AUDIO: REGISTERED SOCIALIST CONGRESSWOMAN CALLS TEA PARTY EXTREME

Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) is one of 70 members of congress who are registered members of the Democratic Socialists of America caucus. That doesn't stop her from going on the Stephanie Miller show to label conservatives who want to restore America to a nation founded on the Constitution. She even has come up with a new name for Tea Party members who believe in the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution.

In Jan's world, they're called "Tenthers" and should be considered "extreme." When you couple her being a registered socialist with her disdain for the Constitution, it makes sense that she'd be a little worked up about it.

One more thing on Schakowsky. Not only is she a registered socialist with the DSA caucus but she was one of Obama's four choices given to Blago to fill his senate seat after Valerie Jarrett was out of the running. She's also the woman in this now infamous rant about health care.

Remember, Schakowsky believes the Tea Party is extreme....

VIDEO: LIBERAL ATTY GLORIA ALLRED JUMPING THE SHARK?

Aside from far left liberal attorney Gloria Allred's most recent high-profile charge appearing to be politically motivated, it may be backfiring on both her and her client in a major way. Republican gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman is in a fierce battle with current state Attorney General Jerry Brown. Allred is representing a woman who used to work for Whitman and her husband; that woman's name is Nicandra Diaz Santillan and she has been discovered to be an illegal alien.

Diaz was a housekeeper for Whitman and her husband, Dr. Griffith Harsh from 2000 - 2009. Allred's complaint in which she represents Diaz claims that Whitman and Harsh allowed Diaz to work for them after learning she was illegal. Allred claims a letter from the Social Security Administration with Harsh's writing on it proves the charge. There are some problems with that. The letter, dated 2003, notifies Allred and Harsh that there are some inconsistencies with Diaz's social security number; it's later learned that Diaz likely forged the application with a false number. There is a handwritten note on the letter by Harsh that says, "Nicky, please check on this."

Allred's claim is that this is a smoking gun. Lost on her is that Harsh didn't dismiss the letter and it was Diaz who fraudulently submitted a false social security number on her application and even continued the lie when the letter was ostensibly presented to her by Harsh in 2003.

This fact was not lost on Greta van Susteren, who absolutely skewers Allred for this stunt. Also apparently lost on Allred is the jeopardy she's putting Diaz in by exposing the illegal alien to felony charges by shining a light on her fraudulent application.

The San Francisco Chronicle has more on this HERE, HERE, and HERE.

This is a major backfire. Allred has got to be second-guessing herself at this point. Considering Jerry Brown is the state's AG, it's no wonder Allred dismissed the possibility of exposing her client to prosecution.

A day prior to Greta's skewering of Allred, radio talk show host Mark Levin did the same thing, only for much longer. Here is the beat down Allred received from Levin - in two parts via Hapblog:

AUDIO: INTERVIEW THAT GOT RICK SANCHEZ FIRED AT CNN

On September 30th, CNN's Rick Sanchez appeared on the Sirius Satellite radio program of Pete Dominick, who actually used to work for Comedy Central's Jon Stewart of the Daily Show. Sanchez was obviously sensitive to the treatment he has received from Stewart lately, so much so that he believes Stewart's attacks on him are racially motivated. His conclusion, based on that premise, was that Jon Stewart is a 'bigot.' Dominick stuck up for Stewart and actually got Sanchez to retract the 'bigot' comment; Sanchez changed his word choice to 'prejudicial.'

Dominick may have saved Sanchez at that point, had Sanchez dropped it. He didn't and what likely got him fired one day later was his scoffing at the notion that Jews are not minorities and that 'everybody who runs CNN is a lot like Stewart.'

The two parts of this clip happen around the 1:00 and 9:00 marks. HERE is more on Pete Dominick's site.
