An unbelievably ridiculous narrative is being pushed that U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice is being targeted by old white guys because she is black and female. Forget the fact that she gave the American people false information five times on September 16th. That's not relevant. The Morning Joe panel is the latest place where you can find this egregious argument.
Via NewsBusters:
At the November 14th press conference, Barack Obama reacted strongly to a question about Senators Lindsey Graham and John McCain going after U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice for her demonstrably false talking points on five September 16th talk shows. In response, Barack Obama urged the Senators to go after him instead of Rice while saying she had nothing to do with Benghazi (the logical follow-up question to that wasn't asked) and that the White House sent her onto those talk shows.
Frankly, McCain and Graham should take Obama up on this offer for a few reasons. First, according to CBS, these CIA talking points were altered prior not just to Susan Rice uttering them on September 16th but before Jay Carney seemed to make the same case on September 14th, that the Benghazi attack was a result of the anti-Muhammad video. Second, as the official mouthpiece for Obama, going after Carney would equate to doing exactly what Obama suggested those two old, white, male Senators should do - go after Obama. Third, by going after Carney instead of Rice, Graham and McCain cannot be accused of attacking him over his race or his sex; he's as white and male as they are.
Then again, perhaps Rice was traipsed out to all of those shows for a moment such as this - the race and gender cards. Her making demonstrably false statements is irrelevant, apparently.
Here, you are urged and encouraged to run your mouths about something important.

20 Year-old Video: Al Sharpton on Manipulating the Media for his advantage
This man is an utter disgrace. Here is video of Al Sharpton from twenty years ago, explaining exactly how he is able to manipulate the media in race cases. By the way, that would be the same media that is now - thanks to this video being available for every member of the liberal media to view - willfully complicit in the furtherance of Sharpton's tactics from this point forward.

Occupy Oakland is back for 'Spring Offensive,' using Trayvon Martin killing as fuel
We knew this was coming. The Occupy movement miscreants - who cried uncle in the face of disease, rapes, murders, assaults, arson, mountains of human waste, and the bitter winter cold - have climbed back out of their holes (made warm by someone else's hard work). Perhaps the city with the worst reputation when it comes to the OWS movement (worst of the worst) is Oakland, which is coincidentally, where Van Jones is from.
As added incentive, Occupy Oakland is using the Trayvon Martin killing as fuel for its crime spree, masked as a righteous encampment.

As added incentive, Occupy Oakland is using the Trayvon Martin killing as fuel for its crime spree, masked as a righteous encampment.
Via Police One:
OAKLAND, Calif. — Occupy Oakland activists have set up a new encampment in a park north of downtown, calling it a response to the recent arrests of protesters in New York and the shooting death of an unarmed Florida teenager. The description of Zimmerman as a "white man" is a bit misleading. He is actually a Latino. Say, are these OWS movements made up of any Hispanics? If so, and Zimmerman is exonerated (this is a possibility, at least based on one witness account), will those Hispanics continue to side with the movement?
About a dozen people in six tents spent Wednesday night in Mosswood Park at Broadway and West MacArthur Boulevard. They were still there Thursday.
Police visited the group around 9 a.m. but did not ask them to leave, according to protesters.
"This is the start of the spring offensive," said Melvin Kelley, a member of the group's Tactical Action Committee. "This is our new encampment until May 1, when we retake" Frank Ogawa Plaza, which the group occupied last year.
Kelley said the activists had pitched tents to show support for Occupy Wall Street protesters who were arrested in New York's Zuccotti Park last week while commemorating the six-month anniversary of the movement.
They are also protesting the killing of Trayvon Martin, a 17-year-old African American who was shot to death by a white man in a gated community near Orlando, Fla., on Feb. 26. The man, George Zimmerman, says he was defending himself against the unarmed teen and has not been arrested.

