The Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik blamed talk radio and some television for the Safeway massacre in Tucson, AZ on Saturday. In fact, he has been popping off and speaking irresponsibly ever since. The logical question is why would a Sheriff speculate about the motives of a shooter before having all of the facts? It really is unprecedented. It appears there exists a history between Dupnik's Department and the shooter, Jared Loughner and they were violent in nature.

Via NPR:
"As we understand it, there have been law enforcement contacts with the individual where he made threats to kill," Dupnik said during a press conference Saturday evening. But he wouldn't say who those threats were aimed at.
How about this from the Arizona Daily Star:
The suspected shooter has made death threats before and been contacted by law-enforcement officers, but the threats weren't against Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, Dupnik said. The suspect is unstable, Dupnik said, but the sheriff would not say he is "insane."
With those reports as a backdrop, a blogger reports that Dupnik's department may have some significant culpability.

Via The Cholla Jumps:
Jared Loughner has been making death threats by phone to many people in Pima County including staff of Pima Community College, radio personalities and local bloggers. When Pima County Sheriff’s Office was informed, his deputies assured the victims that he was being well managed by the mental health system. It was also suggested that further pressing of charges would be unnecessary and probably cause more problems than it solved as Jared Loughner has a family member that works for Pima County.
Is Dupnik so outspoken about talk radio and right wing 'rhetoric' in an effort to distract attention away from his own Department?

Safeway shooter Jared Loughner created his YouTube account on October 25, 2010 according to the profile posted on his page. The profile identifies him with the username 'classitup10.' The YouTube account of Gabrielle Giffords indicates that she subscribed to only two other YouTube accounts. One of those subscriptions is to Rep. Ike Skelton; the other is to none other than 'Classitup10' - Jared Loughner. Of all the people out there with a YouTube account whom a congresswoman would subscribe to, why would Giffords subscribe to two of them, with one of them being her shooter?

Click HERE to visit Giffords' YouTube page and you will be directed to a page that looks like the one below. Then click on the subscription icon of 'Classitup10' and it will direct you to Loughner's page:

Loughner apparently worked for Giffords campaign at one point but what explanation would there be for Giffords subscribing to his YouTube account, especially when Loughner was only one of two of her subscriptions? Is this really her YouTube site or was it created by some third party? Corsi is reporting that Loughner once worked for Giffords so does this point to a connection?

Bill Ayers founded the Small School Workshop (SSW) in 1991. When Barack Obama was chairman of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge (CAC) in the 1990's, he oversaw more than $1 Million given to Ayers' Small School Workshop. Now it is learned that the Safeway massacre shooter, Jared Lee Loughner is a product, at least partially, of the Small Schools Workshop by being a student at Mountain View High School.

Via World Net Daily:
Loughner attended Mountain View High School, which is part of Arizona's Morana Unified School District.

Since 2003, Mountain View has been part of what is known as the Smaller Learning Community, a network of schools that have been restructured to create a more personalized learning environment where students often have the same teachers and fellow students from grade to grade.

Mountain View was part of the Smaller Learning Communities throughout Loughner's entire attendance there, from 9th grade until he withdrew without graduating before his senior year.

The high school received grants to research the concepts of Smaller Learning Communities and work to implement them.

Ayers himself is considered one of the fathers of the Smaller Learning Communities, often providing lectures to schools on the subject. For example, a 2001 lecture at Lewis & Clark College featured Ayers at a workshop entitled, "A Simple Justice: Building Smaller Learning Communities to Know Our Youth."

Smaller Learning Communities had its conceptual genesis in 1991, when Ayers founded a group, Small Schools Workshop, which provides training and resources to teach schools on how to implement the Smaller Learning Communities.
Verum Serum posted before the 2008 election that Obama and Ayers shared a business office and posted the list of CAC grants under Barack Obama's supervision. HERE is the page that shows more than $1 Million going to SSW. At the time, a Maoist named Mike Klonsky also shared the same office. He is still the Director of SSW.

Jared Loughner's YouTube account includes his profile (pictured - click to enlarge) which lists Mountain View High School as one that he attended.

Courtesy of POLITICO, we already know that a Democratic strategist has called for Obama to use the Safeway massacre to blame the Tea Party in the same way Bill Clinton used the Oklahoma City bombing to blame talk radio. This task will be monumentally more difficult for the left because of the information available to the public in 2011 compared to what was available in 1995 via the internet. If Oklahoma City Bombing happened today, for example, the odds of John Doe #2 remaining unidentified would be virtually zero.

Case in point comes courtesy of another (or same one perhaps) Democratic strategist in Mark Penn who literally called for an Oklahoma City bombing kind of "event" to help Obama re-connect with the American people. Here is Penn from November of 2010.
