Those of us who aren't mindless, left-wing drones who believe Al Gore's alarmist warnings about climate change and global warming (when he isn't selling out to big oil), have known the truth all along. Now, an unlikely source is actually reporting on what global warming is really all about as the mainstream media in the U.S. continues to do the bidding of the climate change hucksters.

For years, the Elites of the West have cranked up the myth of Man Made Global Warming as a means first and foremost to control the lives and behaviors of their populations. Knowing full well that their produce in China and sell in the West model and its consiquent spiral downward in wages and thus standards of living, was unsustainable, the elites moved to use this new "science" to guilt trip and scare monger their populations into smaller and more conservatives forms of living. In other words, they coasted them into the poverty that the greed and treason of those said same elites was already creating in their native lands.

What better way to staunch protests at worsening economic and life conditions than to make it feel like an honourable job/duty of the people to save "Gia". At the same time, they used this "science" as a new pagan religion to further push out the Christianity they hate and despise and most of all, fear? Gia worship, the earth "mother", has been pushed in popular culture oozing out of the West for a better part of the past 1.5 decades. This is a religion replete with an army of priests, called Government Grant Scientists.

Various groups have fought back. This is including Russian hackers, who published a huge database of UK government, scientific and university emails depicting the fixing of data to sell Global Warming, er Climate Change (as if it never changed on its own). And while taking hit after hit, the beast, like Al Quida, will not die. As a matter of fact, the beast is on a steady come back, as it is quite useful during the down times recession. The US alone spends $7 billion each year on warming "studies", which is, in truth, nothing but a huge money laundering operation, as no real science is conducted and vapid alarmist reports the only product generated.

For some reason, I'm suddenly in the mood for an Al Gore poem and the sickening sycophantic reaction of CBS' Harry Smith. Incidentally, this vomit-inducing, blasphemous, left-wing, commie-pinko, love fest took place as Climategate was bursting on the scene in 2009:

George Bush's Dubai Ports World deal vs. Al Gore's Al Jazeera deal

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a mere 236 miles east of Doha, Qatar, where the headquarters of Al Jazeera is located. After the sale of Al Gore's Current TV to the Arabic news network, Al Jazeera America is expected to broadcast from New York.

In 2006, the Dubai Ports World (DPW) controversy involved a deal - supported by then-President George W. Bush - that would allow the sale of Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company (P&O), a British Company, to DPW. Such a deal would have put the operation of six U.S. ports under the control of DPW. One of those ports was in New York. Ironically, while Bush supported the deal, then-Senator Barack Obama opposed it and said the following:

"Over four years after the worst terrorist attack in our history, not only are we failing to inspect 95% of the cargo that arrives at U.S. ports, but now we’re allowing our port security to be outsourced to foreign governments. Clearly, more time should have been spent investigating this deal and consulting with homeland security experts and local officials. I support my colleagues on both sides of the aisle who are seeking a full review of this deal." - Barack Obama in 2006

As news of the deal grew, so did opposition. Then Senate-Majority leader Bill Frist, House Speaker Dennis Hastert, U.S. Senator from New York Chuck Schumer (D-NY), New York mayor Michael Bloomberg, and New York Governor George Pataki all expressed opposition to the deal. In fact, at one point, the prospect of legislation to halt the deal was gaining serious momentum and Bush seemed to play the Islamophobia card while talking to a gaggle of reporters on Air Force One. "I want those who are questioning it to step up and explain why all of a sudden a Middle Eastern company is held to a different standard than a Great British company. I am trying to conduct foreign policy now by saying to the people of the world, 'We'll treat you fairly'." 

Another prominent politician to express opposition to the deal was none other than the opportunistic Senator from New York, Hillary Clinton. The MSNBC link that included the following excerpt is now a dead one but the text is available elsewhere. Check this out:

Mrs Clinton's tough stance that the deal represented an "unacceptable risk" to national security has caused UAE officials some consternation. 

Regarded as the leading Democratic candidate for the 2008 presidential elections, she has used the deal – which polls show is disliked by most Americans – and the anti-Arab sentiment it sparked to attack the Bush administration on national security, an issue that has been seen as a weak point for Democrats.

