Video: Bill Moyers Jumps to the Defense of Saul Alinsky

This is evidence that Newt Gingrich's decision to go after Obama on the latter's ties to Saul Alinsky is effective. Unfortunately, Mitt Romney doesn't seem interested in doing the same. Gingrich actually backed off the Alinsky comparisons in the last two debates not because of the backlash but because he found himself on defense against Romney.

In 2008, Obama's ties to Jeremiah Wright could have prevented him from being President. McCain wouldn't do it. He instructed his Party not to. In 2012, exposing Obama's ties to the Alinsky model would be just as effective, especially after seeing it implemented for three years.

Here is Moyers attempting to reinvent the legacy of a man who dedicated his last book to "Lucifer." This should be a sign to conservatives that Alinsky is Obama's weakness. Then again, I have doubts that anyone other than Gingrich would exploit that weakness. Romney certainly doesn't seem all that interested in doing it.

WHY JAY ROCKEFELLER WANTS FOX AND MSNBC OFF THE AIR?

The Great One, Mark Levin reported this interesting nugget about why Senator Jay Rockefeller might have called for the Fox News Channel and MSNBC (sacrificial lamb) to be shut down. It turns out that his wife, Sharon Percy Rockefeller, has been president and CEO of WETA - Public Broadcasting - in Washington, D.C. As such, she presides over both the flagship television and radio stations. Aren't radio stations that fall under the Public Broadcasting umbrella called National Public Radio (NPR)?

Hmmm. What happened recently involving NPR and Fox News Channel? Answer: Juan Williams was fired by NPR and got a big platform, coupled with a sweet contract extension with Fox. That platform - along with overwhelming public support - allowed Williams (and Fox) to bludgeon NPR so successfully that there is serious talk about having them defunded. If you remember, both the left and the right supported Williams. Is that why Rockefeller went after both MSNBC and Fox? Either way, his ire is clearly more directed at Fox and if throwing MSNBC into the pot allows him to portray objectivity, he appears willing to do it.

HERE is Sharon Percy's Bio.
Sharon Percy Rockefeller has served the public broadcasting community for more than 25 years as a leader and policymaker. She has been president and CEO of WETA, Washington, D.C.’s flagship public television and radio stations, since 1989. She continues to guide WETA to outstanding accomplishments in broadcasting and production. Before assuming the top post at WETA, she was a member of WETA’s Board of Trustees for seven years and a member of the board of directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting for 12 years, including four years as chairman. In 2006, Rockefeller was elected to the PBS Board of Directors for her fifth term.
If this is the reason, then lost on Rockefeller is the source that caused Williams to be let go. It was the result of pressure applied to NPR by the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). So why isn't Rockefeller targeting them? Not sure, but it's the same mentality that has led to TSA agents touching American junk.

VIDEO: BILL MOYERS NEEDS COUNSELING

Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) is funded by you, the taxpayer. Bill Moyers is paid to report his version of the news on PBS. Therefore, you are paying Bill Moyers' salary. As his boss, are you satisfied with his performance? As his boss, are you willing to accept being lumped into a group he calls, "right wing kooks"?

In a shocking display of arrogance, generalizations, stereotyping, and very dangerous behavior, Moyers openly labeled anyone who disagrees with Obama's socialist agenda as "crackpots" who are "praying for Obama to die". Guess what. If you disagree with the Obama administration, you're subsidizing your own demonization at the hands of someone whose salary you pay. Quite the boss/employee relationship, isn't it?

Public Broadcasting will be receiving $400 million in taxpayer dollars in 2009 and when you couple that with what FCC Diversity Czar Mark Lloyd wants to do, they'd get more. Lloyd doesn't want to raise taxes though. He wants to double the expenditures of private broadcasters in the form of fees, knowing that this will bankrupt them.

Those fees would then go to outfits like the one Moyers works for. Not only that, but who would fill the vacuum left by the bankrupted private broadcasters? Well, people like Moyers of course.

I don't know who Moyers thinks he is but he sure is showing us what he is - A man who needs serious help.
