In it, he explains that white racism is institutionalized and intended to help the middle white class feel superior whenever they feel inferior compared to the upper white class.

When Critical Race Theory (CRT), a practice Bell championed, is applied, blacks sought to reverse this phenomenon completely by doing it in reverse. It is this kind of thinking that leads Attorney General Eric Holder to drop charges against the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) when they intimidated voters with uniforms and a billy club outside a polling station.