Spike Lee wants a Lynching; tweets George Zimmerman's address
The racially-focused Spike Lee has decided to play a hand in any possible effort to lynch George Zimmerman by re-tweeting the address of the man accused of killing Trayvon Martin. Despite the fact that a new witness to the incident has come forward to provide contradictory evidence to the narrative accepted by the likes of Lee and the New Black Panther Party (NBPP), the film director could end up with blood on his hands if a race riot results from the misuse of his celebrity.
h/t Weasel Zippers and Breitbart for the twitchy string.
h/t Weasel Zippers and Breitbart for the twitchy string.
Here is video of Mikhail Muhammad of the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) in what looks like Zimmerman's neighborhood, on Saturday, March 24th. Note that he is offering a reward for Zimmerman's capture and threatens to do what the police will not.
We all know this is political. To deny that is to exhibit a degree of naivete that is pre-pubescent. One of the things the Democrats are overlooking here is that while George Zimmerman has a caucasian's last name, he is hispanic. If the account of the witness mentioned above proves to be correct or if harm comes to Zimmerman as a result of all this, a certain ethnic group the Democrats are trying to win over could turn on them in a hurry.
One other thing to note in this video. Muhammad accuses whites of killing black children. Uh, Muhammad, would you mind qualifying that by saying it's white Democrats who do that? They're the ones who support Planned Parenthood, which slaughters millions of black babies. Yet, you're siding with Democrats like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson?! No wonder these people are so unhinged. The level of cognitive dissonance inside their skulls is too much for any human being to handle without spouting off like this.

Audio: Geraldo says Newt a Racist for saying the word, 'Juan'
If race baiter = racist, Geraldo Rivera is now a premium club member. On his radio show, Geraldo actually said that the way in which Gingrich addressed Juan Williams at the Fox News debate last week was a 'racial epithet.' Forget the fact that Williams was implying that Newt was racist (race card). Apparently, that was no problem. Forget the fact that the crowd collectively rejected Williams race-baiting attempt. This was all about painting Newt as the racist because of the way he said, 'Juan.'
Listen to the whole thing because Geraldo actually says that Jimmy Carter was 'very underrated.'
The liberal media is continuing to double down with Newt like it did with Sarah Palin but they don't seem to realize that every time they do, Newt gives better than he gets.

Video: Juan Williams Plays Race Card with Newt, gets Smacked Down
Possibly the best part of the debate. Juan Williams attempts to subtly intimidate Newt Gingrich by implying that the former Speaker made racist comments. Instead of relenting and re-phrasing his argument, Gingrich made Williams look foolish. Then, Juan attempted to push the issue after being thoroughly embarrassed. It didn't work. Newt hit him again.

Is Holder Using Voter ID to Race Bait?
Interesting theory put forth by Jeffrey Kuhner at the Washington Times. Holder is going after states that have passed voter ID laws. In particular, South Carolina has passed one that says before you can vote, you must present one of five specific forms of ID. Holder is likening this to Jim Crow and says its discriminatory because more minorities are without ID than are whites.
Reading Kuhner, you can't help but conclude Holder doesn't believe this at all. He's just using the argument to gin up anger amongst the minorities to motivate them to vote:
The WSJ explains how Holder's attack in South Carolina may actually backfire.
Reading Kuhner, you can't help but conclude Holder doesn't believe this at all. He's just using the argument to gin up anger amongst the minorities to motivate them to vote:
Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. claims Jim Crow is returning. In a recent speech, Mr. Holder said that attempts by states to pass voter identification laws will disenfranchise minorities, rolling back the clock to the evil days of segregation. He said that a growing number of minorities fear that “the same disparities, divisions and problems” now afflict America as they did in 1965 prior to the Voting Rights Act. According to the Obama administration, our democracy is being threatened by racist Republicans. Hence, the Justice Department must prevent laws requiring a photo ID to vote from being enacted.Read it all.
Mr. Holder argues that voter ID laws disproportionately discriminate against poor blacks and Hispanics - citizens who cannot afford to acquire a driver’s license, passport or other form of photo identification. The latest victim is South Carolina; its voter ID law has been blocked by the Justice Department. Liberal Democrats - taking their cue from the White House - are portraying the national movement for election reform as an authoritarian assault upon civil liberties. The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People has even petitioned the United Nations, asking it to declare states’ voter ID laws human rights abuses. For the radical left, America has become Vladimir Putin’s Russia.
This would be comical if the consequences were not so serious. South Carolina’s legislation provides for free ID cards to be given to anyone who needs it. Not one person - white, black or brown - is discriminated against or discouraged from casting a vote at the ballot box. Moreover, the Supreme Court already has ruled on the issue - upholding state voter ID laws. In the 2008 Crawford v. Marion County Election Board decision, the high court held that an Indiana law mandating photo identification at the voting booth was indeed constitutional. If it is good enough for the Supreme Court and the overwhelming majority of the states, then it should be for Mr. Holder as well.
It isn’t. And the reason is simple: The administration is trying to whip up minority frenzy, propagating the myth of widespread ballot suppression. The goal is to foster a sense of racial persecution of blacks, intending to maximize voter turnout in November. The results, however, will be to poison race relations further. Mr. Holder is cynically playing the race card in order to achieve President Obama’s overriding ambition: re-election.