Essentially, Democrats rightfully opposed the deal for the wrong reasons. Those reasons involved going after Bush. That is, unless we are to believe that the likes of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are Islamophobes (yeah, laughable, isn't it?).

In fact, Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Rep. Edward Markey (D-MA), Senator Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ), Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ), and other prominent liberal Democrats opposed the deal, along with Republicans like Rep. Peter King (R-NY), chairman of the Homeland Security Committee.

When it comes to the Dubai Ports deal and the sale of Current TV to Al Jazeera, there is one primary difference when it comes to American political leaders; Bush received bi-partisan opposition and Gore is receiving only conservative opposition.

Taken further, none other than Senator Chuck Schumer is regarded as being the prominent politician most responsible for bringing the Dubai Ports deal to light. Had he not done so, it's quite possible that the deal would have gone through; it didn't.

On the Banking Committee and representing a major seaport, and he was media savvy to boot. It was Democrat Chuck Schumer of New York. Schumer's office heard from Muldoon, from Eller & Company lawyer Michael Kreitzer, and from an Associated Press business reporter who had been talking with Muldoon and Kreitzer. In a period of four days, the AP reporter's story ran nationwide, Schumer called for a review by the Department of Homeland Security, and he held a press conference with 9/11 families. He called on President Bush to step in. DP World hired teams of lobbyists.

In essence, Schumer started the snowball that ultimately led to the defeat of the Dubai Ports deal.

This begs what should be a very obvious question. Who on the Republican side of the aisle will raise cain over Al Gore's sale of Current TV to Al Jazeera like Schumer rightfully did with Bush's desire to see P&O sold to Dubai Ports World?

Republicans are at a disadvantage in a couple of respects. For starters, the Republicans who opposed Bush in 2006 did so based on principle. They broke with their party because it was the right thing to do. Democrats JUST. DON'T. DO. THAT. If Al Gore wants to sell Current TV to Al Jazeera, Democrats support him because, well, he's a Democrat.

Conversely, when George Bush wanted to allow DPW to control U.S. Ports, prominent Republicans opposed him and sided with Democrats. Conservative Republicans are far more inclined to do that when it's the RIGHT. THING. TO. DO.

That said, who has the responsibility to be the anti-Schumer relative to Current TV's sale to Al Jazeera?

Unfortunately for conservative Republicans, the man who has the gavel is also the man who is dis-inclined to take the role.

In short, instead of crying after being re-elected Speaker, Rep. John Boehner (R-OH) should be screaming about the Al Jazeera sale like Schumer screamed about the DPW deal...

...or he should resign.

**UPDATE** Well, it looks like Mr. Gore, though he did his level best, was unable to close the deal before the end of the year. According to the Washington Examiner, Gore is out nearly $9 Million by missing the deadline.

Current TV, Al Gore's brainchild, has been fledgling and flailing for quite some time. Luckily for him, not only was Gore able to sell his ownership stake for $100 Million but he was able to do so just before the Bush tax cuts expired on December 31st. Perhaps unluckily for all of us, the buyer has quite the checkered past and questionable allegiances.

Al Jazeera, the pan-Arab news giant, has long tried to convince Americans that it is a legitimate news organization, not a parrot of Middle Eastern propaganda or something more sinister.

It just bought itself 40 million more chances to make its case.

Al Jazeera on Wednesday announced a deal to take over Current TV, the low-rated cable channel that was founded by Al Gore, a former vice president, and his business partners seven years ago. Al Jazeera plans to shut Current and start an English-language channel, which will be available in more than 40 million homes, with newscasts emanating from both New York and Doha, Qatar.

For Al Jazeera, which is financed by the government of Qatar, the acquisition is a coming of age moment. A decade ago, Al Jazeera’s flagship Arabic-language channel was reviled by American politicians for showing videotapes from Al Qaeda members and sympathizers. Now the news operation is buying an American channel, having convinced Mr. Gore and the other owners of Current that it has the journalistic muscle and the money to compete head-to-head with CNN and other news channels in the United States.

Al Jazeera has worked quite diligently at softening its brand for western consumption but to what extent is this the result of a legitimate, journalistic awakening?

Make no mistake; Jihad in the United States is far more delicate than say, Jihad in Egypt today. But this is something that has evolved and been massaged.

