Video: Second 'Dreams from my REAL Father' Trailer Released

The Obama defenders are calling this controversy 'Birther Lite' because it doesn't involve a contention that Barack Obama is not a U.S. citizen; it maintains that he was born in Hawaii but that Communist Frank Marshall Davis is the president's biological father. Talking Point Memo's Ryan J. Reilly rightfully claims that this torpedoes the argument of the 'Birthers' because it would mean that Obama is eligible to be president.

What Reilly doesn't report is that if the 'Lite' 'Birthers' are right, it would in fact back up Sheriff Joe Arpaio's conclusion that there is 'probable cause' that the Birth Certificate released by the Obama Administration in 2011 is fraudulent because it identifies Barack Hussein Obama Sr. as the father. If Davis is Obama's biological father, that becomes a self-evident and felonious truth.

That leads to the soon-to-be-released film by Joel Gilbert, who has just released his second trailer for the film. Before watching, this excerpt from his website might help explain what you're watching:
Racy photos of Barack Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, have recently surfaced in vintage fetish and bondage magazines. The photos, taken at Frank Marshall Davis' house in Honolulu, appeared in Bizarre Life, Exotique, Secret Pleasures, and Battling Babes. They help illustrate the intimate relationship between Dunham and Davis.
Gilbert also claims that these photos of Obama's mother were shot in Davis' home. WND reports on how Gilbert reached this conclusion:
He (Gilbert) traveled to Hawaii to inspect and photograph the Honolulu address that the FBI file documents as Davis’ residence beginning in 1956. The file shows he moved out in the late 1960s as he was beginning his divorce from his wife, Helen Canfield Davis. The divorce was not finalized until Sept. 30, 1969.

Sheriff Joe Presser: 'Probable cause' that Obama Birth Certificate a 'Forgery'

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his 'Cold Case posse,' led by Mike Zullo had a press conference yesterday to bring people up to speed on where their investigation stands with regard to Barack Obama's Birth Certificate, as well as the president's Selective Service document. The conclusion at this point is that there is 'probable cause' the documents are 'fraudulent' and that a 'forgery' has been committed in both cases.

Via Washington Times:
Armed with a new 10-page report he commissioned, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said Thursday he suspects the birth certificate President Obama released last year is a “computer-generated forgery” — and also raised questions about the authenticity of the president’s selective service registration card.

In an extensive — and at times combative — press conference in Phoenix, Sheriff Arpaio repeatedly said he is not questioning the president’s legal status under the Constitution nor alleging fraud on Mr. Obama’s part, but did say there is evidence crimes have been committed by someone and his investigation continues.

“Based on all of the evidence presented and investigated, I cannot in good faith report to you that these documents are authentic,” Sheriff Arpaio said. “My investigators believe that the long-form birth certificate was manufactured electronically and that it did not originate in paper format as claimed by the White House.”
Much of the press conference mirrored what has already been done on the internet by graphic artists who used presentations to demonstrate why the document is a forgery but there were moments that made eyebrows cock.

For example, Zullo mentioned that efforts were made to obtain passenger manifests for all flights coming into Hawaii from overseas over a ten year span. Any such flights during the 1960's would have been either Pan-Am or TWA. Though the manifests no longer exist, they were able to get ten years worth of INS records from the National Archives. Apparently, in reviewing them, the records from August 1, 1961 - August 8, 1961 were all missing (Obama's Birth Certificate says he was born on August 4th).

Another moment involved an affidavit from a former government employee who swore that in the early 1980's, he was introduced to Barack Obama on the front lawn of the home belonging to Bill Ayers' mother.

There was also an announcement that the 'Cold Case posse' has a person of interest relative to the alleged creation of Barack Obama's Birth Certificate but would not reveal it.

Another area of focus for the 'posse' was Barack Obama's Selective Service registration form, which I've always viewed as more suspect than the Birth Certificate.

In any event, Arpaio seemed to somewhat throw up his hands while pledging to carry on with the investigation. As a former federal employee, he seemed to concede that any agency having jurisdiction in this case seems disinterested in pursuing it. He's basically admitting that if Hawaii's state investigators will do nothing to further the investigation, the only place to get justice is Congress, which is nowhere near being interested in pursuing it.

So, it looks like Arpaio is left with looking for any smoking gun that might exist, on his own.

WND has the entire press conference available here.

Must See Video: Obama's Shocking Past

This is an excellent piece of video journalism; it's stuff you simply will not see in the mainstream media. It's also indisputable and extremely relevant. The mainstream media cannot dispute it. Therefore, it must view it as harmful to its agenda. By not covering it, the liberal media wants to portray it as irrelevant. The kicker here is that this entire segment shows something so unbelievably surreal that the subject of Obama's Birth Certificate doesn't even need to come up. All one has to do is consider the facts after accepting the premise that Barack Obama Jr. was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961 to Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Sr.

