Why are CAIR, Code Pink, Van Jones and Cenk Uygur all supporting Rand Paul?

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) made big headlines this week in a showdown with the Obama administration over the latter's refusal to unequivocally state that it would not use armed drones to kill Americans on American soil who posed no imminent threat to the country. Paul was relegated to eating candy bars during his twelve-plus hour filibuster while establishment types like Senators John McCain (R-AZ) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) were dining with Barack Obama.

The conservative base ate it up. Finally, the new guard was doing what the old guard never seemed interested in doing; Paul was taking Obama on while standing on principle and the establishment didn't like it one bit. McCain referred to the Senator from Kentucky as well as Senator Ted Cruz as 'wacko birds'.

However, in addition to winning over conservatives and libertarians, Paul has garnered the support of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a Muslim Brotherhood front in America; Turkish Current TV (Al Jazeera) host Cenk Uygur; former Obama Green Jobs czar Van Jones, who is a fellow at the Center for American Progress (CAP) - a George Soros entity; and Code Pink, a far left group who was behind the 2010 Gaza flotilla.

CAIR's Executive Director - Nihad Awad - said the following in a press release:
"We welcome Senator Paul's efforts to press for a firm answer as to whether drones may legally be used to kill American citizens on U.S. soil. Unfortunately, the initial administration response to that question left room for doubt. We acknowledge today's statement by Attorney General Holder and hope that it represents a clear and unequivocal rejection of that obviously unconstitutional authority."
Uygur, long recognized as a far left commentator who left MSNBC to work at Current TV, said the following in reference to Paul's filibuster:
“I don’t care what his (Paul's) opinions on other things are — you can call him anything you like, but here he happens to be a constitutional hero.”
Uygur's employer - Current TV - was recently sold to Al Jazeera, another arm of the Muslim Brotherhood.

How about Van Jones? Here is a guy who worked very closely with the inner circles inside the Obama administration when he was the Green Jobs czar. Jones resigned in 2009 amidst a string of scandalous revelations about his past, which included his signature appearing on a 9/11 Truth document. When he left the administration, he became a senior fellow at CAP, an entity TIME Magazine referred to as the Obama administration's "idea factory".

Here is what Jones had to say about the Rand Paul filibuster:
"Well let me just say, I might shock a lot of people as somebody, you know I love this president and I respect this president, Rand Paul was a hero yesterday, and what I've been hearing is a lot of shame from liberals and progressives who felt like geez, we should be up there sticking up for civil liberties and we should be the ones asking those tough questions."
As for Soros, he supported the 'Arab Spring' and has some very distinct ties to the Muslim Brotherhood himself. This would at least theoretically explain why both Jones and CAIR are on the same page here.

Then, of course, there is Code Pink's Medea Benjamin, who said of Paul:
"...compared to the Democratic senators who have, with few exceptions, remained either silent or support of President Obama's killer drones, Rand made a heroic stand. In gratitude, progressives should "Stand with Rand."
In 2010, Benjamin worked with Obama friends Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn - through the Free Gaza Movement - to coordinate the Gaza flotilla that attempted to break the Israeli blockade. This was a pro-Hamas movement as well; Hamas is the Muslim Brotherhood.

There are two traits we've come to associate with left-wing groups. One is that when they want to collectively push a narrative, there's a cross-polination of shared words embedded in that narrative that supposedly independent groups all use. Note that in the examples above, Jones, Uygur, and Benjamin all refer to Paul as being a 'hero'. The second trait is that leftists - especially those in positions of prominence - don't break ranks. When Van Jones outwardly expresses a view that is in support of someone who is in direct opposition to Obama on a particular issue, it's both noteworthy and curious.

Conservatives are always talking about how they can't trust leftists. Now, all of sudden, because the leftists are agreeing with a conservative / libertarian Senator's stand against the Republican establishment, we're to take them at their word? Why isn't it possible that these leftists see an opportunity to further divide the Republican Party?

Remember, one of Saul Alinsky's rules states, in part:
Keep the pressure on. Use different tactics and actions and use all events of the period for your purpose.
This is not meant to say that Paul is wrong and the likes of Senators John McCain (R-AZ) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) are right. In actuality, on balance, Paul is more right than they are.

