Ron Paul in 2007: How Lincoln could have Avoided the Civil War

Don't look now but Ron Paul's warts are really starting to surface. Here he is on Meet the Press back in 2007, saying that Abraham Lincoln could have prevented the Civil War by purchasing all of the slaves and setting them free.

Wouldn't that have been a bailout?
