Palestinian facebook Revolution in Israel?

This is disturbing if there's even a scintilla of truth to it. According to reports from the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), hundreds of thousands of anti-semites are meeting on facebook to plan a social network - inspired revolution against the state of Israel on May 15th. Could it be that the formula used successfully in Egypt has been adopted by those who want to see Israel destroyed?

Via WND:
According to an in-depth report by L. Barkan, a research fellow at the Middle East Media Research Institute, which monitors and analyzes media reports throughout the Middle East, the idea being circulated is "for millions of Palestinian refugees to march en masse in return to the original homes of their families in Israel."

The movement's plans call for this to be much more than just a visit, however.

"All the families of Jewish settlers in the Galilee area, including in the areas of Safed, Tiberias, and all the way down to Acre, must proceed to the port of Haifa and board ships back to their countries of origin in Europe," explained one posting that is part of the campaign.

It provided instructions for others to report to other ports – all by the middle of March, a deadline long past.

"The message also warned that anyone trying to take 'archeological artifacts [or anything belonging] to the Palestinian heritage, even a single ball of falafel, will be pursued and arrested by Interpol in his new place of residence,'" the report said.

One of the Facebook pages soliciting participants in what apparently would be an invasion and attempted overthrow of the region's existing government has been removed by the Facebook administration, but not before collecting some 350,000 endorsements from readers. Other pages remain.
The timing of this descent on Israel by those who falsely believe their property has been stolen curiously coincides with another group of people former SEIU Official Stephen Lerner has been trying to organize a mortgage and student loan strike in the first week of May. Here is a partial transcript from a meeting Lerner facilitated recently. Via The Blaze:
And so what we’re looking at is in the first week of May, we get enough people together – we’re starting now – to really have a week of action in New York with the goal of … I don’t want to go into any details because I don’t know which police agents are in the room, but the goal would be that we would roll out in New York the first week in May—
Not only is the timing similar but so are the objectives. Both Lerner's followers and those who want to re-claim Israel for themselves think they are taking back what's rightfully theirs.

Another disturbing twist is the amount of time Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn have been spending in the Middle East lately.

HERE is the report from MEMRI.

Videos: More Left Wing Lies from Planned Parenthood

Live Action, the same group that exposed Planned Parenthood as a creature very similar to ACORN in how it's willing to treat young children, has now uncovered more despicable lies from the pro-abortion, taxpayer-funded entity. The forces with a stake in Planned Parenthood continuing to get taxpayer dollars has resorted to lying in order to get it. Heck, if you can murder without a conscience, what's wrong with lying?

One of the arguments put forward by CEO Cecile Richards is that if Planned Parenthood is defunded, far too many women will go without things like mammograms. Small problem. They don't offer them. Lila Rose's Live Action uncovered this fact by attempting to schedule mammograms at 30 separate PP clinics. In each case, the PP rep on the other end of the phone said it's not in their list of service offerings.

Department of Justice Opens Door for Congressional Investigation into Black Panther Case

The case of voter intimidation courtesy of the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) on election day, 2008 has dogged the Obama administration ever since. One of the reasons given by the Department of Justice as to why it couldn't respond to document requests made by then ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, Rep. Frank Wolf (R) was that there was an ongoing investigation within the DOJ itself.

Specifically, the DOJ pointed to the investigation being done by its internal Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR). That investigation is now over and J. Christian Adams - the voting rights section attorney who retired last year - is calling them on it.

Via Pajamas Media:
DOJ concludes that DOJ did nothing wrong. DOJ used the OPR investigation to avoid providing information to outside investigators on September 9, 2009. Again, on November 16, 2009, the Department of Justice told the Civil Rights Commission that it couldn’t be forthcoming with information until the OPR report was finished. It used a similar tactic to avoid congressional scrutiny.

Now that the OPR report is done, it’s time for the Department to cough up the information to the House Judiciary Committee and to Congressman Frank Wolf. Wolf has also asked for a long list of information which was never provided because of the OPR investigation, or at least that’s what DOJ said was the reason.
Adams goes on to list all of the things that Wolf, now the committee Chairman, should ask for. Read the list HERE.

I find the timing of the OPR investigation results mildly noteworthy because they were released at about the same time Louis Farrakhan and NBPP leader Malik Zulu Shabazz have been railing on Obama over the administration's policy on Libya.

HERE is the story about the DOJ investigation results.

Dead Sea Scrolls Like Discovery?

Five years ago, approximately 70 small books with metal pages bound with metal rings were discovered in Jordan. Since then, they've been the subject of intense study. They apparently are looking more and more authentic as they are examined. The metallic books appear to be about 2000 years old and could provide first hand accounts of early Christians many believe fled to Jordan after the fall of Jerusalem in 70 AD. Some have speculated that the could be the codices described in the Book of Revelation.

Via the Daily Mail:
On pages not much bigger than a credit card, are images, symbols and words that appear to refer to the Messiah and, possibly even, to the Crucifixion and Resurrection.

Adding to the intrigue, many of the books are sealed, prompting academics to speculate they are actually the lost collection of codices mentioned in the Bible’s Book Of Revelation.

The books were discovered five years ago in a cave in a remote part of Jordan to which Christian refugees are known to have fled after the fall of Jerusalem in 70AD. Important documents from the same period have previously been found there.
Initial metallurgical tests indicate that some of the books could date from the first century AD.

This estimate is based on the form of corrosion which has taken place, which experts believe would be impossible to achieve artificially.
If the dating is verified, the books would be among the earliest Christian documents, predating the writings of St Paul.

The prospect that they could contain contemporary accounts of the final years of Jesus’s life has excited scholars – although their enthusiasm is tempered by the fact that experts have previously been fooled by sophisticated fakes.

Video: Van Jones Cheered 9/11/01 Attacks on 9/12/01

This video is from a rally in Oakland one day after the 9/11 attacks. You can fast forward to the 4:38 mark to see Van Jones but it's context is more clearly seen after you view the other speakers leading up to him. The theme of the rally is clearly that the United States deserved what happened; the attacks were the result of our foreign policies all over the world and that America's civilians paid the price for those policies. Clearly, that premise eliminates the possibility that we are hated because we are infidels.

Remember, Van Jones was in the Obama administration and resigned; he was not fired. Not only that but he still serves as a fellow with the Center for American Progress, which continues to have a significant amount of influence on the administration. Valerie Jarrett even championed Jones's work in Oakland generally as one of the reasons he was sought out for the Green Jobs czar position.

It's not a stretch to conclude that Obama shares much of the sentiment expressed at this 9/12/01 rally, the war in Libya notwithstanding, of course.

Obama Tells Congress to Pound Sand over Libya?

Yet another indication of Obama's arrogance here. Remember, according to the Constitution that he allegedly knows so well, the duty of declaring war falls to Congress. With regard to the war in Libya, Congress wasn't even consulted. As the 'kinetic military action' escalates, Congress appears to be intentionally getting snubbed. The administration has apparently informed Congress that the legislative body will not be involved. If the members had any sense, they'd realize how badly they're being disrespected.

Via POLITICO:
President Barack Obama’s foreign policy “A” team — led by Cabinet secretaries Hillary Clinton and Robert Gates — failed to quiet criticism of U.S. military action in Libya Wednesday during a pair of classified briefings on Capitol Hill.

More than anything, the meetings served to underscore how little influence Congress has in shaping the war.

Lawmakers said they weren’t told much by Secretary of State Clinton, Secretary of Defense Gates, Joint Chiefs Chairman Michael Mullen or Director of National Intelligence James Clapper that they couldn’t read in the newspaper or see on television.