McCain and Graham are an interestingly bizarre pair. Both have supported - and continue to support - arming Muslim Brotherhood rebels to fight dictators. McCain called such Libyan rebels his 'heroes' while backing NATO's efforts to oust Gadhafi. Both Senators have continued to back support for the Syrian rebels as well.

So, McCain and Graham seek to empower the Muslim Brotherhood abroad but want more latitude to attach them domestically. Conversely, Paul rightfully wants to stop funding the likes of Egypt's Mohammed Morsi and the Syrian rebels while at the same time, he gains the support of Nihad Awad, the head of a Muslim Brotherhood group in America.

In an interview with Fox's Megyn Kelly, Paul said the following about McCain and Graham:
They think the whole world is a battlefield, including America, and that the 'laws' of war should apply. The laws of war don't involve due process.
In reality, the whole world IS A BATTLEFIELD in the eyes of the Muslim Brotherhood, which consists of CAIR, Hamas, and Al Qaeda. The problem for the likes of Paul, McCain, and Graham is that they do not understand that America is also a political battlefield in the eyes of the Muslim Brotherhood groups here.

Again, this goes back to one very simple reality; The United States did not sufficiently identify its enemy after 9/11 (all Muslim Brotherhood groups in America and Saudi Arabia by extension). As a result and as a nation, we are confused about how best to confront that enemy almost twelve years later.

Until then, internecine battles like this one will continue.

Why Rove despises Todd Akin and what he was willing to do to get him out of the race

One of the consequences of Karl Rove's over-the-top comment about the murder of U.S. Senate candidate in Missouri, Todd Akin, has been a closer examination of the entire Akin controversy. What we're learning is that Akin is more of a Tea Party candidate than perhaps most of us knew; his bonafides in that regard may just be the the burr under Rove's saddle. If so, it would also show that Bush's "brain" knows how to hold grudges, has a long memory, and is far less conservative than many realized.

Cliff Kincaid over at USA Survival has some interesting information about Akin's propensity for not yielding to political pressure when casting votes in the House. Kincaid quotes John Putnam, the state coordinator in Missouri for the Tea Party Patriots:
Putnam says the reason the Republican officials wanted him (Akin) out of the race had nothing to do with abortion. Rather, he said, Akin voted as a member of Congress against several Bush Administration big government proposals, has a record of opposing “the party establishment,” and figures to be a Tea Party senator in Washington, D.C. if he wins the Senate race against Democrat Claire McCaskill.

Putnam says he thinks the GOP establishment doesn’t want any more independent voices in the Senate Republican Caucus. “I look at the role of the Tea Party senators who have come along the last couple years. They have shifted the balance away from the more moderate Republican establishment. I have to wonder how afraid they are to elect more of these Tea Party types,” he said.

Akin, who represents Missouri’s 12th District and has been described as an “avid student of the U.S. Constitution,” voted against President Bush’s “No Child Left Behind” bill to expand the federal role in education; against Bush’s extravagant expansion of Medicare through what is called Part D, or prescription drug coverage; and against Bush’s federal bailout of Wall Street after the economic collapse in September 2008.

Akin’s website describes him as “one of just 16 legislators who opposed the series of bailouts which rewarded irresponsible behavior with taxpayer dollars in 2008 and 2009.”
Moreover, it appears that a George Soros-funded Super-PAC is responsible for tracking Akin and starting the whole 'legitimate rape' / abortion flap in the first place. The Republican establishment then jumped on it and apparently decided to use this information to attempt to force Akin out of the race, not because of the abortion issue but because the Missouri congressman doesn't seem to compromise on matters the establishment deems important.
The controversy over Missouri Republican Senate candidate Todd Akin’s abortion comments was started by a George Soros-funded Democratic Party Super-PAC and the “bait” was taken by Republican Party officials who wanted him out of the race for other reasons, says John Putnam, Missouri state coordinator for the national Tea Party Patriots group.