Ron Paul Catching the Wrath of Sheila Jackson Lee
One of the members of the racist group known as the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) is going after Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) over the racist comments that appeared in the latter's newsletters.
Via the Houston Chronicle:
The comment from Paul about Jordan, if she was anything like Lee, is probably not that far off, especially when it comes to her intellect.
Lee, a vice-chair for the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) caucus, once asked if the Mars rover would be able to get some video of the flag Neil Armstrong planted.
Frankly, if Paul wants to see an increase in support, he should probably stand behind the portion of the newsletter that Lee objects to. His problems are likely to come from the likes of David Duke and Donald Black, the founder of STORMFRONT and former American Nazi Party member. They have both expressed support for Paul, in part, based on the content in those newsletters.
As a Republican, Paul could benefit from some raised dander on any member of the CBC but his alleged anti-Israel views coupled with a David Duke endorsement (Duke has said he will vote for Paul but has not officially endorsed him), won't do him any favors.

One of the newsletter articles described Rep. Barbara Jordan, a Houston Democrat revered in the civil rights community, as “the archetypal half-educated victimologist, yet her race and sex protect her from criticism.”Moments like these lend themselves to Alien vs. Predator comparisons, where both sides are bad and you just want to see each go after the other.
The story was covered extensively by the Houston Chronicle and the San Antonio Express-News in 1996, when Paul sought to reclaim a seat in Congress, and 2007, when Paul was running for the Republican presidential nomination. But the newsletters did not receive significant media attention until last week, when the Texas congressman took the lead in the Iowa presidential caucuses.
Today, the woman who represents the Houston congressional district long represented by Jordan demanded an apology.
“Ron Paul cannot continue to pursue the position of the presidency of the United States of America without formally apologizing and discussing his true positions regarding these newsletter writings,” Jackson Lee said in a statement.

Video: Krauthammer calls Eric Holder 'Cowardly' and 'Incompetent,' then says 'Merry Christmas'
Here is Charles Krauthammer at his best, slamming Attorney General for being 'incompetent' and 'cowardly' relative to how the latter has handled a myriad of fiascos. Holder's use of the race card seems to be particularly troubling to Krauthammer, as it should be.
In light of all the political hot water Holder is in, his decision to whip out the race card last week may just be indicative of how unaware he is about the temperature of that water.

Congressman Throws Race Card right back in Holder's Face
Last week, Attorney General Eric Holder told the New York Times that his critics targeted both he and Obama, at least in part, because they were both black. Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) has thrown this charge right back in the face of Eric Holder by pointing to all of the Mexicans who have died as a direct result of Fast and Furious, a program that may have been implemented to create the appetite for more gun control.
Via Daily Caller:
The impasse that exists between Democrats and Republicans on this Fast and Furious scandal - save for Senator Joe Lieberman's (I-CT) recent announcement that his Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee will be looking into communication breakdowns between agencies - has been virtually impenetrable. One way for Republicans to get around it would be for someone like Gosar to put pressure on the CHC. In fact, this could be a huge campaign issue. If hispanics in the districts of these CHC members knew the truth, that pressure could come from constituents. We'll know that's happening when the first CHC member calls for Holder's resignation. When and if that does happen, it could signal the end for Holder.
I'm betting that CHC member Pedro Pierluisi (D-PR) will NOT be the first CHC member to call for Holder to resign. At the December 8th House Judiciary Committee Hearing, Pierluisi (D-PR) was by far and away, the most sycophantic with Holder. It was so bad, Holder looked mildly uncomfortable.
More here.
Via Daily Caller:
Arizona Republican Rep. Paul Gosar told The Daily Caller that Attorney General Eric Holder’s race-card play to attack his critics is “absolutely horrendous.” But Gosar said he thinks race may have played a role in the Department of Justice’s execution of Operation Fast and Furious — but in a different way from how Holder is framing it.I made this exact point a couple of weeks ago and also pointed to the fact that not ONE member of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC), which is made up completely of Democrats, is calling for Holder's resignation. This should prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that when it comes to Democrats, ideology trumps race and groups like the CHC and the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) aren't interested in defending any race. They're interested only in exploiting the race issue for their own gain.
“He [Holder] brought up the race card, and while I think it’s absolutely horrendous that he would bring up the race card, in Fast and Furious, we were in fact impugning the Mexican people,” Gosar said in a phone interview. “About 300 people have lost their lives.”
“When the attorney general brings up the race card, he’d better be very, very careful — particularly for the Hispanics and what’s happened to them,” Gosar adds. “He’s been very insensitive, not only to the [U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian] Terry family in making an apology and making it very public, but where’s the apology to the Mexican government and the families of the victims in Mexico?”