They said one dynamic was very clear: The administration doesn’t much care what Congress thinks about the actions it’s taken so far.

Challenged on whether Obama overstepped his constitutional authority in attacking Libya without congressional approval, Clinton told lawmakers that White House lawyers were OK with it and that Obama has no plans to seek an endorsement from Congress, attendees told POLITICO.

And, as if to add insult to injury, news broke during the House briefing that Obama had already signed an order authorizing covert action in support of the rebels. When asked about it after the first briefing, House members were unaware the president had taken that action.

“I have no knowledge of what he signed,” said Maryland Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger, the ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee.
How far does party loyalty go? Congressional Democrats, especially those on committees that are in place to specifically be engaged in situations like this are getting the toilet paper treatment and while some may bristle, all of them should be up in arms over this. Here is a contrast in views from two different Democrat Representatives.
“If they didn’t need congressional authorization here in these circumstances, can you tell me under what circumstances you’d ever need congressional authorization if we’re going into a war? Nobody answered [that] question,” said Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.). “The administration and its lawyers believed they had the authority under the War Powers Act.”

To be sure, the administration has its unabashed supporters in this operation.

“The president has acted appropriately to date,” said Rep. Dennis Cardoza (D-Calif.). “Don’t underestimate the amount of political opportunism around here on both sides,” he said of the president’s critics.
Nadler disagrees with the administration but the degree to which he's willing to go to the mat over it is in doubt based on those words. Conversely, Cardoza appears perfectly willing to play partisan politics despite the body he belongs to receiving a slap to the face.

Video: Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn in Lebanon, call for International Government

Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn sure seem to be all over the Middle East lately. Last year, they were in Cairo with the Free Gaza Movement, attempting to organize protesters to go into Gaza. Now they're in Lebanon calling for citizens from other countries to have the right to vote for an American president. Ayers's logic here is that if the U.S. military is stationed in a country, all of the citizens in that country should be able to vote in the American presidential elections.

Obama Pledges to Cut Oil Imports by One Third / No Drilling Permits Issued

After visiting Brazil, where he pledged American assistance there relative to oil exploration and drilling, Barack Obama is now pledging to reduce oil imports to the United States by one third over the next ten years. Not only does that mean there will be less Brazilian oil being imported from a country we will have helped drill for it, but the Obama administration continues to hamstring the oil industry here by not issuing permits. The moratorium in the gulf has already caused rigs to move elsewhere.

Via the New York Times:
WASHINGTON — With gasoline prices rising, oil supplies from the Middle East pinched by political upheaval and growing calls in Congress for expanded domestic oil and gas production, President Obama on Wednesday will set a goal of a one-third reduction in oil imports over the next decade, aides said Tuesday.

The president, in a speech to be delivered at Georgetown University, will say that the United States needs, for geopolitical and economic reasons, to reduce its reliance on imported oil, according to White House officials who provided a preview of the speech on the condition that they not be identified. More than half of the oil burned in the United States today comes from overseas and from Mexico and Canada.

Mr. Obama will propose a mix of measures, none of them new, to help the nation cut down on its thirst for oil. He will point out the nation’s tendency, since the first Arab oil embargo in 1973, to panic when gas prices rise and then fall back into old gas-guzzling habits when they recede.

He will call for a consistent long-term fuel-savings strategy of producing more electric cars, converting trucks to run on natural gas, building new refineries to brew billions of gallons of biofuels and setting new fuel-efficiency standards for vehicles. Congress has been debating these measures for years.
At what point will it become clear to Americans that this man's actions are destroying their country? It first became known about Obama's plans to fund Brazilian oil drilling back in 2009. Just last week, Gulf Oil CEO Joe Petrowski blasted Obama for his hypocrisy about helping Brazil while placing moratoriums on domestic drilling.

Video: Darrell Issa Demanding Answers from Hillary on Project Gunrunner

This is turning into one of the biggest scandals barely reported. So far, two ATF agents and the Agency's lead man in Mexico have all come forward with claims that the Operation known as Fast and Furious, which allowed guns to 'walk' into Mexico was approved all the way to the highest levels of ATF and the Department of Justice. Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform is already demanding answers from ATF Director Kenneth Melson. He has now also fired off a letter to Secretary of State Clinton to explain the contents of a meeting between an Asst Attorney General and U.S. Ambassador to Mexico.

HERE is a copy of the letter to Hillary Clinton.

Harry Reid wants Boehner to Ditch the Tea Party

For Senate Majority leader Harry Reid to publicly request that House Speaker John Boehner ditch the Tea Party when the Current Continuing Resolution expires on April 8th, it's quite obvious that he's concerned about the force of the Tea Party Republicans. Reid wants Boehner to abandon them and join with the Democrats to either put forth another CR that will continue kicking the can down the road in the name of avoiding a government shutdown or agree to more, though still negligible cuts.

Here is Reid's expression of 'disappointment' with the Tea Party via The Hill:
“I am extremely disappointed that after weeks of productive negotiations with Speaker Boehner, Tea Party Republicans are scrapping all the progress we have made and threatening to shut down the government if they do not get all of their extreme demands," Reid said in a statement.

"The division between the Tea Party and mainstream Republicans is preventing us from reaching a responsible solution on a long-term budget that will make smart cuts while protecting American jobs, and prevented negotiations from taking place over the weekend even as the clock ticks toward a government shutdown," he added.
Considering the number of Republicans who vowed that there would be no more CR's, Boehner better pay attention to the contingency that put him in power last November. Siding with Reid would be the equivalent of using the nuclear option on himself.

To illustrate how absurd both the Republican and Democrat proposals are with respect to budget cuts, consider that interest on the current debt is $250 Billion. Yet, both party establishments want to cut spending by significantly less than that. The Democrats have been standing firm at $10 Billion while Reid is hinting that an olive branch of $20 Billion may be on the table. Meanwhile, the Republicans are playing around with the higher number of $60 Billion in cuts.

The Tea Party is the only group making any sense, saying that both are drops in the proverbial bucket. As if that wasn't enough, a lot has happened since the last CR. In particular, a little kinetic military operation in Libya that has already blown countless dollars in additional spending.

Senator Dick Durbin's Move to Dhimmitude

U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) has made quite the transformation from being very concerned about the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) in 2003 to being a staunch defender of the group in 2011. In the movie Cool Hand Luke, it's called 'making your mind right.' Durbin is not only apologizing for CAIR in Chicago by saying the group advances multiculturalism and understanding but he's apparently decided to associate with some very nefarious individuals just last month, among them was Jamal Said, an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial.

He's now going to hold a hearing on the matter of alleged anti-Muslim bigotry.

Via the IPT:
U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., in an attempt to address what he claims is an increase in anti-Muslim bigotry, is relying on questionable statistics and a witness with a record of opposing virtually all law enforcement attempts to deal with Islamist-inspired terrorism.

In a statement, Durbin said his hearing Tuesday on the state of Muslim civil rights in America comes "in response to a spike in anti-Muslim bigotry in the last year including Quran burnings, restrictions on mosque construction, hate crimes, hate speech, and other forms of discrimination."
Contrast that with what Durbin said at a hearing in 2003 regarding CAIR:
"…apparently from what I have read (CAIR) is unusual in its extreme rhetoric and its association with groups that are suspect, there are many mainstream groups of Muslim Americans who fully support this war against terrorism and I would hope that they would be invited to speak to their heartfelt beliefs about this effort so that our characterization is fair across the board."
IPT goes on to quote from a letter Durbin wrote to CAIR's Chicago chapter just last week. In that letter, Durbin extolled the virtues of CAIR, saying the group:
"advances a greater understanding of the Muslim culture and serves as an essential thread in the multicultural fabric of our nation. Your efforts to advocate for tolerance promote the civil liberties of all communities."
So what's changed for Mr. Durbin?