The Super-PAC, American Bridge, was started by former conservative turned liberal and homosexual activist David Brock, who also runs the Soros-funded Media Matters group. American Bridge sends “trackers” to follow conservative and Republican candidates in the hope that the candidate makes some controversial statements that can be distorted or taken out of context and used for partisan political purposes.

In this case, Putnam says, Republicans are the ones who used the material against Akin disseminated by American Bridge. “The first few days after the Democrats put out this distorted [abortion] comment, it was the Republican hierarchy that really acted like sharks in the water, striking this fresh meat,” Putnam said.
Isn't it interesting how...

The establishment tells conservatives not to eat its own, to get behind establishment candidates like Mitt Romney, et. al. when they win the primary? Tea Party candidates are painted as extremists who are more interested in cutting off their noses to spite their faces. Yet, if this report is correct, it will have meant that the Republican Party establishment jumped on information provided by a 'tracker' paid by a Soros-funded Super-PAC to get a conservative Tea Party Senatorial candidate out of the race.

Can anyone see the Tea Party doing such a thing?

In fact, during the same fundraiser at which Rove made those despicable comments about Akin getting 'murdered', he encouraged the Party not to go hard after Obama so Republicans could woo independents. Ironically, Rove has no compunction about going hard after Akin by utilizing information provided by a George Soros-backed Super-PAC. Why is Rove not worried about wooing Tea Party voters?

It's the establishment - not the Tea Party - that is looking increasingly like the entity that prefers the whole loaf over the half loaf while wanting to have its cake and it eat too.

Meanwhile, the conservative media appears to have little interest in going after Rove while having no compunction about going hard after Akin.

Yes, that includes Sean Hannity. More irony is that when someone like Hannity sticks by Rove in instances like this, it reinforces the views of independents who think the talk show host is just a partisan hack. Again, such things drive independents away; they don't move them to the right.

Read it all.

The Vetting: Obama, Radical Islam and the Soros Connection

When it comes to Islam and Marxism, a natural alliance is formed against freedom and justice. Barack Obama has very intimate connections with both and his policies bear this out. Nonetheless, few have explored how intimately these forces work together. Make no mistake; they do.

Cliff Kincaid of America's Survival understands this Marxist / Islamic relationship as well as anyone and his group is putting on what he bills a the Conference of the year at the National Press Club on July 19, 2012.

If you can attend this conference, please do. It is guaranteed to amaze.

Desperation: DOJ Directs reporter to Media Matters story when asked about Fast and Furious

An exchange between a Washington Free Beacon reporter and a DOJ official seems to provide the perfect example for why stonewalling is the preferred course of action for administration officials implicated in operation Fast and Furious. That DOJ official directed that reporter to the George Soros-backed Media Matters.

Via Breitbart:
Katie Dixon, a 'confidential assistant' in the Office of Public Affairs at the Department of Justice, reportedly sent an email to Washington Free Beacon writer C.J. Ciaramella that she had been directed to send him a link to Media Matters for America, which holds weekly "strategy calls" with the White House, in response to an inquiry  regarding the Operation Fast and Furious scandal.
Here is a link to the story Dixon directed Ciaramella to. Again, sending a link to a Media Matters story is a far more damaging than hitting "delete" when the email came in. Media Matters was launched by none other than the Center for American Progress (CAP), a George Soros operation that has been referred to by TIME Magazine and Bloomberg as an entity that sets policy for the Obama administration. CAP is also where former Green Jobs Czar Van Jones went to become a "senior fellow" after stepping down in 2009.

Discover the Networks has much more on Media Matters.

Breitbart also reports that Dixon worked for the DNC and Organizing for America.

To stonewall or not to stonewall.

***UPDATE*** It appears that the question Ciaramella had for Dixon involved reports of a third gun found at the scene of Brian Terry's murder.

Video: Soros Re-Affirms he wants Romney Nomination

A couple of weeks ago, George Soros said there would be no discernible difference between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney as president. It was, no doubt, something Romney didn't need (he's already trying to reinvent himself as a conservative despite his liberal history).

Now Soros is opining that Romney, if elected, will push for a stimulus. This is rather curious because as the most moderate candidate in the Republican field, it's obvious Soros would rather see Romney get the nomination. The perplexing part is Soros' willingness to show his hand.