Attorney General Eric Holder Plays the Race Card
The man who boasts that he's not the tall Attorney General but the black Attorney General has apparently taken the stance that he has become a lightning rod because he's black. As the way Holder's Justice Department handled the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) voting case illustrates, many of the problems people have with Holder are rooted in race but not because of his but because of an alleged racial bias on the part of his department.
Via New York Times:
As we're learning, the eggs appear to have been innocent Mexican citizens and the omelette was gun control.
If that is indeed proven, the statement made by Holder that he and Obama are both disliked because they are "African-American" will let you eat the hypocrisy with a knife and fork.
Read it all.
Via New York Times:
For nearly three years, Republicans have attacked Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. on national security and civil rights issues. For months, they have criticized him over a gun-trafficking investigation gone awry, with dozens of leaders calling for his resignation. Last week, more than 75 members of Congress co-sponsored a House resolution expressing “no confidence” in his leadership.
The intensifying heat on Mr. Holder comes as the Justice Department is stepping into some of the most politically divisive social issues of the day, including accusing an Arizona sheriff known for his crackdowns on illegal immigrants of racial profiling, scrutinizing new restrictions on voting in search of signs that they could lower turnout among minorities and telling judges that a law banning federal recognition of same-sex marriages is unconstitutional.
As Mr. Holder’s third year as attorney general draws to a close, no member of President Obama’s cabinet has drawn more partisan criticism. In an interview last week, Mr. Holder said he had no intention of resigning before the administration’s term was up, although he said he had made no decision about whether he would continue after 2012 should the president win re-election.
“I think that what I’m doing is right,” Mr. Holder said. “And election-year politics, which intensifies everything, is not going to drive me off that course.”
With F.B.I. agents standing guard outside his hotel room on Tuesday, Mr. Holder spoke hours before delivering a speech at the Lyndon B. Johnson presidential library here that criticized the largely Republican-led efforts to put new restrictions on voting in the name of fighting fraud. At that moment, protesters were rallying outside the library, some in support of stricter voter identification laws and others holding signs urging Mr. Holder to resign over the disputed gun-trafficking investigation, known as Operation Fast and Furious. Several dozen jeered when his motorcade arrived.
In the interview, Mr. Holder offered a glimpse of how he viewed the criticism. He said he thought some critics — like Senator Lindsey Graham, a South Carolina Republican who favors allowing the military to handle terrorism suspects over the criminal justice system — are expressing “good faith” arguments about their policy disagreements.
But Mr. Holder contended that many of his other critics — not only elected Republicans but also a broader universe of conservative commentators and bloggers — were instead playing “Washington gotcha” games, portraying them as frequently “conflating things, conveniently leaving some stuff out, construing things to make it seem not quite what it was” to paint him and other department figures in the worst possible light.
Of that group of critics, Mr. Holder said he believed that a few — the “more extreme segment” — were motivated by animus against Mr. Obama and that he served as a stand-in for him. “This is a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him,” he said, “both due to the nature of our relationship and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.”Meanwhile, the ATF, an agency under Holder's purview, engaged in a gun-walking program it knew would result in the deaths of hundreds of Mexicans so - as ATF supervisor David Voth said - someone could 'make an omelette' by 'scrambl(ing) some eggs.'
As we're learning, the eggs appear to have been innocent Mexican citizens and the omelette was gun control.
If that is indeed proven, the statement made by Holder that he and Obama are both disliked because they are "African-American" will let you eat the hypocrisy with a knife and fork.