For example, on the day of 9/11/01, while on a Los Angeles radio program, founder and director of the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) - Salam Al Marayati - said the following:

"If we're going to look at suspects, we should look at the groups that benefit the most from these kinds of incidents, and I think we should put the state of Israel on the suspect list because I think this diverts attention from what's happening in the Palestinian territories so that they can go on with their aggression and occupation and apartheid policies."

Not only does Al Marayati not speak like that today but he has learned that a completely different message is more effective. By seeking outreach to bleeding heart leftists, useful idiots, and Chrislamists, Islamists can better play the Islamophobia card. The MPAC founder recently visited the far left All Saints Episcopal Church in California, which hosted his group's annual convention.

Similarly, in 2002, Al Jazeera aired an interview with renowned KKK Clansman David Duke, without informing viewers of Duke's credentials as an American Nazi Party leader and KKK member. In that interview, Duke echoed comments that virtually mirrored those of Al Marayati on 9/11:

Late last fall, for instance, you had Ku Klux Klanner David Duke—Dr. David Duke, as he was described—appearing on the Al Jazeera talk show Without Borders, authoritatively explaining that the Mossad knew of plans to destroy the World Trade Center and had warned Israelis to get out before the planes hit.

In much the same way that Al Marayati has softened his tone, so too will Al Jazeera likely do when it takes Al Gore's network and airs its newscasts not far from Ground Zero.

Gore himself capitalized on the anti-American / anti-Israel / Pro-Muslim meme relative to 9/11 during a visit to Saudi Arabia in 2006. He said that after 9/11, Arabs had been...

"...indiscriminately rounded up, often on minor charges of overstaying a visa or not having a green card in proper order, and held in conditions that were just unforgivable."

Al Jazeera and Al Gore don't just share a first name; they have both said and done things that should cause grave concern.

This latest deal may just be another one.

Al Gore in 2007: North Pole Gone in Five Years; Five Years later, North Pole still there

Actually, Al Gore has been saying that the North Pole will melt in "five years" for several years now. For some reason, the phrase "five" never seems to change as the years pass by. In any event, Gore first said that the North Pole would be gone in five years as a result of man-made global warming at the Davos Conference on Climate Change in 2007.

Then, one year later, in 2008, Gore said the North Pole would be gone in "five years." Uh, based on the fact that he had said it a year earlier, shouldn't he have said "four years"?

Since the 2008 video of Gore making the absurd prediction is no longer available, here's something that's a little better, especially in light of the fact that it exposes him as the fraud he is. This is from 2009. Watch as the sycophantic Harry Smith asks Gore to read a poem at about the same time climategate was being exposed.

Harry came dangerously close to giving Gore the key to his hotel room.

Is Newt Gingrich a Political Schizophrenic (Think Climate Change)?

As conservatives continue kicking the tires of the Gingrich Mobile, they're starting to ask what's in the trunk because the back-end seems to be sinking from all the baggage. One of the bags in there holds Newt's politically schizophrenic positions on Climate change. Granted, Newt has admitted that sitting on a love seat with Nancy Pelosi to record a climate change ad was 'one of the dumbest things I've ever done' but it looks like he may need to do far more, like convince - and I mean convince - conservatives that he has had a 'Road to Damascus' experience. However, any such experience must have come since 2010.

...in a video interview with Human Events magazine in May 2010, the former speaker not only defended his commercial with Pelosi, but he said he would do it again even after the 2009 email hacking scandal raised serious questions about the science behind so-called global warming.

"If they offer the chance to, then sure," Gingrich replied, when asked if he would do the commercial again despite the climate science controversy. 

"I would do a commercial with Al Gore," he further stated. 

The Pelosi commercial was for a Gore initiative. It promoted the Gore-founded website and project, We Can Solve It.org. 

In the 2008 ad, Pelosi states alongside Gingrich, "Go to We Can Solve It dot org. Together we can do this." 

In both his Human Events and O'Reilly interviews, Gingrich stated he was against "climate change" legislation. 

"I actively opposed cap and trade. I testified against it the same day Al Gore testified for it," he told O'Reilly. 

Speaking to Human Events, Gingrich stated, "I deeply oppose giant tax increases. I oppose centralized bureaucracy."

These are extremely disturbing realities that point to Gingrich being a political opportunist at best. It might be time to wander over to the Santorum mobile or give the Bachmann mobile another test drive.