Nonetheless, even if they agree with Soros, Team Romney has got to be rolling its eyes when stuff like this comes out in a primary season that requires their candidate to move as far to the right as he possibly can.

Video: Van Jones wants OWS to Take it up a Notch

Former Obama green jobs czar Van Jones appears to have a bad case of Tea Party envy and is doubling down on the OWS movement in order to satiate it. The elephant in the room is the violent nature of OWS and the longer the sycophantic media plays along - CNN's Suzanne Malveaux plays the part perfectly in this interview - the more they will be tied to it.

Jones would like everyone to believe that the OWS protests, which started in early October, were a huge success. The reality is they've been an unmitigated disaster in terms of turnout, public relations, crime, and effectiveness. Jones is now referring to what America has had to endure over the last two months as 'phase 1' instead of '1 big phailure.' Again, it's important to point out what Jones said on September 29th with Lawrence O'Donnell at MSNBC:
"...I think everybody should hold on to your seats. October is going to be the turning point when it comes to the progressive fight back. You can see it coming."
Now that mayors all across the country seem to be simultaneously shutting down the protests halfway through November, Jones is faced with the prospect of admitting defeat or doubling down. He's obviously choosing to go 'all in.' Take note also that he continues to compare OWS to the Tea Party. The truth is that the former doesn't come close to measuring up to the latter. The contrast between the two movements is out there for all to see and what Jones is advocating here could only further unmask OWS for what it truly is.

Keep in mind that Jones gets much of his marching orders from the Center for American Progress (CAP), a George Soros outfit. If George Soros endorses this, so does Barack Obama. If Barack Obama endorses it - which he has made clear that he does - Saul Alinsky's tactics are being applied. In this particular case, Rule #7 is at work:
Rule 7: A tactic that drags on for too long becomes a drag. Commitment may become ritualistic as people turn to other issues.
I think it's safe to say that 'Phase 1' has become a bit of a drag and people are turning to other issues. This is an attempt by Soros-Obama-Jones to make sure those other issues contribute to the cause.

The smell of desperation is in the air.

CITIZEN SOROS: CONTROLLING THE MESSAGE

After reading Matthew Vadum's in-depth analysis of how the George Soros machine operates, it becomes quite easy to see why his propaganda arm - Media Matters - doesn't argue with facts to make its point; they don't have any to back up their claims. Instead, they remain constantly on offense and use any means to do so. Lies, smears, character assassinations, and anything else you can think of in order to distract people from the truth.

Case in point was when Media Matters senior fellow Eric Boehlert blamed Glenn Beck for causing a man to snap before attempting to storm the George Soros backed Tides Foundation. Yet, when Clay Duke shot up a Florida School Board meeting before taking his own life, had listed Media Matters as one of his favorite websites, Boehlert lost the argument using his own logic. The difference is that Beck wouldn't have blamed Duke's rampage on Media Matters had that happened first. In fact, Beck has gone out of his way to pin the actions of crazy nuts on the nuts themselves.

Via World Net Daily:
Vadum's report documents how for a long time Soros' has been buying up media properties and funding "left-leaning" websites and groups, many of which try to keep their ties hidden.

Vadum cited Paul Steiger of Pro Publica, who told Investor's Business Daily in 2009, "An unmitigated canard … one that has a goofy way of creeping into discourse from a variety of people who dislike something we have written – is that George Soros, the global billionaire, is behind our coverage. Soros has never given us a penny."

However, Vadum's report noted that Pro Publica's website acknowledged that Soros' Open Society Foundation is a donor.

The report also documents the extensive connections between Soros at the "fake media watchdog, Media Matters for America," to which Soros recently donated $1 million.

Media Matters has a reputation, the report said, of having writers who "assiduously monitor Rush Limbaugh's broadcasts, seethe over Andrew Breitbart's latest expose, turn purple over Bill O'Reilly's latest on-air editorial."
The Report is available before its official release via Capital Research Center.