Video: Sign Showing Obama in Diaper Brings Libs out of Woodwork
If you put up a sign in your yard that showed a picture of Barack Obama in a diaper with words that said, 'change me, I stink,' it could just be the perfect bait to attract liberals. That's exactly what happened in Louisiana when a man put up such a sign. He even got a paid a visit by Mayor Ray Nagin, who didn't get very far. Perhaps more disturbing was reaction of a City Council member, who perfectly enunciated what the left believes. Susan Guidry admitted that she would use whatever law she could to have the sign removed. Ah, the left. When you disagree with them, they'll attempt to use whatever they can to shut you down.
Via WWLTV:
Personally, I love how these folks make the leap that a photo of a man in a diaper is racist. Only in the liberal mind....

Via WWLTV:
The signs have created such a firestorm of controversy, though, that police came to the scene-- called in by City Council Member Susan Guidry. She represents the district where the home is located. Guidry said she was concerned about public safety and was trying to figure out if the sign was even legal. She also said she spoke to Reily, but didn't get far.I smell a cheese and mousetrap metaphor.
"We have to determine that there is a zoning law that prohibits perhaps the size of the sign, perhaps the way that it's erected, that it is leaning over onto public property," Guidry said. "Whatever we can use, we will, but of course, we do have to balance that with First Amendment rights."
Yet, the signs remain in place, fanning the flames of a free speech debate on both sides of the fence.
Personally, I love how these folks make the leap that a photo of a man in a diaper is racist. Only in the liberal mind....

Video: Rep. Joe Walsh (R-IL) Strikes Again, Tells MSNBC Host they didn't Vet Obama
The apparent reason for this interview between MSNBC's Martin Bashir and Rep. Joe Walsh stemmed from Walsh's announcement that he would be skipping Obama's Joint Session of Congress speech next week. That's all you need to know, right? Given that premise, Bashir obviously wanted to paint Walsh as a racist. He tried but didn't succeed. When asked about why Obama was elected Walsh said that Bashir's profession didn't vet Obama. It so struck a nerve that it Bashir instantly started interrupting Walsh in order to change the subject. Furthermore, Bashir was not going to allow Walsh to continue down that road so he just talked over him until the subject could indeed be changed.

Video: New Twist to Andre Carson's Outrageous Comments about Tea Party
When Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN) spoke at a town hall on August 22nd, he egregiously said that the Tea Party wants to see blacks 'hanging from a tree.' To this point, some have referred to a specific portion of his comments as 'unintelligible.' He can be heard saying, 'I'm sorry........" We now know what he said. He said, 'I'm sorry, Tamaron.' Who is Tamaron? That would be MSNBC host and moderator of the town hall, Tamaron Hall. Two things make this revelation significant. First, Hall never reported what Carson said and second, Carson obviously knew he was going to put Hall in a bad spot by saying it.
Here's the video of Carson's rant via The Blaze:
Now NewsBusters is reporting on another NBC employee who was in attendance. Joy-Ann Reid is not just an NBC employee, though. She's also a former aide to Barack Obama:
For the record, Carson is one of two Muslims in the US Congress with the other being Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN). Both are Democrats, both are members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), and both have been registered members of the Democratic Socialists of America caucus.
What a disgrace.

In addition to Hall, the RealMReynolds blog on Wednesday pointed out that Reid, the anchor's colleague in the NBC family (as managing editor for TheGrio.com), live-Tweeted the CBC town hall. The former Obama 2008 campaign press aide, who bashed Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann as "crazy" and "loopy" earlier in August, and defended Newsweek's "queen of rage" cover of the Indiana congresswoman, actually highlighted Rep. Carson's lynching attack against the Tea Party in a Tweet (while admitting she didn't know his name), but neglected to mention it in her report on TheGrio.com.Hall never reported on Carson's comments and neither did Reid. Obama has not uttered a peep with regard to denouncing the comments. It's pretty safe to say that the Obama administration is controlling the message coming out of MSNBC and NBC.