The liberal media has successfully painted Birthers as kooks. It cannot do the same with those who find a problem with the President's true upbringing after his birth.

Those facts are more than disturbing enough. Bill Whittle nails it here.

Sorry about this: Another Birther Post

Look, the Birth Certificate questions surrounding Barack Obama continue to be caused by those on the left who engage in the debate. The story had been reduced to embers before Hawaii's Democrat governor Neal Abercrombie whipped out the proverbial bellows and got the debate raging again. After Abercrombie came up empty and with egg on his face, Donald Trump threw another log on the fire and voila. What's interesting now is an argument posited by a Hawaiian official who says that the state of Hawaii NEVER releases long form Birth Certificates, not even to the people whose birth they represent.

Over at MSNBC, Michael Isikoff has a post in which Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Hawaii's former Director of that state's Department of Health not only insists that she's seen it but knows exactly where it is:
The first is that the original so-called "long form" birth certificate — described by Hawaiian officials as a "record of live birth" — absolutely exists, located in a bound volume in a file cabinet on the first floor of the state Department of Health. Fukimo said she has personally inspected it — twice. The first time was in late October 2008, during the closing days of the presidential campaign, when the communications director for the state's then Republican governor, Linda Lingle (who appointed Fukino) asked if she could make a public statement in response to claims then circulating on the Internet that Obama was actually born in Kenya.
So it's in a filing cabinet in a bound folder on the first floor of the Health Department building. Here is the corresponding video:

Notice that Isikoff says that for this 'conspiracy' to continue, Dr. Fukino would have to be lying. Well, is it possible that she was lying about who can and cannot see original, long form Birth Certificates? It appears so. If Fukimo is to be believed, no one has access to any original long form Birth Certificates except the Health Department. Toward the end of the MSNBC article, Issikoff identifies Joshua Wisch as a spokesman for the Hawaii attorney general's office. Here's what Isikoff writes about Wisch:
Wisch, the spokesman for the attorney general's office, said state law does not in fact permit the release of "vital records," including an original "record of live birth" — even to the individual whose birth it records.
World Net Daily (before you scoff) has an article posted today in which several long form Birth Certificates have been copied and are available for viewing. Seriously, regardless of where you come down on this issue, the latest attempt to diffuse this controversy seems highly suspect. Even if you dismiss these claims, the images of the multiple long form Birth Certificates don't lie. Fukino should have to explain this disparity.

It would appear that Dr. Fukino may have stepped in it worse than Governor Abercrombie. Ruh Roh.

Read it all.

Video: Chris Matthews Proves he's Still Leader of Obama Cult

Chris Matthews had to have viewed this angle as an opportunity to kill two proverbial birds with one proverbial stone. By suggesting that somehow the earthquakes in Japan should be used to remind people that Barack Obama grew up in Hawaii, he gets to further feed Barack Obama's narcicissm. Second, he gets to go after the Birthers. Matthews actually politicizes one of the worst natural disasters in recent memory while somehow attempting to make it about Obama.

Honolulu Passes Resolution Urging Limbaugh to Apologize

Just when you thought this was old news, the Honolulu City Council brings it back into the proverbial fold. Rush Limbaugh mocked Chinese president Hu Jintao during the Chinese president's visit to the United States last month. The story had legs for about ten days then died - or so we thought. Thanks to these hypersensitive, politically correct, and anti-American whack jobs, Limbaugh's hilarious interpretation of Hu Jintao is making news again.

Via the AP:
HONOLULU (AP) -- The Honolulu City Council has approved a resolution urging radio show host Rush Limbaugh to apologize for comments on China's president.

The Star Advertiser reports that the City Council voted 8-1 Wednesday asking the talk show host to apologize for what it termed "offensive and derogatory remarks" made about Chinese President Hu Jintao on his Jan. 19 radio program.

Limbaugh claimed there was no translation of the Chinese president's speech during a visit to the White House, then launched into an imitation of the Chinese leader's dialect.
Conspicuously absent from the Honolulu City Council is a resolution demanding an apology from either Obama or Hu Jintao for allowing an anti-American song to be played in the White House during the state dinner for the Chinese leader.

Here's Limbaugh's translation set to music..

David Corn: 'Arizona may be where this Birther Ball gets rolling'

They don't come much more liberal than David Corn of Mother Jones. In his latest missive, he expresses concern that Arizona is likely to pass a state law that will prevent Obama from appearing on the 2012 ballot without producing his long form birth certificate. He appears to want to diminish the significance of one state with ten electoral votes that Obama lost in 2008 anyway but then has to concede that this could become bigger than he'd like to see it.