GEORGE SOROS: FOX & GLENN BECK COULD CAUSE A DICTATORSHIP

If there is one thing the left is good at, it's lying. If there's another, it's the use of projection - a psychological term that describes the act of ascribing to others traits, characteristics, or behaviors that the accuser actually possesses or engages in. This week, George Soros masterfully did just that when he said that Fox News, Glenn Beck, and the Tea Party are taking the United States down a road that will lead to a 'dictatorial democracy.'

Via Forbes:
Billionaire investor and philanthropist George Soros warned tonight in New York that the combination of Fox News, Glenn Beck, The Tea Party, and the ability of Americans to fantasize unrealistically about their political system might lead “this open society to be on the verge of some dictatorial democracy.”

Soros mentioned George Orwell’s novel, “1984″ as a possible precedent for the kind of fantasies being promulgated in our culture today. Orwell’s “1984″ satirized the Communist system of absolute control over society and politics that prevailed in the Soviet Union until 1990.

Soros was speaking extemporaneously in conversation with CNN newsman Fareed Zakaria at a International Crisis Center dinner that honored him at the Pierre Hotel.

Former President Bill Clinton, Lord Christopher Patten, Chancellor of Oxford University, hedge fund multibillionaire Paul Tudor Jones, all spoke eloquently about Soros contribution to global order.
Did you catch that part about Bill Clinton applauding Soros for his work toward global order? Aside from the fact that someone like that was actually elected president to two terms, doesn't it blow Soros' argument about Fox, Beck, and the Tea Party out of the water? Didn't Clinton give Soros kudos for being an advocate for the kind of state control that George Orwell warned about? Isn't that the same system that Soros referenced when demonizing his opponents? Conversely, those opponents reject the notion completely.

Considering that George Soros is the one who wants this reality more than anyone, what does it say about him that he accuses his opponents of wanting it?

It's called self-loathing, George.

h/t Weasel Zippers

Further into the Forbes piece written by Robert Lenzner, the author actually piled on to the attack by Soros on Glenn Beck specifically. Lenzner wrote:
Soros also characterized Fox newscaster Glenn Beck, who has been falsely vilifying Soros publicly, as a throwback to the wild and crazy radical elements that never before were given such a public pedestal to foment their hate.

Beck has been trying to stir up public hatred of Soros, suggesting that the investment genius and significant philanthropist was maliciously trying to take over the U.S. for his own purposes.
I had to read that twice myself to make sure he wasn't identifying those charges as having been levied by Soros. Nope, Lenzner made those accusations all by himself.

Beck responded to the Forbes piece on his television show:

LOOK WHO ACCOMPANIED OBAMA TO INDIA

The president and CEO of OSI Systems is a man named Deepak Chopra and he accompanied Barack Obama on his recent trip to India. Chopra's company also owns the company known as Rapiscan Systems. Rapiscan is the manufacturer of all those body scanners that are being installed in airports and causing such a ruckus with travelers. We recently learned that George Soros and Michael Chertoff both had a stake in Rapiscan's success.

Not THIS Deepak Chopra. Via Public Intelligence:
HAWTHORNE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSIS), a vertically-integrated provider of specialized electronic products for critical applications in the Security and Healthcare industries, today announced that Deepak Chopra, Chairman and CEO, was selected to accompany US President, Barack Obama, to Mumbai and attended the US India Business Entrepreneurship meeting, which was held by the US India Business Council (US IBC). The goal of the meeting was to promote further trade between US and India.

Deepak Chopra, OSI Systems President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “I am honored to be selected to play a role in this very important cause. Currently the trade between US and India is only one tenth of the amount of trade between US and China. There is substantial opportunity to improve the trade relations with India for mutual economic gain.”
Go HERE for more on Chertoff's role in the proliferation of the body scanners.

The Washington Examiner has more on George Soros' investment in Rapiscan. As Rush Limbaugh pointed out yesterday, the likely thinking of the body scanner proponents was that people would prefer to be subjected to them instead of the increasingly intrusive pat-downs. However, that doesn't seem to be happening and is causing quite the headache for the Obama administration.

SOROS KICKING HIMSELF FOR NOT SUPPORTING HILLARY IN 2008?