Videos: ATF Gunwalking Scandal Growing

First, it was agent John Dodson who came forward. Then it was agent Rene Jacquez. Now, the lead ATF official in Mexico, Darren Gil has come forward with what he knows and it's not good for Eric Holder's Justice Department. As Barack Obama and Eric Holder pledge that they will rely on the findings of an Inspector General, ATF agents and officials seem to be pointing to someone above the ATF Director Kenneth Melson. If the IG is serious and allowed to operate unfettered - unlikely in this administration - that narrows the field significantly. Who at the Department of Justice has the power to direct Melson?

Once again, Sharyl Attkisson at CBS, gets closer to the truth courtesy of her interview with Gil:
In an exclusive interview with CBS News, the lead ATF official in Mexico at the time Darren Gil says somebody in the Justice Department did know about the case. Gil says his supervisor at ATF's Washington D.C. headquarters told him point-blank the operation was approved even higher than ATF Director Kenneth Melson.

"Is the director aware of this," Gil asked the supervisor. Gil says his supervisor answered "Yes, the director's aware of it. Not only is the director aware of it, D.O.J.'s aware of it... Department of Justice was aware of it."
Attkisson goes on to report that as the head of ATF operations in Mexico, Gill's job was to approve any operation in Mexico but in this case he knew nothing about Operation Fast and Furious.

Here is part 1 of Attkisson's report. Gil says his immediate supervisor not only told him that Melson was aware of the operation gut that the Department of Justice was aware of it as well. Gill then says in this clip, 'Ok, if you're telling me the heads of these two agencies are aware of it.....' Note that the head of the Department of Justice is Eric Holder.

Video: New Black Panther Party Leader Echoes Farrakhan's anti-Obama Sentiment, Uses 'N' Word Repeatedly

This is no way to pay back the Obama Administration for dismissing the 2008 voter intimidation charges. The leader of the New Black Panther Party (NBPP), Malik Zulu Shabazz has now officially joined the likes of Louis Farrakhan, who railed on the Obama administration for opposing Gadhafi. Last week, Farrakhan rhetorically asked Obama, 'who the hell do you think you are?'

2007 Video: Donald Trump says Hillary Care 'a pretty good idea'

This is a clip of Donald Trump with CNN's Wolf Blitzer in 2007 in which Trump sang the praises of Hillary Clinton's health care plan. For the record, the differences between HillaryCare and ObamaCare are so nuanced they had trouble drawing any coherent lines of distinction in their debates. I'm inclined to dismiss Trump's prediction at the beginning of this clip in which he insists Hillary would be the next president; a lot of people - myself included - thought so. In hindsight, his assessment of the George W. Bush administration is not that far off either.

Almost as disturbing as his endorsement for HillaryCare is his stated admiration for both her and her husband. The climate that exists in the Tea Party today has absolutely no interest in these games. Trump is feeding the Birthers a lot of red meat these days but in light of the Obamacare disaster, his high regard for Hillary's virtual carbon copy is beyond disturbing and should torpedo any presidential aspirations he may have.

The entire exchange is worth the watch but if pressed for time, fast forward to the 3:45 mark to see Trump endorse the near equivalent of Obamacare.

Saudi Arabia Backing Away from Obama Administration?

In light of everything the Obama administration has done to alienate Saudi Arabia since the now infamous bow Obama gave to the Saudi King Abdullah, the specter that the bow was simply an attempt to disarm the king should not be off the table. In the arab world, separating friends and enemies isn't as simple as Shiite vs. Sunni. In the case of Saudi Arabia, it has long held similar views to the Sunni Muslim Brotherhood but it also doesn't want them in charge.

As a result, Saudi Arabia is made very uncomfortable when it sees the Obama administration continuing to take the side of the Muslim Brotherhood in the various uprisings in the Muslim world; intentional or not, the consequences of White House policy have been to embolden the Brotherhood, which very much would love to topple the House of Saud. Another example is the relationship developing between the Brotherhood and Iran, which views Saudi Arabia as a virtual enemy. Harken back to 2009. Did the United States support the uprising in Iran? No.

Via McClatchy:
The Saudi monarchy, which itself has been loathe to introduce democratic reforms, watched with deepening alarm as the White House backed Arab opposition movements and helped nudge from power former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, another long-time U.S. ally, according to U.S. and Arab officials.

That alarm turned to horror when the Obama administration demanded that the Saudi-backed monarchy of Bahrain negotiate with protesters representing the country's majority Shiite Muslim population. To Saudi Arabia's Sunni rulers, Bahrain's Shiites are a proxy for Shiite Iran, its historic adversary.

"We're not going to budge. We're not going to accept a Shiite government in Bahrain," said an Arab diplomat, who spoke frankly on condition he not be further identified.

Saudi Arabia has registered its displeasure bluntly. Both Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Defense Secretary Robert Gates were rebuffed when they sought to visit the kingdom this month. The official cover story was that aging King Abdullah was too ill to receive them.
The true intentions of the Obama administration have not been easy to discern but one thing is clear. He tends to pick favorites and when he picked the rebels in Libya against Gadhafi, he threw several of his oldest and closest associates under the bus, Louis Farrakhan and Jeremiah Wright among them. It is quite curious that virtually every stance this administration has taken in the Arab world has served the interests of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Video: Herman Cain on Muslims in U.S. Government

See that 'Think Progress' logo in the top right hand corner of this video with presidential hopeful, Herman Cain? That means the Soros-funded group thinks it's captured Cain in a 'gotcha' moment in which he is exhibiting some type of religious discrimination in this clip. Cain is asked if he would appoint a Muslim to any position in government - including any judicial appointments - if he was president. His response was quite clear: Absolutely not. I find it interesting that when the radicals on the left are captured in moments like this, they smear those who capture them and deny what they said is what they meant (Frances Fox-Piven as an example). In the case of Cain, he makes it clear that he's being very clear.

Via Think Progress:

If you visit the Think Progress post on this, you'll note that the author cites Article IV of the U.S. Constitution as a refutation of Cain's Islamophobia. Here is that portion, with their emphasis on the last sentence:
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.
The problem that Think Progress and anyone else runs into when they cite the Constitution to support Sharia Law is the political nature of Islam. Once that is understood, Sharia Law is no longer a First Amendment issue or an Article IV issue. It's an Article VI issue:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
Sharia Law is designed to be the supreme law of any land in which it is implemented. That's the problem the liberals have in defending it.

ACORN Going International; Offices in Egypt and Elsewhere

ACORN may have suffered a mortal blow in the United States when James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles exposed them with undercover videos in 2009 but it is now popping up in other parts of the world. Wade Rathke, former SDS member and founder of ACORN, sent a message to his supporters boasting about the early success of ACORN's international operations, which he is leading. The corrupt community organizing group has offices in Czechoslovakia, North Korea, and Egypt among others.

Via Nola:
In his message, Rathke noted that ACORN International just added a new affiliate in South Korea, known as Asian Bridge, and that activists in Prague had begun an organization called ACORN Comrades Club, with which he is communicating via Skype from his home in New Orleans.

