VIDEO: SOCIALIST REP. PHIL HARE IS SLAMMING CONSTITUTION AGAIN

Yeah, this guy again. Rep. Phil Hare (D-IL) was confronted by a constituent this past April who asked him to point to the part of the Constitution that says the government can mandate that its citizens must purchase health insurance. The money quote was that he 'doesn't worry about the Constitution'. That leads to this latest video, in which another citizen confronts Hare about the same subject. Hare rolls his eyes tries to ignore the man only to admit that matters relative to the constitutionality of the health care bill equates to 'silly stuff'.

Also, listen for the man who questions Hare about being a socialist. Hare pleads ignorance in response. There's a small problem with that defense - Hare was listed on the Democratic Socialists of America newsletter in 2009, along with 69 other congressional Democrats - as a member of their caucus.