Before Barack Obama burst on the scene at the 2004 Democratic National Convention, George Soros was almost certainly going to put all of his support behind Hillary in 2008. Then, in early 2007, Soros backed Obama instead and was instrumental in helping Obama get the nomination and ultimately the presidency. It now appears that the man who likes to play God is falling a bit short in the Omnipotent department and is recommending that progressives distance themselves from Obama.

Via the Huffington Post:
WASHINGTON -- At a private meeting on Tuesday afternoon, George Soros, a longtime supporter of progressive causes, voiced blunt criticism of the Obama administration, going so far as to suggest that Democratic donors direct their support somewhere other than the president.

The Hungarian-American financier was speaking to a small side gathering of donors who had convened in Washington D.C. for the annual gathering of the Democracy Alliance -- a formal community of well-funded, progressive-minded individuals and activists.

According to multiple sources with knowledge of his remarks, Soros told those in attendance that he is "used to fighting losing battles but doesn't like to lose without fighting."

"We have just lost this election, we need to draw a line," he said, according to several Democratic sources. "And if this president can't do what we need, it is time to start looking somewhere else."
Though a spokesman for Soros didn't deny the quotes, he DID deny that Soros is advocating a primary run against Obama but how anyone can deny that's what he's talking about is laughable.

When Hillary finally decides to throw her hat in the ring for 2012 - at this point, it's a matter of 'when,' not 'if' - look for Soros to change horses soon thereafter and support Hillary who is likely, right now telling Uncle George, 'I told you so.'

BECK AT HIS BEST: EXPOSING GEORGE SOROS

I don't always agree with Glenn Beck and think he's gotten away from his strength on occasion. That strength is peeling back the veneer of the left. Van Jones, Anita Dunn, etc. The latest series on George Soros is right in Beck's wheelhouse and he's hitting home run after home run.

As proof of that, take note of the times Beck makes reference to a threat he received from one of Soros' people - Beck explained that threat during part 1 of the series (second video below). Here is Beck explaining Soros' five-step plan to destroy America.

Here is Beck explaining how the "threat" from Soros was delivered. He explained this at the end of Part 1 in the series.

LEFTWING LOGIC: PROGRESSIVES WON THE ELECTION

Talk about twisted logic. This lowers the bar when it comes to spin. It also goes to show why the left should never be trusted or compromised with. They will never stop going on offense but staying on offense after the repudiation that took place on November 2nd is literally delusional. Remember, though, Barack Obama said the results of this election were not about his policies; they were about his inability to communicate how great they are.

We now have further indication that Obama is absolutely NOT going to move to the center; if anything, he is going to continue moving left. A George Soros funded group is actually claiming that it was progressives who won the election because so few of them got defeated. As a consequence of that, Soros' Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) is basically calling this a mandate for Obama to use as many Executive Orders as he needs to in order to further the progressive agenda.

No, really. Via Aaron Klein at WND:
NEW YORK – It was progressives who won the mid-term elections, particularly incumbents in a socialist-founded congressional caucus that emerged from last week's ballots virtually unscathed, boasted an article published by the George Soros-funded Institute for Policy Studies, a Marxist-oriented think-tank in Washington, D.C.

The article recommends that President Obama govern from executive order to push through a progressive agenda.

"Progressives won in the 2010 mid-term elections," wrote Karen Dolan, a fellow at the Institute for Policy Studies, or IPS, and director of the Cities for Progress and Cities for Peace projects based at the radical organization.

"The Congressional Progressive Caucus, the largest caucus in the House Democratic Caucus at over 80 members, emerged virtually unscathed, losing only three members," she wrote, in the piece published on the IPS website.

"By contrast, the conservative Blue Dog Democratic caucus was more than sliced in half from 54 members to only 26. Further, of the 34 conservative Dems who voted against Obama's Healthcare Reform, a mere 12 won re-election," she wrote.
This is actually something that the newly elected Republicans can benefit from. The leftwing playbook has just been dropped into their lap. This administration gets its marching orders from Soros-funded groups. Here is what this should tell Republicans:

1.) 'Reaching across the aisle' should be off the table. Any attempt to do so will only help further the progressive agenda.
2.) Congress needs to watch very closely, any attempts made by this White House to go around it with Executive Orders.
3.) The fact that so many progressives won the election should be a cue to state legislatures - which Republicans won big on November 2nd - that re-districting should be a major priority. Corrupt incumbents like Charlie Rangel, Maxine Waters, Barney Frank, and many others won by wide margins. The reason why is not because of any 'progressive ascendancy' espoused by the whack jobs over at IPS but because of gerrymandering.