"And, perhaps even more thrilling, I have now heard from a number of activists involved in organizing in Cairo in the last several weeks. They are talking about developing a 'Peoples' Plan' for development in a number of the poorer areas in the wake of the democracy debate and want to connect with our efforts in doing a similar plan after Katrina in New Orleans," Rathke wrote.
Comrades, huh? Considering the Muslim Brotherhood only used the secularists who spearheaded the uprising in Egypt until they were no longer useful, it will be interesting to see what ACORN's timetable is.

Video: Donald Trump Targeting Birther Vote

Presidential hopeful Donald Trump is doubling down on his comments that Barack Obama should show his Birth Certificate. In his interview with Geraldo, Trump does a very good job of batting away the attempt by Geraldo to put him in the same camp as the Birthers by simply saying that he hopes Obama was born in America but that the controversy has gone on for far too long; Obama could end it simply by doing what even Chris Matthews has called for. Just show the darn thing and let's move on!

You've got to admit. It's hard to argue the point. Trump has a knack for being heard and perhaps he's latched onto an issue he can exploit. We'll see.

Former KKK Grand Dragon Running for Mayor.... As a Democrat

As much as the right is demonized for being racist, the plank in the Democrat Party's platform about diversity seems to include former Grand Dragons of the KKK, at least in Lake Wales, FL. A man named John Paul Rogers is not only running for mayor as a Democrat there but he has already been a Grand Dragon with the KKK. Not only has he not renounced his past but he's blaming his opponent for making it an issue.

Via WTSP News:
He blames his opponent Mike Carter for bringing up his former involvement in the United Klans of America.

"My opponent's been going around saying I hung somebody in the park two years ago. Well, we have a city ordinance against that and I'm sure the police would have put me in jail if I would have done that."

He adds, "It's a shame that in a small city like Lake Wales where most everyone knows one another you have this kind of muckraking and character assassination."

In this small town of a little more than 13,000 people, times have changed since the Jim Crow laws of segregation and Rogers isn't apologizing or renouncing his time with the Klan.
After all, the KKK was founded as the armed wing of the Democrat Party and the Republican Party freed slaves. Why wouldn't John Paul 'the racist' Rogers be a Democrat.

Turkish Imam Fethullah Gulen Subject of 2009 Wikileaks Cable

In late December 2009, U.S. Ambassador to Turkey James Jeffrey authored a cable regarding the extremely controversial - and dangerous - Turkish Imam Fethullah Gulen who currently resides in eastern Pennsylvania. Based on the content found in the cable, our State Department knows all about Gulen's attempts to drive the Turkish government to being more Islamist. That goal has been all but realized with Recep Tayyip Erdoğan as the Prime Minister and Abdullah Gül as the president. Both are Gulen sympathizers.

Via Wikileaks:
1. (C) SUMMARY: Fethullah Gulen remains a political phenomenon in Turkey. Although "exiled" in Pennsylvania for the past decade, Gulen's impact continues to expand, aided by legions of loyalist supporters and a network of elite schools. The Gulen Movement's purported goals focus on interfaith dialogue and tolerance, but in the current AKP-secularists schism, many Turks believe Gulen has a deeper and possibly insidious political agenda, and even some Islamist groups criticize Gulen's lack of transparency, which they say creates doubts about his motives. END SUMMARY.
Keep reading because the State Department obviously knows quite a bit about Gulen and his intentions. Yet, at the end of the cable, Jeffrey recommends covering up for his government's outright refusal to do anything about Gulen despite grave concern about him. Here is his comment about those concerns followed by what he believes should be the official government response.
12. (C) Given the current AKP-secularist schism in Turkey today, it should not be surprising that any Islamist movement in Turkey would choose to be circumspect about its intentions. Unfortunately, this simply feeds the reflexive tendency in Turkish society for conspiracy theories, and magnifies suspicions about the Gulen movement itself. While the purported Gulen goals of interfaith dialogue and tolerance are beyond reproach, we see aspects of concern in the allegations that the USG is somehow behind the Gulen movement. Accordingly, we would recommend the following standard press guidance:

Q: Why is the U.S. sheltering Fethullah Gulen and doesn't this mean that the US is promoting a non-secular Turkey?

A: -- The U.S. is not "sheltering" Mr. Gulen and his presence in the U.S. is not based on any political decision.

-- Mr. Gulen applied for, and received, permanent residence in the U.S. after a lengthy process which ended in 2008 when a Federal Court ruled that he deserved to be viewed as an "alien of extraordinary ability" based on his extensive writings and his leadership of a worldwide religious organization.
It is beyond outrageous that our government would take this stand in light of everything Gulen's movement is doing right here in the United States. Here is an excerpt from a sermon Gulen gave in Turkey in 1999:
You must move in the arteries of the system without anyone noticing your existence until you reach all the power centers... Until that time, any step taken would be too early—like breaking an egg without waiting the full forty days for it to hatch. It would be like killing the chick inside.

Video: U.S. Senator Says Tea Party Republicans 'Don't Deserve the Freedoms in the Constitution.'

U.S. Senator from New Jersey Frank Lautenberg (D) spoke in front of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Englewood New Jersey on March 22nd to show opposition to Republican efforts to de-fund the abortion giant. Also joining him were several Democrat state senators. First up, he accused Republicans who say our nation is in dire economic straits of being liars. Lost on him apparently is the $14 Trillion debt we're facing. Our proposed budget cuts don't even pay the interest on existing debt.

He then says the Tea Party doesn't want his side to be able to express their opinions, which is a complete lie. The right encourages the left to express its opinions. It's the left who wants to squelch the right in the form of things like the Fairness Doctrine and Net Neutrality. The Pro-life crowd rightfully insists abortion is murder and doesn't want their tax dollars funding abortions. This stance is over and above the issue of deficit spending. Yet Lautenberg magically translates that into the Tea Party not wanting those on the left to express their opinions. Using his logic, someone on the left should be allowed to have an opinion that murdering an adult in cold blood should be legal and if anyone objects, they don't deserve the freedoms in the Constitution.

The most amazing statement from Lautenberg, however, was that Tea Party Republicans 'don't deserve the freedoms in the Constitution.'

The mask is off.

Video: Louis Farrakhan says Obama is 'Jewish'

It appears that Louis Farrakhan is still quite angry at Barack Obama over how the United States is treating Louie's buddy Gadhafi, who has provided the Nation of Islam leader with millions of dollars over the years. If Gadhafi goes away, so does Farrakhan's gravy train. While speaking on March 25th, Farrakhan took umbrage at being 'tricked' with respect to how Obama is governing. Whatever agenda Farrakhan has - likely some sort of United States of African Muslim nations - removing Gadhafi is antithetical to that agenda and he's not happy about it at all.

There are many parts in this video that induce head-scratching. One of them comes early on when Louie justifies dictators by comparing them to parents of children who make all the rules. He also drops an 'N' bomb in referring to a black mayor but Obama's policies have apparently so flummoxed Farrakhan that the only answer he can come up for those policies is that Obama must be 'Jewish.'

Who knew?!

Watch the radio rant Farrakhan went on during an interview on WVON in Chicago.

Wisconsin Republicans Give Democrats Taste of their Own Medicine

It's long been known to objective observers that Democrats don't care about the rule of law. Their ideological agenda trumps all of that. It's an ends-justify-the-means mentality that is at the heart of that agenda; just read Saul Alinsky. That's the only explanation for why Wisconsin Democrat judge Maryann Sumi (D) put a temporary restraining order on the Wisconsin Collective Bargaining law. When you accept the premise that she had no legal authority to do what she did, it's time for the Republicans to get down in the dirt with these whackos until they're ready to play fair.

