a long line of examples in which the persecution of blacks by whites is firmly in the camp of this country's left, including the KKK being the armed wing of the Democrat party.

In any event, here's Shirley Sherrod's entire speech. The story about her father being shot and killed is early on so it's not necessary to view the entire video.

VIDEO: SHIRLEY SHERROD'S HUSBAND A RACIST?

It would seem that Charles Sherrod, husband of the - as the liberal media puts it - unfairly treated Shirley Sherrod is caught on video deriding whites and 'Uncle Toms' as thieves to be demonized. This is what Rush Limbaugh means when he calls the NAACP the NAALCP. It is a group that is interested in furthering the cause of black liberals at the expense of and without regard for black conservatives. Look no further than Clarence Thomas.

This is the same Charles Sherrod who was a senior member of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC), a group with ties to Bill Ayers in the 1960's.

Andrew Breitbart needs to follow the example of Cambridge police officer, James Crowley. There should be no apology forthcoming. Something tells me that Obama will lose this battle as well if Breitbart refuses to give in.
