This video is awesome. It does an excellent job of holding the Obamautomatons accountable by slapping them in the face with bottom line headlines. It is amazing to hear these whack jobs in 2008 while having their words juxtaposed with news headlines from the last two years, since Obama was inaugurated. You'd think at some point they'd stop defending this big lie.

h/t to Sharp Elbows:

The Press Trust of India reported that Barack Obama's trip to Indonesia will cost $200 Million per day, which would put the overall cost of the trip at right around $1 Billion. The timing of the trip couldn't be worse in light of the recent election results, which were the equivalent of a complete and total rejection of Obama's policies, which include rampant spending. Let's see, the trip includes 40 planes, 34 war ships, 3000 people in tow, rooms at the Taj Mahal, and the construction of an underground tunnel so Obama can safely make his way to Ghandi's museum.

Oh, and let's not forget to include the cost of cutting down all of the coconuts from trees underneath which Obama is scheduled to walk.

$200 Million a day sounds about right, doesn't it? Not according to the White House. They are debunking that figure. Only there's a slight problem. They refuse to tell the public how much the trip WILL cost.

Via Fox News:
White House press secretary Robert Gibbs dismissed reports by Press Trust of India that President Barack Obama's trip to Mumbai and Indonesia would cost the U.S. $200 million per day.

During Thursday's briefing, Gibbs stated that this report was "simply not true."

While Gibbs maintained that he would not go into the actual figure of what it costs to move the president from one country to another, he did state the costs are no more then what it took to travel former Presidents Bill Clinton and George W Bush.
How's that for transparency?

MSNBC's resident liberal whack job, Ed Schultz seems fixated on the notion that Republicans are going to attempt to impeach Obama. There are two schools of thought here. One, Schultz is a loon and two, he's sounding the alarm because there's really something to it. The Republican establishment, which would include soon-to-be chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Darrell Issa (R-CA) has actually been channeling Chris Matthews, saying it's his job to 'make the president a success.'

So where is Schultz getting all this? After blogs reported his fixation, Schultz passed the buck to House minority Whip James Clyburn. Here is the video via Breitbart:

Prior to pointing to Clyburn, Schultz drew attention to himself. Via MediaIte, Here's a montage of him expressing his concern:

Whether impeachment happens or not, it's beyond likely that the Obama White House will have to deal with a slew of subpoenas. Unlike Issa, the soon-to-be chairman of the House Judiciary committee is striking a stronger tone. WOAI in San Antonio reports on Lamar Smith (R-TX):
The San Antonio Congressman who is in line to become chairman of the powerful House Judiciary Committee is promising 'a number of investigations and oversight committee actions' which he vows will 'hold the administration accountable,’ 1200 WOAI news reports.

Veteran Republican Lamar Smith, a Yale graduate and social conservative who grew up in the brush country of south Texas which is now transit point for illegal immigrants and drugs, said in a news conference that a number of issues will come into the sights of his committee when he takes the chairmanship in January, from cracking down on child pornography to taking the Obama Administration to task for failing to do enough to protect the southern border.
Perhaps Sgt. Schultz knows something after all.

The Daily Caller has more on liberal paranoia over impeachment.