It looks like that's exactly what they're doing.

Via JS Online:
Madison — In a stunning twist, Gov. Scott Walker's legislation limiting collective bargaining for public workers was published Friday despite a judge's hold on the measure, prompting a dispute over whether it takes effect Saturday.

The measure was published to the Legislature's website with a footnote that acknowledges the restraining order by a Dane County judge. But the posting says state law "requires the Legislative Reference Bureau to publish every act within 10 working days after its date of enactment."

The measure sparked protests at the Capitol and lawsuits by opponents because it would eliminate the ability of most public workers to bargain over anything but wages.

The restraining order was issued against Democratic Secretary of State Doug La Follette. But the bill was published by the reference bureau, which was not named in the restraining order.

Laws normally take effect a day after they are published, and a top GOP lawmaker said that meant it will become law Saturday. But nonpartisan legislative officials from two agencies, including the one who published the bill, disagreed.
The Republican state legislature passed the Bill legally and Governor Walker signed it legally. The final step before becoming law required the Secretary of State Doug La Follette to certify it. Enter the partisan chain of events used by the Democrats.

A Democrat District Attorney named Ismael Ozanne filed to block the law based on a violation of the open meetings law. Subsequent to that, Republicans pointed to a law authored in 1983 by two of the Wisconsin Democrat Fleebaggers that completely refuted Ozanne's complaint. Democrat Judge Sumi (Sue me) then proceeded to issue a temporary restraining order on the law with absolutely no grounds for doing so. Go figure, she has union ties and should have recused herself based on that fact. As if that wasn't enough, the Secretary of State, La Follette is also a Democrat who gladly pointed to Sumi's decision as justification for his not certifying the law by the ten day deadline, which was March 25th.

Hats off to Governor Walker and the Republican legislature for publishing the law anyway, without La Follette's certification. It will be interesting to see how willing they are to get down in the dirt to defeat this thuggery. The best way to do it is to know the left's rule book, particularly uncle Saul's Rule #4:
Rule 4: Make opponents live up to their own book of rules. “You can kill them with this, for they can no more obey their own rules than the Christian church can live up to Christianity.”
We'll know based on the final outcome because the Republicans are in the right - by a long shot - on this one. If the objective of the law is to balance Wisconsin's budget and if, somehow, the Democrats are able to prevent its implementation, the nuclear option for Walker would be to start firing public sector employees until spending is at an acceptable level.

Obama Denies Knowing About ATF Gun Walking Scandal

Barack Obama gave an interview to Univision's Jorge Ramos and the subject of ATF's Fast and Furious operation came up. The policy of allowing guns to 'walk' into Mexico goes all the way to the Justice Department. In fact, emails and documents show that there seems to have been significant coordination at the Phoenix U.S. Attorney's office.

Now, both Obama and Eric Holder are maintaining that the reason they didn't tell Mexican president Felipe Calderon about the operation was because they didn't know about it. While that's possible, the history of lying in this administration does cause one to question the assertion, especially in light of how far up the policy seems to go.

Via CBS:

MySanAntonio has more:
Obama told Univision‘s Jorge Ramos that President Felipe Calderon wasn’t informed of the operation because he — the president of the United States — wasn’t informed either. When asked whether he knew of the weapon smuggling plan, Obama responded that it is “a pretty big government” with “a lot of moving parts.”

The investigation into the program comes after it was connected to two weapons that were found at the scene of a border shootout that killed U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry in December. Likewise, a gun smuggled from the U.S. were used to kill Immigration and Customs Enforcement special agent Jamie Zapata, but it has not been determined if it was part of “Fast and Furious.”

When President Calderon came to visit Washington recently, the two presidents came together on a policy to stop drug and weapon smuggling across the border.
As I noted before, the idea that Holder and now Obama are pointing to the Inspector General (IG) is borderline laughable based on how the Gerald Walpin situation was handled back in 2009.

To get caught up on the Fast and Furious scandal, go HERE and HERE.

Wisconsin Law to State Supreme Court?

The biggest problem I have with this is that the Wisconsin collective bargaining bill that was signed into Law by Governor Scott Walker has no business being in the courts at all. The whole notion of an appeal to the Supreme Court is based on a completely false premise. When Dane County judge Maryann Sumi issued a temporary restraining order on the law, she set an entirely new precedent for a judge overstepping his / her bounds. It was learned soon thereafter that she has family inside the SEIU.

There is a side story that is likely to become very important in the coming days. There could be a balance of power shift on the Supreme Court on April 5 and you can bet the Union thugs will be taking great interest.

Via the New York Post:
Wisconsin's Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen appealed Judge Maryann Sumi's decision earlier this week, arguing that the Dane County court does not have jurisdiction over the state legislature.

It is not known when the Wisconsin Supreme Court will decide whether it should rule on the controversial law. The appeals court decision kicks the issue to a court where conservative jurists currently hold four seats while three are held by more liberal judges.

One of the conservative justices, David Prosser, is up for re-election on April 5. His challenger is Assistant Attorney General JoAnne Kloppenburg, who is garnering support from the unions and their supporters.
Again, the problem here is that the right is fighting on the left's terms. This is a law that has absolutely no business being adjudicated in the first place. Since it's already on a judicial course though, this April 5 election could very well determine its fate.

One of the reasons Republicans are having to play ball here is that the Secretary of State for Wisconsin is required to certify the law. As a Democrat, he'll no doubt keep his arms folded while pointing to Sumi's decision in response to questions about his refusal to certify. It's beyond pathetic.

DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano insists Mexican Border is Safer than Ever

Janet 'Baghdad Bob' Napolitano is insisting that the United States border with Mexico is safer than 'it has ever been' and that there is no significant violence spilling into the United States. In light of the fact that her Department has been implicated in the Project Gunrunner scandal in which the ATF 'allowed guns to walk' into Mexico, does she really think anyone will believe her? Since two of the guns the ATF let 'walk' showed up at the murder scene of a Border Agent, shouldn't Napolitano be more focused on getting to the bottom of that situation?

Via the AP:
EL PASO, Texas (AP) -- U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano said Thursday that security on the southern U.S. border "is better now than it ever has been" and that violence from neighboring Mexico hasn't spilled over in a serious way.

......

Napolitano said the Department of Homeland Security will deploy 250 more border agents and expects to have 300 more under their next budget if it's approved. She stated that Homeland Security is investing "millions of dollars in the side of commerce and trade" to improve infrastructure and technology along the border.

However, she added that there is a need to correct wrong impressions about the border region. Napolitano said border towns are safe for travel, trade and commerce. She noted that the total value of imports crossing the Southwest border was up 22 percent in fiscal year 2010, she said.

"There is a perception that the border is worse now than it ever has been. That is wrong. The border is better now than it ever has been," she said.
In this case, it depends upon what your meaning of the word 'is' is, I guess. In light of the high powered weapons that have been allowed to 'walk' into Mexico (50 caliber and AK-47), the whole 'commerce and trade' comment rings hollow at best and macabre at worst. Estimates of the number of guns ATF has let walk climb as high as 'thousands.'

Watch this short news report to see how DHS appears to be involved.

IDF Discovers Iranian Missiles Disguised as Humanitarian Aid to Gaza

It should be more than obvious why there were those who vehemently opposed turning the Gaza Strip over to the Palestinians in 2005. Anyone with an ounce of rational thought knew that Gaza would descend into a terrorist bastion and that the concession wouldn't satiate the Palestinians; it would provide them another platform from which to attack Israel. That is precisely what's been happening ever since. We can now add the confiscation of C-704 Missiles to the list.