U.S. Rep Who Was Shot at Jonestown Calls Peter King Hearings 'Racist'
Her name is U.S. Rep Jackie Speier (D-CA) and she was on the ground in Jonestown on November 18, 1978 when the Congressman she was working for at the time - Leo Ryan - was shot and killed. Speier herself was shot five times by members of Cult leader Jim Jones's 'Red Brigade.' If ever there was a human being who should have seen the dangers inherent in the Democrat Party, it's Jackie Speier. Jim Jones was a Marxist who revered Socialism. So does the Democrat Party.
Oh, Jones also allied with Muslims in San Francisco. Here is an excerpt from a book called, 'Six Years With God,' written by Jeannie Mills, who escaped Jone's cult:

Just a few doors down the street from the San Francisco temple the Black Muslims had their temple. Jim made strong overtures of friendship to this strong group, even sending large contingencies of our membership to attend their services, to which they responded by sending their members to our services.Despite all this history, Speier not only remains a Democrat but she is calling Peter King's Muslim radicalization hearings 'Racist.'

The party she belongs to follows many of the same principles her would-be assassins did.
"This is one member's bias that he is now putting forth as the policy of this country and there are going to be many of us who will shout out and call him out on abusing his role as chair and abusing the Congress of the United States for whatever his personal bias is," Speier told us.
"To pinpoint Muslims as if they're the only category --- it's wrong, it's discriminatory, it's racist and inappropriate. Hearings aren't supposed to be judged before they're held. They're supposed to be illuminating," she said.

Video: 'Black Hole is Racist' Commissioner Strikes Again
His name is John Wiley Price and he's a Dallas County Commissioner. I think it's safe to say at this point that he's officially racist and that any name-calling he does is nothing more than projection. In 2008, Price was offended when a colleague of his referred to central collections as a 'Black Hole.' Price viewed such a term as 'racist' and the sentiment was even echoed by another commissioner. This time, Price comes unhinged and storms out of a meeting with constituents.
At the beginning of this video, you can hear an audience member say to Price, 'You've asked for respect from us, we give it. We demand respect.'
Price's response? 'All of you are white. Go to hell.' On his way out, he then points to a man who hadn't said anything to him and refers to him as 'Fat boy.'
Watch all the way to the end because the individual Wiley singled out is simply beyond incredulous. Price was so out of line that police would not let him back into the room. This is the kind of thing that happens when people take no interest in government. Over time, it's taken from the people by guys like John Wiley Price.

VIDEO: VICK TORTURED DOGS BECAUSE OF SLAVERY
Who would have guessed that the most ridiculous statement of the year would have come in the last week of the year? Whether you term this line of reasoning spin, rationalization, or sheer insanity, it comes with a strong dose of steroids. The argument is even put forth by someone who carries the title of 'professor.' Her name is Melissa Harris-Perry this is from a segment with a guest host on MSNBC's Rachel Maddow show. Perry's argument - I think - is that Michael Vick should be cut some proverbial slack because in the days of slavery, dogs were used against blacks and there is still resentment toward them.
She even references the 1960's when police under Bull Connor would use dogs against blacks during times of civil unrest. At some point, Vick is going to become a hero of the left and conservatives are going to be blamed for how his dogs were tortured.
One small problem. Bull Connor was a Democrat.

VIDEO: RACIST CUP CAKES
Duncan Hines had to pull an ad for its new cupcake glazing product because it offended some black groups as being racist. You'll note at the end of the commercial, however, that white groups with the same level of hypersensitivity would have a case that it portrayed them as being completely unable to carry a tune. Stereotypes for both groups were used in this spot. I think it says quite a bit that one group was offended and one wasn't.

For some reason the reaction to the racist cupcakes is reminiscent of Dallas County commissioner John Wiley Price's reaction to a "Black hole" analogy used by one of his white colleagues.
VIa New York Daily News:
Cupcakes aren't tasting so sweet for some Duncan Hines marketing execs who were forced to pull a video for their "Amazing Glazes" frosting line after viewers and bloggers complained the dancing cupcakes were racist. The spot, while pulled by Duncan Hines, is on YouTube.
The commercial, which features chocolate-frosted cupcakes singing a harmony, was released on YouTube with the title "Hip Hop". Along with that title, the cupcakes featured exaggerated lips and eyes and more hummed a melody – that was decidedly un-hip hop.
