Video: Debbie Wasserman Schultz has a go at the Eric Holder strategy

In this exchange between DNC Chairman Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Piers Morgan, the CNN host rightfully asks her about the narrative coming out of the Obama administration that the anti-Muhammad video was responsible for the Benghazi attacks. When Morgan tells Schultz that the information "was wrong", Schultz responds with, "well that doesn't mean it was false."

At that point, Morgan has a brief moment of apoplexy.

In the mind of Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the following equation is.... well, either wrong or false:

wrong = false

After watching that insanity, take a look at this exchange between House Judiciary Committee member, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) and Attorney General Eric Holder on December 8, 2011. At issue is the Justice Department's then recent withdrawal of a February 4, 2011 letter sent to Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) by Assistant Attorney General Ronald Weich. In that letter, Weich asserted that the ATF was not involved in gun-walking.

Just prior to this hearing, the Justice Department rescinded the letter and, in so doing, admitted that the letter was... false?

Uh, not so much. Like Piers Morgan, Gowdy appeared apoplectic when he couldn't get Holder to admit that the letter had been withdrawn because it was "demonstrably false".

Another sick parallel: Administration's treatment of Benghazi victims' families and Brian Terry family

This is a very powerful video from Pat Smith, the mother of Sean Smith, one of the four Americans killed in the Benghazi attack. Notice what she says because it's very similar to what the mother of slain Border Patrol agent Brian Terry has been saying for nearly two years now - she wants answers. At the 1:00 mark, Smith says she was told her son died of smoke inhalation and subsequently raises a very legitimate question about the photos of bloody handprints on the outside of the consulate. She then says what she's being told generally is filled with "outright lies".

Another very powerful moment comes just before the 2:00 mark, when she says Leon Panetta held her face with both hands, looked her in the eye and said, "Trust me. I will tell out what happened and so far, he's told me nothing, nothing at all."

She then mocks all members of the administration who told her to trust them before saying, "I don't trust you anymore." This is a must-see video.

Josephine Terry, the mother of Brian Terry, testified before the House Oversight Committee on June 15, 2011, six months after the murder of her son. Though I can't find the video, here is audio of a portion of her exchange with Rep. Raul Labrador (R-ID). Notice how Josephine's frustration with those who should have provided her with answers was very similar to the frustration of Pat Smith.

Now, to parallel what Pat Smith experienced - with Leon Panetta holding both sides of her face, looking her into the eyes, and telling her to trust him - to what Josephine Terry heard come out of the mouth of the Oversight Committee's ranking member, Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD)...

Here is audio of Cummings at that same June 15, 2011 hearing.

Listen only if you can stand it.

In reality, Cummings defended Eric Holder to the bitter end. He stonewalled the committee's efforts to seek accountability and justice for the Terry family. In fact, more than one year after he lied to the Terry family, the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) to which Cummings belongs, walked out of the Eric Holder contempt hearing.

Bald. Faced. Liar.

Go figure, he's a registered member of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) caucus (communists). And you know what communists do?

They lie.

Benghazi Security Officer: 'Taliban on the inside of the building'

After Oversight Committee member, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) asked Regional Security Officer in Benghazi, Eric Norsdtrom, if the latter ever thought he was going to have his requests met by the State Department, Nordstrom delivered a two minute answer that you've got to see. If you've ever had to deal with the bureaucratic machinations of any entity, you should be able to relate directly to the source of Nordstrom's frustration here.

If you can stand it, the first 4:45 of this clip is an exchange between Jordan and State Department bureaucrat, Patrick Kennedy, whose ramblings are reminiscent of an obfuscating pencil pusher with the protection of the bureaucracy he serves being the sole purpose of his existence. It's sad, really. At the 4:45 mark, Jordan obviously gets disgusted with Kennedy's response, and tees up a question for Nordstrom that involved a response that included a metaphor which likened the State Department to the Taliban.

Nordstrom: "For me, the Taliban is on the inside of the building."