On March 15th, IDF forces discovered six missiles believed to have come from Iran, which had earlier announced it had begun producing models similar to those originating in China. The C-704's were part of a shipment that included 50 tons of 'sophisticated weapons' on a ship that was supposed to contain humanitarian aid. The fact that Egypt is falling to the Muslim Brotherhood only compounds a serious problem.

Video: Another Celebrity Unmasks Himself as Political Whack Job

This time, it's Garth Brooks who, while at a 'Points of Light' ceremony to honor George H.W. Bush spoke in such vague generalities that you're left wondering if he knows anything other than music lyrics. When asked by CNS reporter Nicholas Ballasy about Obama, Brooks said he 'love(s) him to death' and said it must be 'hell sitting in that office.' My immediate reaction to that was Brooks might have a point. His premise could explain why Obama's never in his office. On top of that, he thinks Obama is hamstrung by checks and balances.

Oh, almost forgot. Look out for Garth's solution to the problems we face: 'We need to start kickin' it in the A$$ a little bit.'

Christian Genocide in Iraq

I've long maintained that the war in Iraq that was supposed to 'liberate' its people from tyrannical regime of Saddam Hussein only served to put the Christian population in greater danger. Now, an Iraqi archbishop is actually claiming that the treatment of Christians in Iraq borders on 'genocidal.' Among the reasons he cites is the duplicity that exists between what we went over there for - western democracy - and what the Iraqi constitution has ushered in - Islamic theocracy.

Via Catholic San Francisco:
DUNDALK, Ireland (CNS) — An Iraqi archbishop spoke of “near-genocide conditions” for Christians in his country and said those fleeing violence were straining resources in other parts of the country.

Archbishop Bashar Warda of Irbil, Iraq, said part of the problem was the country’s “weak constitution, which tries to please two masters.”

“We are living in a region which cannot decide if it is for democracy or Islamic law,” he said March 16 at news conference sponsored by the Catholic charitable agency Aid to the Church in Need.

Archbishop Warda criticized “neighboring governments feeding insurgents with money and weapons to destabilize the Iraqi government” and said the rest of world’s governments had “turned their backs on us, as if the human rights abuses and near-genocide conditions Iraqi Christians experience are temporary.”

Archbishop Warda said that since the U.S.-led occupation of his country began in 2003, more than 500 Christians had been killed in religious and politically motivated violence.

Between 2006 and 2010, 17 Iraqi priests and two bishops were kidnapped and beaten or tortured. One bishop, four priests and three subdeacons were killed.

“In most cases, those responsible for the crimes stated they wanted Christians out of Iraq,” the archbishop said.
Again, this should serve as a clear reason why a Democratic Republic like that established by our Founding Fathers and Sharia Law are two mutually exclusive entities. When Sharia Law is the law of the land, freedom of religion does not exist. Again, in Iraq, it looks like we took Christians out of the frying pan and threw them into the fire.

Video: Joe Biden Calls for Impeaching the President

The Vice President makes a very impassioned case for impeachment here. When the president has no constitutional authority to take the United States into war and he does so anyway, Joe Biden said, it is grounds for impeachment that he would push for. Here, Biden appeared on Hardball with Chris Matthews and was asked if he would call for impeaching the president if the latter attacked a country without congressional approval. Biden answered resoundingly in the affirmative.

This interview took place before Obama ordered attacks on Libya - way before. The exchange took place back when Biden was a Senator in 2007; he was talking about what he would do if George W. Bush attacked Iran without congressional approval. Bush never did attack Iran but Obama attacked Libya.

Fast forward to the :50 mark.

Islamic Scholar Anjem Choudary says Muslim Brotherhood ready to Take Over in Libya

If there's one thing that can be said about British Islamic scholar Anjem Choudary it's that he does not deceptively mince his words with respect to the goals of Islam. Conversely, leaders of Muslim Brotherhood groups that have infiltrated western civilization deny much of what Choudary says. However, Choudary has demonstrated time and again that the goals of the Muslim Brotherhood are quite obvious. Yet, westerners consistently ignore him while believing the words of groups like CAIR.

If Choudary is right, Barack Obama's attacks on Libya necessarily support the Muslim Brotherhood, which wants to oust Gadhafi so that an Islamic government can be installed.

Via World Net Daily:
British cleric Anjem Choudary says al-Qaida and the Muslim Brotherhood have assets on the ground in Libya and are ready to take control if Moammar Gadhafi is removed from power.

The top Muslim cleric accuses the U. S. and French-led coalition trying to topple Gadhafi of working to install a puppet regime, but he says there are al-Qaida operatives in Libya who will stop the West from installing a friendly government.

"Al-Qaida has their own agents and their own people in the region who are propagating their own Islamic ideas and their agenda. At the right time they will make the move, and we will see the emergence of Islam and Shariah in that particular region," Choudary said.

"The power vacuum is very useful for anyone who has an agenda and an alternative system to put in its place," he said.

"Al-Qaida is in fact a philosophy and an idea which is franchised now all around the world. You don't necessarily have to be a member of al-Qaida. If you believe in the Shariah and if you believe in the concept of jihad, and you want Islam to be implemented, then you are adhering to the same ideas as the people of al-Qaida," said Choudary.
The question that doesn't seem to be getting asked is why the Barack Obama administration continues to come down on the side of the Muslim Brotherhood in every Middle Eastern / Arab fight?

Read it all.

Video: Is this a Case for Impeachment?

Obama's attacks on Libya are quite arguably unconstitutional; even the anti-war Democrats like Dennis Kucinich and Michael Moore have expressed outrage at the move. It is true that Obama did not get Constitutional approval for the attacks while George W. Bush did before going into Iraq. It's also true that Ronald Reagan attacked Libya without Constitutional approval but the argument there is that Reagan was acting in self-defense after Gadhafi's attacks on Americans.

There may or may not be a case for impeachment there; it would require substantial political will in the House of Representatives to pull it off anyway. What if the reasons to impeach the president went beyond the Constitutionality of his attacks on Libya? What if those reasons should be used to confront something far more dangerous? What if this administration is intentionally installing Islamic tyrants all over the world with an endgame that consists of destroying America?

Wisconsin Justice Department Challenges Judge's Ruling

The left lost at the ballot box, they lost in both houses of their state legislature, and they lost when Governor Scott Walker signed the bill into law that would eliminate collective bargaining from public sector union contracts. Oh, there was also a couple of parts to the bill that required union workers who are already funded with taxpayer dollars to actually have to fund some of their own pensions and health care.

The law was apparently so egregious in the eyes of the left, that an activist judge named Maryann Sumi (ironically pronounced 'Sue Me') issued an order that temporarily blocked Wisconsin's Secretary of State, Doug La Follette from certifying the new law.

It's really an unprecedented ruling. Via WTMJ:
The state Justice Department asked an appeals court Monday to lift an emergency order blocking the state's contentious new collective bargaining law, saying the judge overreached and improperly inserted herself into the law-making process.

Agency attorneys Maria Lazar and Steven Kilpatrick said in a petition to the 4th District Court of Appeals that Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi trampled the Legislature's ability to create laws. She can rule on a law only after it takes effect, they said.

"There is absolutely no authority for the broad, overreaching step taken. In the interests of the administration of justice, it is necessary -- nay, it is imperative -- that this (appeals) Court step forward and undo this inappropriate act," their filing said.