Read it all.

VIDEO: VAN JONES PLAYS TEA PARTY FEAR CARD

Isn't it amazing how this guy supposedly resigned from the Obama administration because he didn't want to be a distraction? Yet, he's back with the Center for American Progress (CAP), a George Soros funded / John Podesta led entity that is constantly feeding policy items and rhetoric to the Obama administration. Now, Van Jones is publicly defending the Obama administration by attempting to instill fear of the Tea Party into the minds of the Obamautomatons.

I think it's safe to say that the Tea Party movement has put the Obama administration - along with its apparatchiks - on defense. The good news? The Tea Party is in their head.

SOROS GROUPS TEAMING UP WITH NAACP, TARGET TEA PARTIES

Just when you thought the race card was maxed out, the NAACP and George Soros-sponsored groups are teaming up to double down. I'd say the good news at this point is that the last refuge of scoundrels - the race card - is wearing thinner by the day and if these folks think that teaming up might somehow bolster their effectiveness, color me skeptical. This really is nothing more than a new take on a tactic tried several months ago when the 'Crash the Party' website was launched to encourage people on the left to infiltrate tea parties, while posing as racists.

This effort is just more coordinated and better funded. The new Tea Party Tracker website has been launched and the leftwing lemmings are being encouraged to record videos of Tea Party racism and send them in. Knowing these whackos, two lefties could go to a tea party with one filming the other spewing racial epithets. Seriously, that's what these people do. It sounds outlandish but it's really what they do.

Via Fox News:
A new website sponsored by the NAACP and left-leaning media operations is seeking videographers and bloggers who will search out "racism" and "extremism" among Tea Partiers.

Teapartytracker.org will feature tweets, interviews with people at rallies, blog entries and a picture of a t-shirt they say someone spotted at a rally that reads "Blacks own slaves in Mauitania, Sudan, Niger & Haiti."

The site, sponsored by the NAACP, Think Progress, New Left Media and Media Matters for America, will monitor "racism and other forms of extremism within the Tea Party movement. We call on the Tea Party to repudiate extremists among their ranks and join in civil dialogue with all Americans."
As for the comment about blacks owning slaves in the Sudan, it's factually accurate but not germane to the debate. That doesn't make it racist, just irrelevant. If that's the best Soros and the NAACP can do, bring it on.

The continued pushing of the lie that Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) was spat on is a tactic of socialism. It's also another claim these folks continue to make. Oh, by the way, Emanuel Cleaver is one of the 70 congressmen who is registered with the Socialist Caucus.

HEADSCRATCHER: PEOPLE DROP OBAMA FOR HILLARY

If you're a disenchanted Obama supporter whose decided to change course and throw your support behind Hillary, all you've done is pick the female version of what's ailing you now. It's like punching yourself in the mouth to take your mind off the pain from the toothache on the other side.

Nonetheless, that's what many people are doing according to the LA Times blog:
Do you think then maybe by a year from now some Democratic Party bigwigs and money people might be whispering to each other that this arrogant Illinois guy is pulling a Jimmy Carter, constructing a disastrous....

...single term that teed up 12 straight years of Republican White House rule?

Well, it turns out, there is another Democrat -- another former senator, in fact -- hanging around now free of political tussles with an enhanced resume burnished on the world stage, thanks to Obama himself.
Of course the person being referenced as someone who understands how to implement socialist, big government policies better than Obama himself is Hillary Clinton. You know, the one who couldn't get government run health care passed. Conservatives often shake their heads at proponents of socialism because throughout history, it's an experiment that has failed time and time and time and time again. Welcome to the quintessential case study into that phenomenon - changing your support from Barack Obama and placing it behind Hillary Clinton.

