Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan is exciting insurrection in the United States. In saner times, this would get him a visit from the Feds at the very least. Note he also is calling for the rise of the Mahdi - Islam's messiah. The banners in the video show that this speech took place on February 25th, which was at the same time as these Wisconsin protests. He tells the audience that he 'hope(s) Obama remembers his instructions.'
