Video: Tenured Black professor Derrick Bell says Tenure only given to "White Boys"

In 1993, Derrick Bell, the man whose words Barack Obama wanted everyone to open their hearts and minds to in 1991, complained that only "white boys" can get tenure. Small problem. Bell was tenured (and black) at the time he said it. At what point can racists be called "racist" regardless of their skin color?
