United Nations: US Isn't Protecting OWS Protesters

This alone, should warrant kicking the entire United Nations off of US soil. At one level, the mindset of a UN envoy relative to the OWS protesters isn't all that surprising. After all, the UN is an entity that leeches off society's producers as well. However, this is an argument so absurd that it rivals that of Angel Adams, the single mother of 15 kids who wants someone else to be 'held accountable.'

Apparently, the OWS crowd is not responsible for the ringworm and tuberculosis outbreaks, the feces it lives in, the assaults it commits, the theft, the rapes, the vandalism, the violence, the millions of dollars in damages, or the murders that have all been perpetrated by its members. No, according to this whacko, the OWS crowds need to be protected, from what, I have no idea.

Via the Huffington Post:
WASHINGTON -- The United Nations envoy for freedom of expression is drafting an official communication to the U.S. government demanding to know why federal officials are not protecting the rights of Occupy demonstrators whose protests are being disbanded -- sometimes violently -- by local authorities.
Frank La Rue, who serves as the U.N. "special rapporteur" for the protection of free expression, told HuffPost in an interview that the crackdowns against Occupy protesters appear to be violating their human and constitutional rights.
"I believe in city ordinances and I believe in maintaining urban order," he said Thursday. "But on the other hand I also believe that the state -- in this case the federal state -- has an obligation to protect and promote human rights."
"If I were going to pit a city ordinance against human rights, I would always take human rights," he continued.
I think as punishment for La Rue's insane position, he should be forced to spend one hour in a room with the police officers who had to wear Hazmat uniforms to clean up thousands of pounds of human feces. Then he should follow that up with a trip to Saudi Arabia where he can pop off about the violation of human rights in that country.

Good luck, whacko.

The sick irony is that the Tea Party best represents the cross-section of America that allows people like La Rue to get paid. Any guesses as to whether or not he stood up for the right of the Tea Party not to have to endure government theft?
