Video: HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius concedes she is Clueless

The mask on the Obamacare lie is so far off that HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius doesn't even pretend to defend it. The notion that she is ignorant of the Obamacare waivers - which is a position she seems to hold in this exchange - doesn't even have a fraction of a granule of believability to it.

Sebelius doesn't even seem to care how utterly foolish she looks. That's what tends to happen when you live a lie that is no longer defensible, I guess.