Democratic Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne asked for the emergency order blocking publication in a lawsuit he filed last week. The suit alleges that Republican legislative leaders violated the state's open meeting law during debate on the proposal and La Follette should therefore be barred from publishing the law. Publication is the last step before a law can take effect in Wisconsin.
Interestingly, the appeal identifies La Follette as the petitioner. However, he appears to be taking issue with that.

Via The Cap Times:
The "Petition for Leave to Appeal" filed by the Department of Justice lawyers concludes with the words "Secretary La Follette respectfully requests... an ex parte order granting temporary relief from the TRO entered by Judge Sumi on March 18, 2011..."

The state's lawyers argue that Judge Sumi's order impedes La Follette from doing his ministerial duty of publishing the bill by March 25, the last day of a 10-day period for publication allowed under the state constitution.
But the Department of Justice attorneys did not consult La Follette about whether he has any objection to Judge Sumi's order.

The secretary of state says he has not complained about the judge's order.
Any guesses as to what party La Follette is registered with?

Democrats (cough, cough).

Remember, George Soros spearheaded a strategy to target Secretary of State seats all across the country for reasons just like this. La Follette had already made known that he was going to take the full ten days he had at his disposal to certify the law. This bought the unions the time they needed to re-negotiate their contracts.

Video: CBN Expose' on Muslim Students Association

There are plenty of facts available to prove that the Muslim Students Association (MSA) is part of the much larger Muslim Brotherhood. A report from Erick Stakelbeck at CBN boldly underscores the point. American born Islamic terrorists have virtually all been members of the MSA. The goal of the MSA has, for years, been to recruit young Muslims into the Brotherhood. For some reason, this reality is lost on far too many of our nation's leaders.

Another ATF Agent Speaks out on Project Gunrunner

Earlier this month, ATF agent John Dodson dropped a bombshell when he admitted to CBS's Sharyl Attkisson that he was instructed by his superiors to allow guns purchased in the United States to 'walk' into Mexico. Now, another ATF agent is speaking out. His name is Rene Jacquez and he too is angry that this was ATF policy. Jacquez even has family in Mexico. What's so shocking about these reports is how shocked agents Dodson and Jacquez were that they were instructed to do this.

When the report from Attkisson about Dodson came out, the policy was said to go all the way to the Justice Department. Based on this new report, DHS, ICE, DEA, and USMS (Marshals) were all being advised by a Justice Department Assistant U.S. Attorney.

Via CBS News:
(CBS News) WASHINGTON - South of El Paso, Texas, on Mexico's side of the border, lies Juarez - the most dangerous city in the world. CBS News investigative correspondent Sharyl Attkisson reports ATF Special Agent Rene Jaquez has been stationed there for the past year, trying to keep U.S. guns from being trafficked into Mexico.

"That's what we do as an agency," Jaquez said. "ATF's primary mission is to make sure that we curtail gun trafficking."

That's why Jaquez tells CBS News he was so alarmed to hear his own agency may have done the opposite: encouraged U.S. gun dealers to sell to suspected traffickers for Mexico's drug cartels. Apparently, ATF hoped that letting weapons "walk" onto the street - to see where they'd end up - would help them take down a cartel.
Notice in the video below that Eric Holder assured Americans that he has an Inspector General investigating this program. We all know what happened when this administration didn't like what a certain IG was uncovering back in 2009 (Gerald Walpin). He got fired.

Racial Politics at the DOJ: Loretta King Profile

You can get an idea of how truly controversial the New Black Panther Party voting rights case is when you consider it began on the day of Barack Obama's election in 2008. So many news events have come and gone since then. Yet, that case never quite goes away. Anyone who argues that racial politics wasn't involved is simply in denial or pushing an agenda. We even saw sworn testimony from a Voting rights section attorney that resigned in order to do as well as his boss, who had been re-assigned to prevent him from testifying. J. Christian Adams and Christopher Coates both testified and one person that came off looking extremely race-based was Assistant Attorney General, Loretta King.

As if the NBPP case wasn't controversial enough for the Justice Department, a recent mandate handed down from the Department to the City of Dayton stirred the racial pot some more.

Via the Daily Caller:
Neck-deep in the more divisive civil rights cases of the past several years — most notably the New Black Panther voter intimidation case and the recent Dayton, Ohio police department’s testing standards issue — the Obama appointed assistant attorney general has many wondering whether her guide is the law or racial politics.

“Some of the most outlandish policies of the Holder Justice Department over the last two years flow directly from Loretta King’s worldview,” J. Christian Adams, who worked with King while serving as a voting rights attorney at the Justice Department, told The Daily Caller.

According to Adams, race-based decision making has been a consistent staple of King’s actions and resume.

In testimony before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights about the New Black Panther case, former DOJ Voting Rights Section chief Christopher Coates explained that King ordered him to stop asking trial attorney applicants whether they would have a problem dealing with cases involving white victims.

“In the spring of 2009, Ms. King, who had by then been appointed Acting AAG [assistant attorney general] for Civil Rights by the Obama Administration, called me to her office and specifically instructed me that I was not to ask any other applicants whether they would be willing to, in effect, race-neutrally enforce the VRA [Voting Rights Act],” he testified. “Ms. King took offense that I was asking such a question of job applicants and directed me not to ask it because she does not support equal enforcement of the provisions of the VRA.”
Additionally, King is currently leading an effort in New York that ignores a recent Supreme Court decision:
In New York, King is currently the lead attorney in an effort to disregard low test scores to allow more minority candidates to become firefighters. The effort, as some have pointed out, disregards the 2009 New Haven firefighter case, Ricci v. DeStefano. In that case, the Supreme Court ruled that objective test results could not be thrown out merely to meet a desired racial outcome.
Though far too early to tell, if Loretta King becomes the face that represents racial politics in the DOJ, it's at least theoretically possible she may find herself under the Obama bus one day, especially in light of the consistent attention being paid to a Justice Department that is so fixated on race.

Video: The Muslim Students Association Pledge of Allegiance

His name is Amir Abdel Malik and he has a history of fiery Islamic rhetoric on college campuses. In this video from January of this year, he was at a Muslim Students Association event and closed his speech by reciting the MSA Pledge of Allegiance. As Pajamas Media notes, this video should provide ample evidence that the MSA is part of the Muslim Brotherhood and that the goals of both are more than a little bit nefarious, contrary to the claim at CPAC made by Muslim Brotherhood infiltratitor posing as a conservative - Suhail Khan - that the Muslim Brotherhood doesn't exist in the United States.

Here is Malik reciting the Pledge, which should serve to underscore the point that Islam in America is not about the First Amendment; it's about Article VI. The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. This is not a religious rights debate. It's one to determine what laws should rule our nation.

Turkish Imam Fethullah Gulen Under Federal Investigation

Turkish Imam Fethuallah Gulen may be the most dangerous Islamic figure in the United States and he has been flying underneath the radar for several years. In fact, one of the reasons he's residing in the United States is because his home country had indicted him for attempting to help turn the government there from secular to Islamist. Based on the current makeup of Turkey's political structure, it looks like he was somewhat successful.

It now appears that Mr. Gulen has caught the attention of Federal investigators in Philadelphia:
Fethullah Gulen is a major Islamic political figure in Turkey, but he lives in self-imposed exile in a Poconos enclave and gained his green card by convincing a federal judge in Philadelphia that he was an influential educational figure in the United States.

