Once again, it is Breitbart's BIG GOVERNMENT website that exposes the latest scandal.
Lagstein notes that the Attorney General is a “political animal.” He states that he has been in communication with Brown’s office and assures the crowd that “the fault WILL be found with the people that did the video — not ACORN.”Be sure to listen to both audio clips (each about 1 minute in length). Clearly, the voice on the tape believes that an investigation of ACORN by Jerry Brown is a good thing.
If that’s true, then the fix is in and Brown’s investigation is just a scam on the public. But, targeting the filmmakers will also put Brown’s office in an especially difficult position. Just today, we learn that one of Jerry Brown’s chief aides secretly recorded phone conversations with at least 5 reporters. We’ll see if Brown believes the law applies to his staff as well as the young filmmakers.
If this is accurate, I'm not sure how this doesn't border on conspiracy. If a sitting state Attorney General has already pre-determined the results of an investigation into the corruption and fraud within a group like ACORN, there should be serious repercussions.
