Very telling.... After Tim Geithner and Lawrence Summers left the door open on August 2nd for Obama to raise taxes, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs was trapsed out as the victim who needed to perform damage control.

Not so fast.

Perhaps Geithner and Summers should have gone public after Gibbs laid up THIS GOOSE EGG on June 29th...



Now compare what you just saw Gibbs say on June 29th with what HE SAID ON AUGUST 3RD while performing clean-up duty after Geithner and Summers left slobbering messes (Summers' mess left as a result of drooling while sleeping).