Barack cut his political teeth in Chicago and became a student of Saul Alinsky, using the latter's radical tactics as a Community Organizer and now implementing them from the White House. Hillary Clinton was born in Chicago and deeply admired Alinsky as well. Unlike the younger Obama, Hillary was able to interview Alinsky - doing so for her senior thesis in 1969 at Wellesley College:
In 1969 she wrote her 92-page senior thesis on the theories of radical Chicago organizer Saul Alinsky, author of Rules for Radicals (1971) and Reveille for Radicals (1947). A great admirer of Alinsky's ruthless activist tactics, Hillary personally interviewed the famed author for her project. She concluded her thesis by stating: "Alinsky is regarded by many as the proponent of a dangerous socio/political philosophy. As such, he has been feared -- just as Eugene Debs [the five-time Socialist Party candidate for U.S. President] or Walt Whitman or Martin Luther King has been feared, because each embraced the most radical of political faiths -- democracy."
Even then, the far left Hillary Clinton helped to get the ball rolling with respect to distorting Martin Luther King's legacy, which should have included the fact that he was a Republican. However, the left co-opted that legacy and exploited it to their own big government ends.

But I digress... Hillary also revered groups tied to Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), once home to Bill Ayers and the founder of ACORN:
Rodham was deeply influenced by a 1966 article titled "Change or Containment" that appeared in Motive, a magazine for college-age Methodists. Authored by the Marxist/Maoist theoretician Carl Oglesby, who was a leader of the radical Students for a Democratic Society, this piece defended Ho Chi Minh, Fidel Castro, and Maoist tactics of violence.
Let's not forget too how Obama responded in a debate with Hillary when the latter challenged him on his relationship with Bill Ayers - by pointing to Hillary's husband Bill pardoning two of the Weather Underground's members.

Recently, George Soros - the man who threw his entire support behind Obama, said he's not satisfied with his choice. Prior to Obama bursting on the national scene in 2004 and announcing his run for president in early 2007, it was widely believed that Hillary was destined to be receiving all that support Soros ultimately gave to Obama. One can't help but wonder of Soros is second-guessing himself as well.

OBAMA SEES HIMSELF AS GOD'S EQUAL?

Rest easy all of you paranoids! Barack Obama doesn't think he's God. He just thinks he's God's equal when it comes to deciding matters of life and death according to some Rabbis that were on a conference call with him.

The POLITICO reports that Obama said the following on a conference call with Rabbis:
"We are God's partners in matters of life and death."
So how does that square with your stance on abortion, Mr. Obama? If you and God are equals, does that mean determining when life begins is above His paygrade too?

Obama's ideological hero Saul Alinsky, dedicated the Community Organizing handbook, "Rules for Radicals" to Lucifer. Alinsky was an atheist and maintained the endorsement was a sarcastic joke and not a personal statement. My advice to Obama would be to look at what kinds of things Lucifer said and did that got him into trouble. George Soros, the man behind Obama has also decided to dive in to the realm of mocking God, calling it a joke as well.

Check out this TIMES ONLINE interview of Soros conducted by Andrew Billen in 2004. Here is Soros clarifying any perceived "God complex" he may have:
First of all, I said I had messianic fantasies. I do. I think we all do. Some get further than others with them but I think a lot of people would like to do good for humanity and it has been my privilege actually to do it.”

He pauses. “I mean this more as a joke than a statement but I used to say that I must not go to Russia very often because, being a god, I must remain invisible.” He is thinking of a period of hyper-inflation in the former Soviet Union during which he sent 35,000 scientists $500 each. “I mean, it is like a gift from God. In that sense I was playing God, but it can be taken out of context. People might say this man is a megalomaniac.”
No god complex would be complete without putting your pseudo-son in a position of power. Enter Barack Obama, who seems to read teleprompters like they contained scriptures. Soros appears to have extended his god complex to include his version of a messiah. He and Barack certainly don't do much to dissuade the perception.

This is all just so sick.

People on the left will excuse away what Obama said but make no mistake, that short sentence says a lot about Obama's arrogance, which is out of this world.