Here is Gingrich earlier this month on Fox News Channel's Center Seat, telling viewers that the Pelosi gig was 'dumb.' Evidence is pointing to Gingrich seeing the ad as dumb not because he's had that Road to Damascus experience but because he knows it might be a self-inflicted and politically mortal wound.

Video: Al Gore Equates Climate Change Skeptics to Racists

Whenever a liar accuses others of lying, you can lay money that those accused of lying are usually telling the truth. In this case, Al Gore is calling man-made climate change deniers liars and racists. All you need to do is take note of who Al Gore points to as being the example he uses to describe racist behavior and attitudes. Somehow, he equates Bull Connor opening fire hoses on blacks in the south in 1960's with those who question man-made global warming. So anyone who was against the civil rights legislation in 1964 was a racist on par with those who don't by Al's climate change garbage.

Not only is the fact that Bull Connor was a Democrat lost on Gore, so apparently, is the fact that his father - Al Gore, Sr. - voted against the civil rights act as a Senator. Yes, Al Sr. was a Democrat too.

This, from the unluckiest billionaire in the world, Al Gore. He was so close to winning the 2000 election, which may have been the beginning of his unhinging. At some point, he decided to hitch his wagon to the global warming movement and he again came close to his Cap and Trade dream, which fell short in Congress and was dropped for the Obamacare push. Then, in 2009, things began falling apart with the Climategate scandal. The economy began to tank and the global warming agenda moved from the back seat to the back end of the political station wagon.

Video: Al Gore calls for 'Arab Spring' in America

While appearing on the newer version of Keith Olbermann's Countdown, Al Gore bemoaned the fact that the left in America hasn't yet risen up like the left in Arab countries. In this exchange, Gore calls for an 'American Spring,' a 'Tahrir Square' in America and then qualifies it by saying 'the non-violent parts.' As if that wasn't absurd enough, he then says we need a 'grass roots' effort that mirrors what's happening in the Middle East but NOT of the 'Tea Party kind.' In typical leftwing fashion, Gore insists that the Tea Party is not grass roots and it's funded with seed money from the Koch brothers. It's classic projection.

At one point, Gore talks about how America is coming on hard times and that it has been building for a while. Yeah, I think you being Vice President for eight years has something to do with it, Al.

Video: Al Gore's Solution to Climate Change - Population Control

Well, well, well. Al Gore finally said it. The solution to man-made global warming is actually population control. It took a while but let there be no doubt. This is proof that those of us who knew the man-made global warming movement was nothing more than an attempt by far-left eco-wackos to control population are vindicated over and over and over again. In this exchange, Gore pays lip service to emissions technology, probably to offset the impact of what he said shortly thereafter; population control is the answer. He even stumbles across the true agenda of the feminist movement. The mask finally comes completely off. Well, ok, maybe it's hanging on his chin.

“You have to lift child survival rates so that parents feel comfortable having small families and most important — you have to educate girls and empower women,” he said. “And that’s the most powerful leveraging factor, and when that happens, then the population begins to stabilize and societies begin to make better choices and more balanced choices.”

Seriously, this guy should have been institutionalized years ago. No, seriously.

Al Gore All but Endorses Romney

We are truly in the bizarro world when a Republican endorsed by Al Gore is the frontrunner in a presidential race but that is the situation we now find ourselves in. While in New Hampshire last week, the former Massachusetts Governor (RINO) openly said he believes in man-made global warming. He must have missed Climategate. This truly should be Mitt Romney's Michael-Dukakis-in-a-tank moment but we must emphasize the word "should."

Here is part of what Al Gore said via the Hill in response to Romney's irresponsible words on global warming:

“The putative Republican presidential front-runner, eager to prove his conservative bona fides, could easily have said what he knew many in his party's base wanted to hear.”

“Instead, the former Massachusetts governor stuck to the position he has held for many years -- that he believes the world is getting warmer and that humans are contributing to it.”

At best, Romney decided he could gain more eco-wacko votes than lose conservative votes. It should be a bad miscalculation. Then again, the longer he stays in the lead, the more disturbing the reality. At worst, he's setting the stage for a third party, which becomes much more likely if the Republican Party nominates an establishment politician who sides with Al Gore on climate change.