As evidence, his lawyer pointed to the charter schools, now more than 120 in 25 states, that his followers - Turkish scientists, engineers, and businessmen - have opened, including Truebright Science Academy in North Philadelphia and another charter in State College, Pa.

The schools are funded with millions of taxpayer dollars. Truebright alone receives more than $3 million from the Philadelphia School District for its 348 pupils. Tansu Cidav, the acting chief executive officer, described it as a regular public school.
The investigation centers around the possibility that some of the schools' employees are funneling their taxpayer dollars to Islamic groups:
But federal agencies - including the FBI and the Departments of Labor and Education - are investigating whether some charter school employees are kicking back part of their salaries to a Muslim movement founded by Gulen known as Hizmet, or Service, according to knowledgeable sources.

Unlike in Turkey, where Gulen's followers have been accused of pushing for an authoritarian Islamic state, there is no indication the American charter network has a religious agenda in the classroom.

Religious scholars consider the Gulen strain of Islam moderate, and the investigation has no link to terrorism. Rather, it is focused on whether hundreds of Turkish teachers, administrators, and other staffers employed under the H1B visa program are misusing taxpayer money.
They may not be looking for terrorist ties but the Feds very well may find them if they keep digging. Gulen has mastered the art of appearing moderate but he is anything but. He was instrumental in transforming the Turkish government from secular to Islamist. Yet, he continues to fly under the radar here in the United States.

Inexplicably, he was even honored by the Texas State Senate earlier this year. Here are a few of his words from a sermon he gave in Turkey in 1999:
You must move in the arteries of the system without anyone noticing your existence until you reach all the power centers … until the conditions are ripe, they [the followers] must continue like this. If they do something prematurely, the world will crush our heads, and Muslims will suffer everywhere, like in the tragedies in Algeria, like in 1982 [in] Syria … like in the yearly disasters and tragedies in Egypt. The time is not yet right. You must wait for the time when you are complete and conditions are ripe, until we can shoulder the entire world and carry it … You must wait until such time as you have gotten all the state power, until you have brought to your side all the power of the constitutional institutions in Turkey … Until that time, any step taken would be too early—like breaking an egg without waiting the full forty days for it to hatch. It would be like killing the chick inside. The work to be done is [in] confronting the world. Now, I have expressed my feelings and thoughts to you all—in confidence … trusting your loyalty and secrecy. I know that when you leave here—[just] as you discard your empty juice boxes, you must discard the thoughts and the feelings that I expressed here.
Federal agents may not be looking for terror ties but if they're serious about digging into what Gulen is all about, they will get to an ugly truth.

Read it all.

SEIU Sued Based on RICO Statutes

A company named Sodexo has filed a lawsuit against the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) over what it calls Extortion. It looks like someone is finally standing up to the thuggish union tactics employed by the group Barack Obama has pledged his allegiance to. If these charges can be proven in a court of law, SEIU will be shown to have been even worse than some thought or believed - a huge feat in and of itself.

Sodexo is a company that would represent quite the score for SEIU, which at least would establish a motive to some extent. Here is a description of Sodexo via Big Government:
One of the largest food services and facilities management companies in the world, Sodexo is the provider of choice for most schools, universities, companies, hotels, prisons and other facilities that outsource their cafeteria and food catering operations, and for those that outsource industrial cleaning services. SEIU has been incessantly battering Sodexo since 2007, in its desire to unionize some of its nearly 400,000 employees, many of them hotel and food service workers. Exacerbating the tensions was a longstanding turf war between SEIU and UNITE HERE over hotel and casino workers, which often spilled over into SEIU’s antics prior to the settlement the warring unions reached this past summer.
Collecting union dues from 400,000 employees sounds quite lucrative. What lengths would an entity like SEIU go to in order to secure those dues? Here is a portion of what Sodexo is alleging SEIU has done from a press release about the suit via Breitbart:
The complaint alleges that the SEIU, in face to face meetings, threatened Sodexo USA's executives that it would harm Sodexo USA's business unless they gave in to the union, and then carried out its threats through egregious behavior, including:

* throwing plastic roaches onto food being served by Sodexo USA at a high profile event;
* scaring hospital patients by insinuating that Sodexo USA food contained bugs, rat droppings, mold and flies;
* lying to interfere with Sodexo USA business and sneaking into elementary schools to avoid security;
* violating lobbying laws to steer business away from Sodexo USA, even at the risk of costing Sodexo USA employees their jobs; and
* harassing Sodexo USA employees by threatening to accuse them of wrongdoing.
Remember what uncle Saul Alinsky taught Barack Obama? From Alinsky's Rules For Radicals, Chapter 2:
"The end is what you want, the means is how you get it. Whenever we think about social change, the question of means and ends arises. The man of action views the issue of means and ends in pragmatic and strategic terms. He has no other problem; he thinks only of his actual resources and the possibilities of various choices of action. He asks of ends only whether they are achievable and worth the cost; of means, only whether they will work. ... The real arena is corrupt and bloody." p.24
It is really a sad testament to the state of this country when a man who is in bed with a group like SEIU is the president. Obama continues to aid SEIU in its efforts no matter where they take place.

Video: Obama Uncomfortable when Questioned about Libya

In an interview with Philadelphia ABC television affiliate reporter Jim Gardner, Barack Obama refused to answer questions about his policy on Libya. Obama's reaction to the question, however, did speak volumes. His eyes appeared to be communicating the message, 'How dare you ask me that.' Gardner wanted Obama to clear up the ambiguity in messaging that saw Secretary of State Clinton demand that Kadhafi leave and Obama's softer assertion that the Libyan leader stop killing.

When the Louis Farrakhan angle is factored into this equation, Obama's irritation makes a bit more sense. Farrakhan and Gadhafi are very tight and have shared similar goals. Farrakhan has also received millions of dollars from Gadhafi over the years.

Obama can no longer vote 'present.' Any U.S. attack on Libya is Obama's call.

Video: Farrakhan Rails on Obama over Libya Policy

While appearing as an in-studio guest on WVON radio in Chicago, Louis Farrakhan went on a ten minute rant against Obama over the president's policy with Libya. Farrakhan is visibly angry that Obama is deciding to take military action to have Gaddafi removed from power. He also blames the CIA for fomenting dissent in foreign nations like Iran so America can go in and better oust dictatorial leaders. He references the uprising in Iran as if to say we were responsible for them.

The Libya problem is one of Obama's more complicated ones, especially in light of his relationship with Jeremiah Wright and Farrakhan. Farrakhan has a very strong personal relationship with Gaddafi.

Via WND:
Farrakhan, a close friend and associate of Wright, has been financed by Gadhafi, including with a $5 million interest-free loan in 1985.

Later that year, Gadhafi spoke by satellite to Farrakhan's Saviour's Day Convention in Chicago, and reportedly told Farrakhan supporters he was prepared to provide weapons to a black army in the U.S. to destroy "white America."

In October 1995, Gadhafi reportedly called Farrakhan with congratulations on the success of the Million Man March. Gadhafi was said to have assured Farrakhan that together "we will unite our capabilities and efforts to achieve this."
Farrakhan obviously feels that Obama is harming whatever cause exists between the Nation of Islam and Gaddafi. One thing we've learned about Obama is he's more interested in picking winners and losers than he is in loyalty. The uprising in Libya is being fed by the Muslim Brotherhood and in the bigger scheme of things, they are much more powerful than one country at this point.

Farrakhan gets quite fiery here. Wait for the part where he says to Obama, 'Who the Hell do you think you are?'