Via Mother Jones:
The birthers have a plan to end Barack Obama's presidency—and in Arizona, they're making progress.

Last week, Arizona state Rep. Judy Burges, a Republican, introduced a bill that would bar presidential candidates who do not prove they were born in the United States from appearing on the ballot in the Grand Canyon state. And state Rep. Chad Campbell, the top Democrat in the GOP-controlled Arizona House of Representatives, tells Mother Jones that the bill is likely to pass. It was introduced with 25 co-sponsors in the House and 16 co-sponsors in the state Senate; the measure needs 31 votes in the House and 16 in the Senate for approval. "Will it matter?" asks Campbell. "We've started a tradition here of passing legislation that is political grandstanding or that sets up litigation."

But the birthers—those ardent Obama foes who believe the president was not born in Hawaii and, thus, is not constitutionally qualified serve as president—see this measure as more than symbolic. For them, it's part of a well-orchestrated campaign to deny Obama reelection.

It's not that Obama necessarily requires Arizona's 10 electoral votes to win reelection in 2012. In 2008, he lost there to John McCain, Arizona's senior senator (though in 2012, Obama could make a play for the state). More important, Burges' bill—which would establish a strict standard for proving natural-born citizenship (which the birthers presume Obama could not meet)—is a model for other states, and similar efforts are under way in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Montana, Georgia, and Texas. (Obama won Pennsylvania in 2008 and lost Missouri by less than 4,000 votes.) Arizona may be where this birther ball gets rolling.
I have long dismissed the Birthers as being more interested in going down blind alleys than in pursuing more important stories found on other avenues but in this case, they may be winning the debate, especially in light of the recent antics of Hawaii's socialist governor. Back in December, Corn himself said, while appearing on MSNBC's Hardball, that Obama should go ahead and release the long form to end the conspiracy theories. While he did so mockingly, he nonetheless conceded that he wanted socialist governor Neil Abercrombie - who went on an indignant quest to prove Obama's citizenship and shut the birthers up - to end the conspiratorial controversy once and for all.

Small problem for Corn that he doesn't address in his article. Abercrombie struck out.

Said Corn of Abercrombie last month on Hardball: 'There's nothing he's going to do that's going to change any mind of anybody out there who already believes this.' Lost on Corn is the fact that Abercrombie didn't do anything; he produced NOTHING. Here's the increasingly infamous segment from Hardball where three hard core liberals - Corn, Matthews, and Clarence Page - advocated that Obama produce the long form.

Ruh Roh: Celebrity Journalist Backtracks on Birth Certificate Claim

The Birthers are going to have an absolute field day with the latest saga. Celebrity journalist Mike Evans appeared on a Minneapolis radio station recently and stated that he has been close friends with Hawaii Governor and registered socialist Neil Abercrombie for years and that Abercrombie told him that there is no Obama Birth Certificate in existence in Hawaii. That caused enough of a stir that Evans is now saying he never spoke to Abercrombie after stating quite emphatically that he had.

Via Fox News:
Mike Evans told FoxNews.com on Wednesday he was remorseful and embarrassed that he appeared to have given the impression that he had discussed the search for Obama’s birth certificate with Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie.
Evans then went on to explain exactly how he made such a mistake...
“Only this I can you tell you is 100 percent fact: that Neil never told me there was no birth certificate,” Evans told Fox News. “I never talked to him.”

Last week’s radio interview was part of Evans’ syndicated five-minute feature, “On the Road with Mike Evans,” which is broadcast on 34 stations across the country each morning.

On the morning of Jan. 20, Evans says he accidentally told one of those radio stations -- KQRS -- that he’d spoken directly with Gov. Abercrombie about the Obama birth certificate.

“I was on 34 radio stations that morning. That was the only station where I said, instead of saying ‘the hospital said there’s no birth certificate’ I misspoke and said Neil said that,” Evans said. “I misspoke and I apologize for that. I apologize to Neil.”
I guess it's theoretically possible that after talking to 34 stations, you might get your lines crossed but if Evans can make a mistake like this, how much stock should listeners put into what he's saying about anything?

Anyway, here's the original interview with Evans in which he says Abercrombie - registered socialist - told him there is no Obama Birth Certificate.

Socialist Hawaii Governor: There is no Obama Birth Certificate

Bithers notwithstanding, the left is boxing itself into a corner over the issue of Obama's eligibility. Hawaii Governor and registered member of the Democratic Socialists caucus, Neil Abercrombie made news in December when he indignantly said he was going to put the Birther issue to bed by producing documents that would shut the Birthers up. Not only that, but Chris 'Tingles' Matthews mockingly called for Obama to produce the evidence as well, not because he believed it was a legitimate issue but because he wanted a Birther smack-down. Matthews' two far left guests, David Corn and Eugene Robinson chimed in with condescending agreement.