Right now, somewhere, Al Gore's face is planted firmly in his palm. His Global Warming / Climate Change crusade has been backfiring on him in a major way for some time now. First, there was climategate, then the visual of the Copenhagen summit was one of record snowfall. The world seems to continue experiencing record lows. Then came the divorce with Tipper and a slew of other embarrassing - and inconvenient - truths started to reveal themselves to Al's detriment. It appears that Mr. Gore has a new supporter now.

'Everyone’s God and if we don’t wake up to that there’s going to be no weather because our polar caps are melting because we’re doing bad things to the atmosphere.

'If we don’t change that as rapidly as I’m speaking to you now, if we don’t put the green back on the planet and put the trees back that we’ve butchered, if we don’t go to war against the problem...' he added, trailing off.

If a man with a swastika tattooed to his forehead is behind Al Gore, how far behind would Hitler himself be?

Video: Al Gore Responsible for Neil Young's Anger

Have you ever wondered why Rocker Neil Young always seems so angry? We may have our answer. He's one of the far left whack jobs who has bought into the notion of Global Warming, which is now 'climate change' because the earth is actually cooling. Anyway, he's so emotionally - and perhaps spiritually - invested in the notion that he is contributing to the destruction of the planet that he thinks about it every day and even says he realizes how hypocritical he is.

This is a perfect example of what listening to Al Gore does to people. It fills them with self loathing and guilt based on a lie and they can't even see that the people they follow are the ones responsible for fomenting it. Neil Young has been duped and he doesn't realize it.

In fact, in November of 2010, Young's eco-friendly car burned to the ground and took over $800,000 worth of damages with it. At some point, you'd think this guy would figure out that following people like Al Gore is what has caused him so many problems.

ANOTHER LARGE CRACK IN AL GORE'S PLASTIC PERSONA

This is extremely significant. It's been nearly a full year since the countless emails were leaked from the Climate Research Unit (CRU) at East Anglia University in Great Britain. Since then, there have been random and sporadic events that only serve to discredit Al Gore's cause. We have another one and it is significant. The American Physical Society (APS) is a group of highly respected scientists whose support has been critical to the man-made Climate change hucksters. In the days after Climategate, a few APS scientists authored a fiery letter to other members of the group, charging that the work on global warming they had done was based on corrupted science.

One of the scientists who signed that letter was Hal Lewis, emeritus Professor of Physics, University of California, Santa Barbara. One year later, Lewis has submitted his resignation from APS with a letter even more highly charged. On October 6, 2010 here is part of what Lewis wrote to Curtis G. Callan, Jr., Princeton University, President of the American Physical Society:

Dear Curt:

When I first joined the American Physical Society sixty-seven years ago it was much smaller, much gentler, and as yet uncorrupted by the money flood (a threat against which Dwight Eisenhower warned a half-century ago).

Indeed, the choice of physics as a profession was then a guarantor of a life of poverty and abstinence—it was World War II that changed all that. The prospect of worldly gain drove few physicists. As recently as thirty-five years ago, when I chaired the first APS study of a contentious social/scientific issue, The Reactor Safety Study, though there were zealots aplenty on the outside there was no hint of inordinate pressure on us as physicists. We were therefore able to produce what I believe was and is an honest appraisal of the situation at that time. We were further enabled by the presence of an oversight committee consisting of Pief Panofsky, Vicki Weisskopf, and Hans Bethe, all towering physicists beyond reproach. I was proud of what we did in a charged atmosphere. In the end the oversight committee, in its report to the APS President, noted the complete independence in which we did the job, and predicted that the report would be attacked from both sides. What greater tribute could there be?

How different it is now. The giants no longer walk the earth, and the money flood has become the raison d’être of much physics research, the vital sustenance of much more, and it provides the support for untold numbers of professional jobs. For reasons that will soon become clear my former pride at being an APS Fellow all these years has been turned into shame, and I am forced, with no pleasure at all, to offer you my resignation from the Society.

It is of course, the global warming scam, with the (literally) trillions of dollars driving it, that has corrupted so many scientists, and has carried APS before it like a rogue wave. It is the greatest and most successful pseudoscientific fraud I have seen in my long life as a physicist. Anyone who has the faintest doubt that this is so should force himself to read the ClimateGate documents, which lay it bare. (Montford’s book organizes the facts very well.) I don’t believe that any real physicist, nay scientist, can read that stuff without revulsion. I would almost make that revulsion a definition of the word scientist....

VIDEO: ECO-BOMBER INTERVIEWS CHRISTIANS

James J. Lee, the whack job that stormed Discovery Channel's Headquarters and demanded to be listened to, not only believed the 'planet does not need humans' but he was also a filmmaker before police removed him from the planet he advocated humans be removed from. He also attributed his 'awakening' to Al Gore's Inconvenient Truth. In 2008 - 2009, he filmed Christian protesters and questioned their right to do so; at one point, he suggested they should pray at home instead of out in the open while protesting.

More irony here is that based on this video - shot by Lee - he seems to have more in common with Timothy McVeigh than did McVeigh did with the Christian right. Like McVeigh, Lee was an agnostic (atheist). McVeigh once claimed that his religion was "science". Lee was obviously driven by pseudo-science if his "awakening" came at the hands of Al Gore.

VIDEO: DISCOVERY CHANNEL GUNMAN'S INCONVENIENT TRUTH

The name of the gunman who barged into Discovery Channel's headquarters on September 1, 2010 was James J. Lee. He managed to take three hostages while claiming to have bombs strapped to his chest. Based on past actions in front of the building going back some two years, he had been adamant that Discovery alter its programming to focus more on Global Warming and animal protection. At one point, he produced a video titled 'Race to Save the Planet'. He obviously felt an urgent need to warn as many people as possible about the impending destruction of the planet.

His solution? Take hostages and threaten to kill them. Here's Lee's video via MSNBC:



Similar to Joseph Stack, the man who flew a plane into an IRS building in August last year, Lee also penned a rant prior to his death.

Somewhat surprisingly, MSNBC actually included this paragraph in its report:

Lee said at the time that he experienced an ‘‘awakening” when he watched former Vice President Al Gore’s environmental documentary ‘‘An Inconvenient Truth.”

Lee also said at one point that the 'planet does not need humans'.

VIDEO: AL GORE AMBUSHED BY O'REILLY PRODUCER

Bill O'Reilly producer Jesse Watters confronted Al Gore while the latter was on his way to lunch during a speech stop at Duke University. Gore said he didn't "like Ambush Journalism". Awwww. Well Vice President whack job, the American people don't like being de-frauded.

A nice little takeaway was when Watters prefaces a question by saying, "So while we have you here......." he was immediately on the receiving end of Allegory's saying, "You don't have me here."

It was interesting to hear Allegory - a visual symbol representing an abstract idea - respond that he would "consider" going on the O'Reilly Factor after viewers had only moments before heard the segment introduced by O'Reilly, who said they'd been trying to get Allegory to appear on the program for 13 years. I guess a hungry Al Gore will say anything to get someone out from between him and his pork.

The only question not asked I would have loved to have heard was whether or not Allegory would be eating meat for lunch.

AL GORE DOUBLES DOWN ON GLOBAL WARMING

At this point, wouldn't you double down too? An Allegory is a visual symbol representing an abstract idea. An Al Gore is a visual symbol representing a fraudulent idea that continues to be pushed as legitimate despite the overwhelming evidence that continues to grow. I guess the kindest thing you could say about Al Gore is that he's a martyr for Gaia who simply refuses to go down.

After reading Gore's pathetic defense of the fraud he has helped to perpetrate on the world, it's not only obvious why he's been hard to find lately. It's also obvious that he shouldn't have written this op-ed. It's wrought with lies, hypocrisy, projection, and defense of the indefensible.

Kind of reminds you of Randall "Tex" Cobb, doesn't it? Cobb is far more honorable though. The guy made a name for himself by going the distance while taking blows so numerous and devastating, any other boxer would have been hospitalized if not given last rites. He still lost. Al Gore is losing big as well. That didn't stop him from lamenting in the form of an op-ed for the New York Times. Ironically, Gore's first lie came in the first sentence:

"It would be an enormous relief if the recent attacks on the science of global warming actually indicated that we do not face an unimaginable calamity requiring large-scale, preventive measures to protect human civilization as we know it."