Small problem. Abercrombie has come out and admitted there's nothing further he can do; he cannot produce the evidence he pledged to produce.

Making Abercrombie's situation even more significant is a radio interview by Hollywood Celebrity reporter Mike Evans on 92 KQRS in Minneapolis. During that interview, Evans told the hosts he has been a close friend of Abercrombie for years and that the Hawaii Governor and Registered Socialist told him that no Birth Certificate exists for Obama. The original YouTube of Evans has already been pulled but here's another version.

If that video is pulled by the time you read this, here is exactly what Evans said, via the Daily Caller:
According to Evans, who claims that Abercrombie has been his friend “for decades,” the Hawaii Democrat revealed to him “there is no Barack Obama birth certificate in Hawaii, absolutely no proof at all that Obama was born in Hawaii.”
It would appear that there are some far lefties whose faces are smeared with proverbial eggs.

For grins, here's the exchange between Matthews, Corn, and Robinson back in December. If Matthews is truly interested in ratings, he will revisit this issue once the thrill running up his leg that was brought on by Obama's State of the Union speech dissipates.

Hawaii Governor's Progress on Proving Obama's Eligibility

Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie (D-and member of Democratic Socialists Caucus) made headlines last month when he decided to go to bat for Obama's proof of citizenship. He pledged that he would produce documents that would once and for all silence the Birthers - or at least put them officially on par with flat-earthers if his evidence still didn't appease them. Now that it's been a month, let's check in with the progress of Socialist Abercrombie.

In an interview with a Hawaiian newspaper, Abercrombie apparently has nothing tangibly new to report.

Via Honolulu Advertiser:
Q: You stirred up quite a controversy with your comments regarding birthers and your plans to release more information regarding President Barack Obama's birth certificate. How is that coming?

A: I got a letter from someone the other day who was genuinely concerned about it; it is not all just political agenda. They were talking on Olelo last night about this; it has a political implication for 2012 that we simply cannot have.

(Abercrombie said there is a recording of the birth in the State Archives and he wants to use that.)

It was actually written I am told, this is what our investigation is showing, it actually exists in the archives, written down ...

...What I can do, and all I have ever said, is that I am going to see to it as governor that I can verify to anyone who is honest about it that this is the case.

If there is a political agenda then there is nothing I can do about that, nor can the president.
If I had to lay money on this one, I'm fairly certain Socialist Abercrombie is now regretting what he did last month. As the clock ticks, he's actually bolstering the case of those he's so intent on debunking.

A particular movie line from Al Pacino in GlenGarry GlenRoss comes to mind: "You wanna know the first rule you'd know if you ever spent a day in your life. You NEVER open your mouth 'til you KNOW what the shot is."

It would seem to me that Socialist Abercrombie did not apply that rule.

More on how this controversy began HERE and HERE.

BREAKING: CHRIS MATTHEWS A BIRTHER

Ok, slightly misleading headline. Actually, though, depending on your criteria for defining a 'Birther,' you might find MSNBC's Chris Matthews in that category. If you define 'Birther' as someone who believes Obama wasn't born in the United States, Matthews himself vehemently states, 'I am not a birther - I am an enemy of the birthers.' If, on the other hand, your definition of a 'Birther' is someone who wants the president to produce additional information to prove that he was, Matthews is a 'Birther.'

Matthews, David Corn, and Clarence Page are playing the game along with Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie, who made news by saying he's going to attempt to produce further evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii not in the interest of proving it but in the interest of embarrassing the 'Birthers.' If you start out with that premise, you're on solid ground with the liberal media as Corn, Page, and Matthews demonstrate in this exchange.

Despite the derision poured onto the 'Birther' movement by these guys, common ground appears to be found. All three agree that if further evidence can be produced, Obama should do it. The difference between the 'Birthers' and the far left is becoming an increasingly emotional semantic one. In fact, Matthews is nearly apoplectic at the percentage of people cited in the poll he reads in this segment. 20% of Americans believe Obama was born elsewhere. Unbeknownst to him, Matthews makes the case of the 'Birthers.'

Enjoy. Via The Blaze:

VIDEO: AMAZING COLOR ON DAY OF JAPAN'S SURRENDER

What it must have been like. The day victory over Japan was declared, ending WWII. Otherwise known as VJ Day August 14, 1945. The most famous photos are from New York City but what about where our war with Japan all started - Hawaii? Here is a three minute montage video - with music - courtesy of Richard Sullivan, whose father shot this film as the celebratory atmosphere was in high gear. It sure would be nice if times were this good right now.

Be sure to have the sound on too.