If anyone believes for one second that Gore would be relieved by it being widely acknowledged that he was a major accomplice in the biggest fraud perpetrated on mankind since the days of Adam and Eve, they're on crack. Man-made global warming is, quite simply, an international conspiracy by definition. It was a conspiracy to soak billions of people for the benefit of a few. Things have gotten so bad for Gore, his fraud being true would actually be a relief for him at this point and he knows it.

It didn't take long for Gore to trump his opening lie with shameless hypocrisy in his second paragraph:

"Of course, we would still need to deal with the national security risks of our growing dependence on a global oil market dominated by dwindling reserves in the most unstable region of the world, and the economic risks of sending hundreds of billions of dollars a year overseas in return for that oil."

Anyone remember Gore bad-mouthing his own country while speaking in Saudi Arabia? Not only that but Gore has made a personal fortune on Saudi oil, which might explain why he was so complimentary of them while slamming the United States. Once you're done reading Gore's dreck in the New York Times, have a look at an article by Lowell Ponte that appeared in Newsmax back in 2006:

...oil wealth is nothing new to Al Gore Jr. His senator father's fortune and Al Gore Jr.'s own portfolio today have gotten the lion's share of their money from Occidental Petroleum and its eccentric head Armand Hammer, whose father founded the Communist Party USA and, before his death, acknowledged carrying millions of dollars in cash from Moscow to fund the CPUSA.

The Gore family has controlled up to $1 million worth of Occidental stock, and Al Gore Jr. has pocketed up to $20,000 per year by leasing mineral rights on Gore property to an Occidental zinc mining operation cited for polluting the adjacent Tennessee River.

You might not think it possible but Gore actually trumps his first paragraph lie and 2nd paragraph hypocrisy with quintessential projection in paragraph #3 when he talks about what it would mean if man-made global warming wasn't cause for concern.

"But what a burden would be lifted! We would no longer have to worry that our grandchildren would one day look back on us as a criminal generation that had selfishly and blithely ignored clear warnings that their fate was in our hands."

Yes, you read that right. Al Gore is calling those who dispute his fraud as being part of a "criminal generation". That takes the cajones of someone like Randall "Tex" Cobb!

Paragraph #4 reiterates the lie in paragraph #1 and couples it with the hypocrisy in paragraph #2:

"I, for one, genuinely wish that the climate crisis were an illusion. But unfortunately, the reality of the danger we are courting has not been changed by the discovery of at least two mistakes in the thousands of pages of careful scientific work over the last 22 years by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. In fact, the crisis is still growing because we are continuing to dump 90 million tons of global-warming pollution every 24 hours into the atmosphere — as if it were an open sewer."

Again, his being wrong would expose him as the fraud he is and whining about pumping "global-warming pollution" into the "atmosphere" belies how he made so much money from oil and other energy ventures that are NOT "green-friendly" using Gore's standards.

In paragraph #5, Gore demonstrates bitterness which he directs at those who exposed Climategate:

"e-mail messages stolen from the University of East Anglia in Britain showed that scientists besieged by an onslaught of hostile, make-work demands from climate skeptics may not have adequately followed the requirements of the British freedom of information law."

Wouldn't you love to ask him if he thinks the Watergate tapes were "stolen"?

Paragaph #6 enters into the realm of denial in the very first sentence.

"What is important is that the overwhelming consensus on global warming remains unchanged. It is also worth noting that the panel’s scientists — acting in good faith on the best information then available to them — probably underestimated the range of sea-level rise in this century, the speed with which the Arctic ice cap is disappearing and the speed with which some of the large glacial flows in Antarctica and Greenland are melting and racing to the sea."

In light of the head of the IPCC facing increasing heat from the science community, I'd say any actual global warming taking place has decided to focus on that U.N. body as IPCC head Rajendra Pachauri (pictured with Gore) is doing a little collar-tuggin' right about now. Did you also catch Gore's verbiage that glaciers are "racing to the sea"? That's kind of reminiscent of Gore's appearance on Saturday Night Live, when he mocked the very fraud he's engaged in. During one of his skits, the premise was that he won the 2000 election and was in the middle of a fight against glaciers.



I could go on about how Gore's column shows him to be a lying, hypocritical huckster who is very bitter about his fraud being exposed and uses the defense mechanisms of denial and projection to demonstrate it but.....you get the point.
